บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาเพื่อศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียน 2) วิธีการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนตามหลักพรหมวิหาร 4 ของโรงเรียน และ 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนตามหลักพรหมวิหาร 4 ของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 2 เป็นงานวิจัยแบบผสมผสานวิธีได้แก่ 1) การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ด้วยการใช้แบบสอบถามกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูโรงเรียนในโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 2 จำนวน 175 รูป วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าสถิติเชิงพรรณา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน นำเสนอในรูปแบบตารางประกอบคำบรรยาย และ 2) การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ด้วยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 รูป/คน และการวิเคราะห์เอกสาร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. สภาพการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยาเขต 2 ในภาพรวมและทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านมีระดับการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทั้ง 5 ด้าน โดยเรียงจากมากไปหาน้อยได้แก่ การรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคลการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา การส่งเสริมและพัฒนานักเรียน การส่งต่อนักเรียน และการคัดกรองนักเรียน ตามลำดับ

2. วิธีการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนตามหลักพรหมวิหาร 4 ของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยาเขต 2 เป็นวิธีการบูรณาการการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน 5 ด้าน คือ 1) การรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล 2) การคัดกรองนักเรียน 3) การส่งเสริมและพัฒนานักเรียน 4) การป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา 5) การส่งต่อนักเรียน กับหลักพรหมวิหาร 4 1เมตตา คือ ความปรารถนาให้ผู้อื่นได้รับสุข 2) กรุณา คือ ความปรารถนาให้ผู้อื่นพ้นทุกข์ 3) มุทิตา คือ ความยินดีเมื่อผู้อื่นได้ดี 4) อุเบกขา คือ การรู้จักวางใจเป็นกลาง

3. แนวทางการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนตามหลักพรหมวิหาร4ของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพระนครศรีอยุธยา เขต 2 ได้แก่ 1) การรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคลตามพรหมวิหาร 4 ประกอบด้วยครูมีความรักความปรารถนาดี มีความตั้งใจจริงที่จะช่วยเหลือ 2) การคัดกรองนักเรียนตามพรหมวิหาร 4 ประกอบด้วยครูให้อภัยและมองข้ามข้อเสียของนักเรียน ทำหน้าที่ดำเนินการคัดกรองโดยปราศจากอคติ 3) การส่งเสริมและพัฒนานักเรียนตามพรหมวิหาร 4 ประกอบด้วยครูส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนมีพัฒนาการทั้งทางด้านกาย อารมณ์ สังคม และสติปัญญา 4) การป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาตามพรหมวิหาร 4 ประกอบด้วยการลดความเสี่ยงและแก้ไขปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้น โดยเน้นให้นักเรียนมีทักษะชีวิตและความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาของตนเองและยินดีเมื่อนักเรียนผ่านพ้นปัญหา และ 5) การส่งต่อนักเรียนตามพรหมวิหาร 4 ประกอบด้วยพัฒนาคุณลักษณะให้ครูมีความเมตตา ตั้งใจทำระบบการส่งต่อนักเรียน มีใจเป็นกลางไม่ลำเอียง

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the operating state of the school's student care and support system; 2) to study the methods for developing the operation of the student care and support system of the school according to the 4 principles of Brahmavihāra, and 3) to propose guidelines for operating the student care and support system according to the 4 principles of Brahmavihāra of the schools under the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Area 2. This is a mixed method research, including, 1) quantitative research by using a questionnaire obtained from a sample of 175 administrators and school teachers in schools under the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Area 2. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation and then presented in the form of a table with captions, and 2) qualitative research by interviewing 5 experts and document analysis. The data were analyzed using content analysis.

The result of the study found that:

1. The state of operation of the student care and assistance system of the schools under the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area 2 in the overall picture and in all aspects was at the highest level. When considering each area, the level of practice was at the highest level in all 5 areas, arranged from highest to lowest, namely: Knowing students individually, Preventing and solving problems, Promoting and developing students and Referring and screening students respectively.

2. Methods for developing the operation of the student care and support system according to the 4 principles of Brahmavihāra of the schools under the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area 2 are to integrate the operation of the student care and support system in 5 areas: 1) Knowing students individually, 2) Screening of students, 3) Promoting and developing students, 4) Preventing and solving problems, and 5) Referring of students with the four principles of Brahmavihāra: 1) Metta; the desire for others to be happy, 2) Karuna; the desire for others to be free from suffering, 3) Mudita; the sympathetic joy when others do well, and 4) Upekkha; the knowledge of letting go with discernment.

3. Guidelines for operating the student care and support system according to the four principles of Brahmavihāra of schools under the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Area 2 are: 1) Knowing students individually, teachers should have love and good wishes to their students and intend to help them sincerely. 2) Screening students, teachers should forgive and overlook some students' shortcomings and be responsible for screening without bias. 3) Promoting and developing students, teachers should encourage students to develop physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually, 4) Preventing and solving problems, teachers should reduce students’ risks and fix any problems that may occur, emphasize on giving students life skills and the ability to solve their own problems and be happy when students overcome their problems, and 5) Referring students, teachers should develop loving-kindness in working with student referral system and carry on their duty without bias.
