บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการนิเทศของสำนักงานพระสอนศีลธรรม มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย 2. เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการนิเทศของสำนักงานพระสอนศีลธรรมมหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย2.เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการนิเทศของสำนักงานพระสอนศีลธรรมมหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลแบบสอบถามความเห็นจากพระสอนศีลธรรม จำนวน 245 รูป ใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลหาค่าเฉลี่ย  และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาจากผลการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 15 ท่าน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพการนิเทศการจัดเรียนรู้วิชาพระพุทธศาสนา ทั้ง 4 ด้าน ของพระสอนศีลธรรมมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ด้านประสานสร้างมิตร ด้านร่วมคิดร่วมทำ ด้านเรียนรู้ไปด้วยกัน และด้านสร้างสรรค์ผลงาน ตามลำดับความสำคัญ

2. ผลการศึกษาวิธีการนิเทศของสำนักงานพระสอนศีลธรรม มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย ประกอบด้วย วิธีการดังนี้ 1) ด้านประสานสร้างมิตร วิเคราะห์หลักการและวิธีการพัฒนากระบวนการ นำมาใช้ในการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้ เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการนิเทศมาใช้ในการจัดการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษาอย่างเป็นระบบ 2) ด้านร่วมคิดร่วมทำ จัดกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้  เพื่อเพิ่มสมรรถนะพระสอนศีลธรรม 3) ด้านเรียนรู้ไปด้วยกัน มีการให้คำปรึกษาและอำนวยความสะดวกในลักษณะกัลยาณมิตร เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการสอน 4) ด้านสร้างสรรค์ผลงาน นำนวัตกรรมใหม่ๆ มาใช้ในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน

3. เสนอแนวทางการนิเทศของสำนักงานพระสอนศีลธรรม มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย ดังต่อไปนี้ วิเคราะห์โครงสร้างหลักสูตรการนิเทศที่ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาระบบการประสานงานระหว่างผู้นิเทศกับผู้รับการนิเทศให้มีความทันสมัย ทำให้สะดวกในการติดต่อสื่อสารกระบวนการเรียนรู้ได้เอย่างชัดเจนผู้ที่จะออกนิเทศต้องได้รับการฝึกอบรมทักษะการโค้ชเพื่อนำไปสร้างพระสอนศีลธรรมให้เป็นนวัตกรผู้ออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ ทำให้เกิดประโยชน์แก่ตัวผู้เรียนในยุคปัจจุบัน

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives of this research are: 1) To study the conditions of supervision of the Office of the Monk Development for Morality Teachings of Mahachulalongkorn rajavidyalaya University, 2) To study the guidelines for supervision of the Office of the Monk Development for Morality Teachings of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, and 3) To propose guidelines for supervision of the Office of the Monk Development for Morality Teachings of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. The researcher collects question naire data from 242 moral teaching monks and uses statistics to analyze the data in order to find the mean values and standard deviation. The researcher analyzes the content from the results of the interviews from 15 experts.

The research results found that:

1. The condition in the supervision of teaching Buddhism in all four areas indicated that moral teaching monks had their opinions at a high level. These four areas were respectively sorted according to their importance, which included coordination and alliance building, collaborative thinking and joint action, cooperative study, and creativity.

​2. Results from the study of the supervision methods within the Office of the Monk Development for Morality Teachings of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University consisted of the following methods: 1) Coordination and alliance building implied analyzing principles and methods for developing the process in terms of coordination and alliance building to be used in learning management by applying the supervision process in organizing Buddhism learning in educational institutions in order to acquiring appropriate knowledge for moral teaching monks; 2) Collaborative thinking and joint action implied organizing activities to exchange knowledge for developing the capability of moral teaching monks; 3) Cooperative study implied counseling and facilitation that were provided in a friendly manner via online channel in order to exchange teaching experiences; 4) Creativity implied bringing new innovations that were readily available for producing teaching media to be used in organizing education or teaching activities.

​3. The guideline proposal for the supervision of the Office of the Monk Development for Morality Teachings of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University was conducted with these details: The researcher analyzed the structure of the supervision curriculum that promoted the development of a coordination system between supervisors and those receiving supervision to be contemporary. It made supervision convenient for communication to clearly guide the learning management process. Any person responsible for providing supervision must receive training in coaching skills to train moral teaching monks to become innovators and designers of learning management, which could benefit students in the current generation.
