บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการพึ่งพาตนเองของวิสาหกิจชุมชนทางหลวงแปรรูปสมุนไพร ตำบลห้วยขมิ้น อำเภอหนองแค จังหวัดสระบุรี 2) เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการพึ่งพาตนเองของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนทางหลวงแปรรูปสมุนไพร ตำบลห้วยขมิ้น อำเภอหนองแค จังหวัดสระบุรี โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) เครื่องมือในการวิจัยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. กระบวนการพึ่งพาตนเองของวิสาหกิจชุมชนทางหลวงแปรรูปสมุนไพร ตำบลห้วยขมิ้น อำเภอหนองแค จังหวัดสระบุรี ประกอบด้วย แนวคิดในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ ปัจจัยหลักที่ทำให้กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน ผลกระทบต่อการดำเนินชีวิต ด้านความเป็นอยู่ ด้านเศรษฐกิจ สิ่งแวดล้อม และสังคม

2. รูปแบบการพึ่งพาตนเองของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนทางหลวงแปรรูปสมุนไพร ตำบลห้วยขมิ้น อำเภอหนองแค จังหวัดสระบุรี ได้ค้นข้อพบ 6 STEPS MODEL คือ Steps 1 Plan (การวางแผน) Steps 2 High quality (การเพิ่มคุณภาพสูง) Steps 3 Idea (ความคิด) Steps 4 Service (การบริการ) Steps 5 upgrade (การอัพเกรด) และ Steps 6 Test (การทดสอบ) และส่งเสริมให้เป็น วิสาหกิจชุมชน ต้นแบบ ที่มีความมั่งคั่ง มีความยังยื่น มีความสุข และพึ่งพาตนเองได้สืบไป

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives of this study were 1) to study the self-reliance process of herbal processing highway community enterprises; Huai Khamin Nong Khae District, Saraburi Province 2) to propose a self-reliance model of herbal community enterprises on the highway processing. Huai Khamin Subdistrict, Nong Khae District, Saraburi Province. The qualitative research method was carried out in this study. research tools used was in-depth interviews.

The results of the research were as follows:

1. Self-reliance process of community enterprises, highways, herbal processing. Huai Khamin Nong Khae District, Saraburi Province consists of Product development concept, the main factors that cause community enterprises to affect their livelihoods, livelihoods, and the economy, environment & society.

2. For self-reliance model of community enterprises, highways, herbal processing Huai Khamin Nong Khae District, Saraburi Province, the study has discovered 6 STEPS MODEL, namely Steps 1 Plan, Steps 2 High quality, Steps 3 Idea, Steps 4 Service, Steps 5 upgrade and Steps 6 Test. These steps were producing to model community enterprise with wealth, security, happiness and self-reliance.
