ดุษฎีนิพนธ์นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์ ภาค 2 2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ตามหลักพุทธธรรมและ 3) เพื่อประเมินรูปแบบการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ตามหลักพุทธธรรมของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์ ภาค 2 การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง พระสังฆาธิการในเขตการปกครองคณะสงฆ์ ภาค 2 จำนวน 297 รูป สำหรับการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ และกลุ่มเป้าหมายจำนวน 15 รูป/คน สำหรับการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เครื่องมือในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และคู่มือการสนทนากลุ่ม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยค่าความถี่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการเขียนวิเคราะห์แบบสรุปความแบบเชิงคุณภาพ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า:

1. ผลการศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์ ภาค 2 พบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันโดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สภาพพึงประสงค์โดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากและความต้องการจำเป็นจากเรียงลำดับค่า PNI_modified

2. ผลการพัฒนารูปแบบการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ตามหลักพุทธธรรมของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์ ภาค 2 พบว่า องค์ประกอบของรูปแบบเชิงข้อความ คือ หลักการ แนวคิด วัตถุประสงค์ เนื้อหา บูรณาการหลักพรหมวิหาร 4 และกระบวนการจัดการรวมถึงผลลัพธ์ที่คาดหวัง

3. ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ตามหลักพุทธธรรมของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์ ภาค 2 ได้แก่ ความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ตามหลักพุทธธรรมของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์ ภาค 2 โดย ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านจากมากไปหาน้อย พบว่า ด้านความเป็นประโยชน์ ด้านความเป็นไปได้ และด้านความเหมาะสม ตามลำดับ

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the needs and necessities of managing the prototype learning resources for welfare education of the Sangha in the Sangha Administrative Region, Region 2 2) to develop a model for managing the prototype learning resources for welfare education of the monks in the Sangha Administrative Region, Region 2 The Sangha Administrators in the Sangha Administrative Regions, Regions 2 and 3) to evaluate the management model of the prototype learning resources for welfare education of the Sangha Administrators in the Sangha Administrative Regions, Region 2. The research results showed that:

1. The results of the study of the needs and necessities of the management of the model learning resources for the welfare education of the Sangha in the Sangha Administrative Region, Region 2, found that the overall current condition is at an average level. The overall desirable conditions are at a high average level and the needs are in order of PNI_modified values.

2. The results of the development of the model for managing the prototype learning resources for welfare education of the monks in the Sangha Administrative Region, Region 2, found that the knowledge gained from the research has created a model for the management of the prototype learning resources for the welfare education of the monks in the Sangha Administrative Region, Region 2.
