บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the desirable leadership of teachers and educational personnel in a group of schools in the HTMS Phachinusorn Campus in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province, 2) to study methods for developing leadership according to the seven principles of Sappurisadhamma  of teachers and educational personnel in groups of schools in the HTMS Phachinusorn Campus in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province, and 3) to propose guidelines for developing leadership according to the seven principles of Sappurisadhamma  for teachers and educational personnel in groups of schools in the HTMS Phachinusorn Campus in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. It is a combined method research, quantitative and qualitative research. The quantitative data were collected by using questionnaires for 175 teachers and educational personnel in the HTMS Phachinusorn Campus and analyzed using basic statistics, namely percentage, mean, standard deviation and necessary needs (PNI Modified).  2) Qualitative research data obtained from interviews with 6 experts using a semi-structured interview tool were analyzed by content analysis.

The research results found that:

1. Desirable leadership of teachers and educational personnel in the group of schools in the Royal Naval Pachinusorn Campus in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province as a whole is at a high level. Arranged from highest to lowest, they are Personal characteristics, Social features, and Personality characteristics respectively. The highest opinion was on Personal characteristics of teachers and educational personnel, building relationships with students and other personnel to promote a learning atmosphere. The aspect with the least opinions is on physical characteristics, clothing and dressing of teachers and educational personnel, duty assigned to them, and they should exercise regularly.

2. Leadership methods according to the seven principles of Sappurisadhamma for teachers and educational personnel in groups of schools in the HTMS Phachinusorn Campus in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province found that; In the physical characteristics of teachers and educational personnel, teachers and educational personnel should exercise regularly for good physical health and regular exercise helps reduce stress and improve their mood and have ability to deal with challenging situations. In the aspect of Personality characteristics, teachers and educational personnel must speak clearly and understandably. communicate clearly with students to make them understand well, use simple language, make the complicate contents more accessible and understandable for students, create a good learning atmosphere, be a good example of frugality, give encouragement and support, and attend  sports events or regular school and community activities.

3. Guidelines for developing leadership according to the seven principles of Sappurisadhamma for teachers and educational personnel in groups of schools in the HTMS Phachinusorn Campus in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province are as follows: 1) Physical characteristics, teachers and educational personnel should exercise regularly to nourish their body, maintain a balance between work and adequate rest, and plan their time appropriately between work and rest. 2) Personality characteristics, teachers and educational personnel should create understanding and appreciation for themselves, accept their own abilities and shortcomings, continuously develop their skills and abilities, believe in their own work, and have a good attitude towards learning and developing communication skills. 3) Personal characteristics, teachers and educational personnel should be a good example of frugality and be a role model for self-improvement, encourage and support students to be confident and accept challenges. 4) Social characteristics, teachers and educational personnel should attend community meetings, help with social activities that are useful for the community, build understanding among them, be able to be a role model in solving problems, support working with parents, students, and community members in order to build strong relationships and mutual understanding.
