บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารจัดการศูนย์ปฏิบัติธรรม 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการศูนย์ปฏิบัติธรรมตามหลักสัปปายะ 7 3) ประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการศูนย์ปฏิบัติธรรมตามหลักสัปปายะ 7 ในเขตการปกครองคณะสงฆ์ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ สำหรับการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้เครื่องมือวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามกลุ่มตัวอย่าง พระภิกษุสามเณร นักเรียน นักศึกษา จำนวน 364 รูป/คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยหาค่าความถี่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ จำนวน 15 รูป/คน และใช้กระบวนการการสนทนากลุ่ม และการเขียนวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า:

1. ผลการศึกษาสภาพการบริหารจัดการศูนย์ปฏิบัติธรรมในเขตการปกครองคณะสงฆ์ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ พบว่า สภาพการบริหารจัดการศูนย์ปฏิบัติธรรมในเขตการปกครองคณะสงฆ์ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ด้านที่น้อยที่สุด ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการบริหารจัดงานบุคคล 2) ด้านการบริหารจัดการควบคุม ดูแล บริการ 3) ด้านการบริหารจัดการองค์กร 4) ด้านการบริหารจัดการอำนวยการและสื่อสาร 5) ด้านการบริหารจัดการอาคาร สถานที่

2. ผลการพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการศูนย์ปฏิบัติธรรมตามหลักสัปปายะ 7 ในเขตการปกครองคณะสงฆ์ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ พบว่า องค์ความรู้ที่ได้จากการวิจัยได้สร้างรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการศูนย์ปฏิบัติธรรมในเขตการปกครองคณะสงฆ์ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ที่บูรณาการด้วยหลักสัปปายะ 7 ตามองค์ประกอบของรูปแบบด้านการบริหารจัดงานบุคคล คือ วัตถุประสงค์ เนื้อหา การบูรณาการ และผลลัพธ์ที่คาดหวัง

3. ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการศูนย์ปฏิบัติธรรมตามหลักสัปปายะ 7 ในเขตการปกครองคณะสงฆ์ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงผลจากมากไปหาน้อย พบว่า ด้านความเป็นประโยชน์ ด้านความเป็นไปได้ และด้านความเหมาะสม ตามลำดับซึ่งสามารถนำไปใช้รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการศูนย์ปฏิบัติธรรมตามหลักสัปปายะ 7 ในเขตการปกครองคณะสงฆ์ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the state of Dhamma Practice Centers administration, 2) to study the methods for developing the Dhamma Practice Centers administration according to the 7 principles of Sappaya, and 3) to evaluate the model of administration according to the 7 principles of Sappaya for Dhamma Practice Centers under the Northeastern Sangha Administration Region. The mixed research method is applied in the study. The quantitative data were collected by using questionnaire from a sample of 364 monks, novices and students and analyzed by descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The qualitative data were obtained by interviews and discussions with 15 key-informants and analyzed using content analysis.

The result of the study found that:

1. The state of Dhamma Practice Centers administration under the Northeastern Sangha Administration Region was quite in a low level in 1) Personnel administration, 2) Administration in control, monitor and service, 3) Organization administration, 4) Administration and communication, and 5) Administration of building and area.

2. The results of developing the administration of Dhamma Practice Centers under the Northeastern Sangha Administration Region integrated with the 7 principles of Sappaya based on the personnel administration system consist of Objectives, Contents, Integrations and Expected outcomes.

3. The results of evaluating the model of administration according to the 7 principles of Sappaya in Dhamma Practice Centers under the Northeastern Sangha Administration Region were at a high level overall. In descending order, the highest level was on Utility, followed by Possibility, and Suitability. The model can be applied in the administration of Dhamma Practice Centers under the Northeastern Sangha Administration Region effectively.
