บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

ดุษฎีนิพนธ์นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนนอกระบบ จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา 2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการตามหลักอิทธิบาท 4 ในโรงเรียนเอกชนนอกระบบ จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา 3) เพื่อประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการตามหลักอิทธิบาท 4 ในโรงเรียนเอกชนนอกระบบ จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ครูจากโรงเรียนเอกชนนอกระบบ จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา จำนวน 265 คน สำหรับการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ และกลุ่มเป้าหมายจำนวน 15 รูป/คน สนทนากลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 9 รูป/คน สำหรับการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เครื่องมือในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และคู่มือการสนทนากลุ่ม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยค่าความถี่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการเขียนวิเคราะห์แบบสรุปความแบบเชิงคุณภาพ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า:

1.  ผลการศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนนอกระบบ จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา พบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันโดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สภาพพึงประสงค์โดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากและความต้องการจำเป็นจากเรียงลำดับค่า PNI_modified

2. ผลการพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการตามหลักอิทธิบาท 4 ในโรงเรียนเอกชนนอกระบบ จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา พบว่า องค์ความรู้ที่ได้จากการวิจัยได้สร้างรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการตามหลักอิทธิบาท 4 ในโรงเรียนเอกชนนอกระบบ จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ตามองค์ประกอบของรูปแบบเชิงข้อความ คือ หลักการ แนวคิด วัตถุประสงค์ เนื้อหา การบูรณาการด้วยหลักอิทธิบาท 4 และผลลัพธ์ที่คาดหวัง

3. ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการตามหลักอิทธิบาท 4 ในโรงเรียนเอกชนนอกระบบ จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ได้แก่ ความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการตามหลักอิทธิบาท 4 ในโรงเรียนเอกชนนอกระบบ จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา โดยค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านจากมากไปหาน้อย พบว่า ด้านความเป็นประโยชน์ (  = 4.06, S.D. =0.64) ด้านความเป็นไปได้ (  = 4.05, S.D. =0.62) และด้านความเหมาะสม (  = 4.04, S.D. =0.74) ตามลำดับ สามารถนำไปเป็นรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการตามหลักอิทธิบาท 4 ในโรงเรียนเอกชนนอกระบบ จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยาให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพได้อย่างเหมาะสมด้วยองค์ความรู้ MI

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the necessary needs of academic administration of non-formal private schools; Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province 2) to develop an academic administration model based on the 4 Iddhipada principles in non-formal private schools. Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province 3) to evaluate the academic administration model according to the 4 principles of Iddhipada in non-formal private schools. 2. Results of the development of the academic administration model according to the 4 principles of Iddhipada in non-formal private schools.
