บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1.เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนในตำบลบุโพธิ์ อำเภอลำปลายมาศ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ 2. เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างหลักอปริหานิยธรรมกับการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนในตำบลบุโพธิ์ อำเภอลำปลายมาศ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์และ 3.เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางกับการประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนในตำบลบุโพธิ์ อำเภอลำปลายมาศ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ดำเนินการตามระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณใช้แบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.973 เก็บข้อมูลจากประชากร คือ ประชาชนในตำบลบุโพธิ์ อำเภอลำปลายมาศ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ที่มีคุณสมบัติเป็นผู้มีสิทธิเลือกตั้งทั้ง 8 หมู่บ้าน  รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 3,667 คน จากการคำนวณขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้สูตรของ ทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 361  คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์โดยใช้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ ขั้นตอนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 10 รูปหรือคน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. การประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนในตำบลบุโพธิ์ อำเภอลำปลายมาศ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ หลักอปริหานิยธรรม โดยภาพรวม มีค่าเฉลี่ยทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (X บาร์ = 2.89) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าด้านหมั่นประชุมกันเนืองนิตย์ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด อยู่ในระดับมาก (X บาร์ = 3.78) รองลงมา ด้านพร้อมเพรียงกันประชุม และพร้อม เพรียงกันเลิกประชุม มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ใน ระดับปานกลาง (X บาร์ = 3.04) ด้านให้ความเคารพต่อผู้ใหญ่ มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (X บาร์ = 2.81) ด้านให้เกียรติและคุ้มครองต่อกุลสตรี มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ใน ระดับปานกลาง (X บาร์ = 2.75) ด้านให้การอารักขา คุ้มครอง อันชอบธรรมแก่พระภิกษุ สามเณร มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ใน ระดับปานกลาง (X บาร์ = 2.69) ด้านไม่บัญญัติสิ่งที่มิได้บัญญัติไว้ และ ไม่ล้มล้างสิ่งที่บัญญัติไว้แล้ว มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ใน ระดับปานกลาง ( X บาร์ = 2.60)  ด้านให้ความเคารพสถานที่อันเป็น สาธารณประโยชน์ ค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ใน ระดับปานกลาง ( X บาร์ = 2.56)

2. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างหลักอปริหานิยธรรมกับการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของ ประชาชนในตำบลบุโพธิ์ อำเภอลำปลายมาศ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ โดยภาพรวม มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับค่อนข้างสูง (R = 0.800**) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 จึงยอมรับสมมติฐาน

3. นำเสนอแนวทางการประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนในตำบลบุโพธิ์ อำเภอลำปลายมาศ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ เป็นการส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชน และเป็นการส่งเสริมประชาชนธิปไตย เพื่อแสดงความคิดเห็นและรับฟังปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในชุม และหาข้อสรุปที่เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อสังคม อีกอย่างหนึ่งเป็นการเอาใจใส่ของผู้นำชุมชนที่มีต่อประชาชน และแสดงถึงความสามัคคีความเป็นหมู่คณะของประชาชนอีกด้วย เป็นการสร้างความสามัคคีในหมู่คณะ และเป็นการปลูกฝังจิตใต้สำนึกในเรื่องของมารยาทที่ดีให้กับประชาชนและคนรุ่นหลัง รวมไปถึงการเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีด้วย และแสดงให้เห็นถึงการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนและผู้นำชุมชน เป็นการรักษากฎระเบียบ ขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณีอันดีงานที่ประชาชนในชุมชนปฏิบัติสืบต่อกัน และเป็นการรักษาไว้เพื่อให้คนรุ่นหลังได้ปฏิบัติตาม และอนุรักษ์สืบทอดกันไปอย่างยาวนาน

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

Objectives of this research were: 1. To study the level of political participation of people at Bu Pho Sub-District, Lam Plai Mat District, Buriram Province. 2. To study the relationship between Aprihaniya-dhamma and people’s political participation at Bu Pho Sub-District, Lam Plai Mat District, Buriram Province, and 3. To present guidelines and application of Buddha-dhamma for promoting people’s political participation at Bu Pho Sub-District. Lam Plai Mat District, Buriram Province, conducted by the mixed methods.  The quantitative research used a questionnaire with a total confidence of 0.973 to collect data from 361 samples, derived from the population of 3,667 people at Bu Pho Subdistrict, Lam Plai Mat District, Buriram Province, who were qualified as voters at all 8 villages and anlyzed frequency, percentile, mean, standard deviation,S.D. and Coefficient.  The qualitative research, used in-depth interview methods interviewing 10 key informants, analyzed data by content descriptive interpretation.

Findings were as follows:

1. Buddha-dharma application for  promoting people’s political participation at Bupho Sub-District Lam Plai Mat District, Buriram Province, Aparihaniya-dhamma, by overall, had the averages in all aspects at moderate (X บาร์= 2.89).  The highest average was at a high level (X bar= 3.78), followed by unison meeting and unison adjurning at the end of the meeting, the average was moderate (X bar= 3.04). Respect for adults,  the average was at moderate level (X bar= 2.81). Respect and protection for women, the average was at moderate (X bar= 2.75) in terms of righteous protection. to monks and novices, the average was at the moderate level. (X bar= 2.69) The saspect of not to set up new rules that were not already set and not to overturn what has already been commanded, the average was at moderate level ( X bar= 2.60) Respect for places of public interest, the   average was also at moderate level ( X bar= 2.56)

2.  The relationship between Aparihaniya-dhamma  and people’s political participation  at Bu Pho Subdistrict, Lam Plai Mat District, Buriram Province, as a whole, there was a relatively high level of positive correlation (R = 0.800**) statistically significant value at the level of 0.01, thus accepting the set hypothesis.

3. Presenting guidelines for applying Buddha-dhamma to promote people’s political participation at Bu Pho Subdistrict. Lam Plai Mat District, Buriram Province,    It promoted democracy to encourage to express their opinions and to listen to the problems raised in the community and find conclusions that were most beneficial to society. It was also the empathy of community leaders towards the people and showed the unity of the people. It created unity among the faculty  and instills a subconscious sense of good manners in the people and future generations. It also demonstratethe participation of citizens and community leaders, preserving the rules  and traditions that the people in the community continue to follow, and preserving them for future generations to follow and preserve for a long time.
