ดุษฎีนิพนธ์นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์กรุงเทพมหานคร 2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ตามหลักพุทธธรรมของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์กรุงเทพมหานคร 3) เพื่อประเมินรูปแบบการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ตามหลักพุทธธรรมของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์กรุงเทพมหานคร การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและ

เชิงคุณภาพ ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง พระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์กรุงเทพมหานครจำนวน 297 รูป สำหรับการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ และกลุ่มเป้าหมายจำนวน 15 รูป/คน สำหรับการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เครื่องมือในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และคู่มือการสนทนากลุ่ม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยค่าความถี่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการเขียนวิเคราะห์แบบสรุปความแบบเชิงคุณภาพ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า:

1. ผลการศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นของการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์กรุงเทพมหานคร พบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันโดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สภาพพึงประสงค์โดยภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก และความต้องการจำเป็นจากเรียงลำดับค่า PNI_modified

2. ผลการพัฒนารูปแบบการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ตามหลักพุทธธรรมของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์กรุงเทพมหานคร พบว่า องค์ความรู้ที่ได้จากการวิจัยได้สร้างรูปแบบการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ตามหลักพุทธธรรมของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์กรุงเทพมหานคร ตามองค์ประกอบของรูปแบบเชิงข้อความ คือ หลักการ แนวคิด วัตถุประสงค์ เนื้อหา การบูรณาการ

ด้วยหลักสังคหวัตถุ 4 และผลลัพธ์ที่คาดหวัง

3. ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ตามหลักพุทธธรรมของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์กรุงเทพมหานคร ได้แก่ ความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ตามหลักพุทธธรรมของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์กรุงเทพมหานคร โดย ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านจากมากไปหาน้อย พบว่า ด้านความเป็นไปได้ ด้านความเหมาะสม และด้านความเป็นประโยชน์ ตามลำดับ สามารถนำไปเป็นรูปแบบการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ตามหลักพุทธธรรมของพระสังฆาธิการในเขตปกครองคณะสงฆ์กรุงเทพมหานคร ให้มีประสิทธิภาพในการศึกษาสงเคราะห์แก่พระสังฆาธิการได้

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study. the needs and necessities of the administration of welfare education of the Sangha in the Sangha Administrative Region of Bangkok 2) to develop a model for the administration of welfare education according to Buddhist principles of the Sangha Administrator in the Sangha Administrative Area of Bangkok 3) to evaluate the administrative model of welfare education according to Buddhist principles of the Sangha in the Sangha Administrative Region of Bangkok. This research is a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. Use a sample 297 monks in the Bangkok Sangha Administrative Region for quantitative research. and a target group of 15 photos/person for qualitative research. The research tools were questionnaires, interviews, and focus group guides. Statistics used in the research include frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and writing qualitative summary analysis.

The research results showed that:

1. The results of the study of the essential needs of the administration of welfare education of the Sangha in the Sangha Administrative Region of Bangkok found that the overall current condition is at a moderate average level. The overall desirable conditions are at a high average level and the needs are in order of PNImodified values.

2. The results of developing a model for the administration of welfare education according to the Buddhist principles of the Sangha in the Bangkok Sangha administrative area. It was found that the knowledge gained from the research has created a model for the administration of welfare education according to the principles of the Buddhist Dhamma of the Sangha in Bangkok Sangha Administrative Region According to the elements of the text format, namely principles, concepts, objectives, content, integration with the 4 Sangha Vatthu principles, and expected results.

3. Results of the evaluation of the welfare education administration model according to Buddhist principles of the Sangha in the Sangha Administrative Region of Bangkok, including suitability, feasibility and the usefulness of the model of welfare education administration according to Buddhist principles of the Sangha in the Bangkok Sangha Administrative Region by means and standard deviations. Overall, it is at a high level.
