ดุษฎีนิพนธ์นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบการจัดการความรู้การเทศน์มหาชาติ 2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการความรู้การเทศน์มหาชาติ 3) เพื่อประเมินรูปแบบการจัดการความรู้การเทศน์มหาชาติ การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ผู้บริหาร ครู และนักเรียน จำนวน 175 คน สำหรับการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ และกลุ่มเป้าหมายจำนวน 15 รูป/คน สำหรับการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เครื่องมือในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และคู่มือการสนทนากลุ่ม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยค่าความถี่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการเขียนวิเคราะห์แบบสรุปความแบบเชิงคุณภาพ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า:

1.  ผลการศึกษาองค์ประกอบการจัดการความรู้การเทศน์มหาชาติ พบว่า องค์ประกอบการจัดการความรู้การเทศน์มหาชาติ ด้านที่น้อยที่สุด ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการกำหนดความรู้ 2) ด้านการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ 3) ด้านการแสวงหาความรู้

4) ด้านการเรียนรู้ 5) ด้านการจัดเก็บความรู้

2. ผลการพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการความรู้การเทศน์มหาชาติ มี 2 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) ยกร่างรูปแบบการจัดการความรู้การเทศน์มหาชาติ พบว่า องค์ความรู้ที่ได้จากการวิจัยได้สร้างรูปแบบการจัดการความรู้การเทศน์มหาชาติ ตามองค์ประกอบของรูปแบบ คือ หลักการ แนวคิดการจัดการความรู้ วัตถุประสงค์รูปแบบการจัดการความรู้การเทศน์มหาชาติ เนื้อหา ขั้นตอน และผลลัพธ์ที่คาดหวังการจัดการความรู้การเทศน์มหาชาติ

3. ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการจัดการความรู้การเทศน์มหาชาติ ได้แก่ ความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบการจัดการความรู้การเทศน์มหาชาติ โดยค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านจากมากไปหาน้อย พบว่า ด้านความเป็นประโยชน์ ด้านความเป็นไปได้ และด้านความเหมาะสม ตามลำดับ สามารถนำไปเป็นรูปแบบการจัดการความรู้การเทศน์มหาชาติได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study. the components of knowledge management for the Mahachat sermon, 2) to develop a knowledge management model for the Mahachat sermon, 3) to evaluate the knowledge management model for the Mahachat sermon. This research is a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. A sample group of 175 administrators, teachers, and students was used for quantitative research. and a target group of 15 photos/person for qualitative research. The research tools were questionnaires, interviews, and focus group guides. Statistics used in the research include frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and writing qualitative summary analysis.

The research results showed that:

1. The results of the study of the knowledge management components of the Mahachat sermon found that the knowledge management components of the Mahachat sermon The least aspects are 1) knowledge determination, 2) knowledge exchange, 3) knowledge seeking, 4) learning, 5) knowledge storage.

2. The results of developing the knowledge management model for the Mahachat sermon have 2 steps: 1) Drafting the knowledge management model for the Mahachat sermon. It was found that the knowledge obtained from the research created the knowledge management model. Mahachat Sermon According to the elements of the model are principles and concepts of knowledge management. Objectives, knowledge management model for Mahachat sermons, content, steps and expected results of knowledge management for Mahachat sermons.

3.        Results of the evaluation of the knowledge management model for the Mahachat sermon, including suitability, feasibility and the usefulness of the Mahachat sermon knowledge management model by mean and standard deviation Overall, it is at a high level. When considering each aspect from most to least, it was found that the aspects of usefulness Possibility and suitability respectively can be used as a knowledge management model for effective Mahachat sermons.
