บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ดำเนินการในรูปแบบอริยสัจจ์โมเดล ภายใต้กรอบการวิจัยตามบันได 9 ขั้น (Action Research) เพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลสำหรับการตอบวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 3 ข้อ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์บริบท สภาพปัญหา ความต้องการจำเป็น และแนวคิด ทฤษฎีเกี่ยวกับสามเณรภายใต้กรอบบวรโดยพุทธสันติวิธีของวัดสารอด กรุงเทพมหานคร 2) เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์พุทธธรรมที่เอื้อต่อการพัฒนาสามเณรภายใต้กรอบบวรโดยพุทธสันติวิธีของวัดสารอด กรุงเทพมหานคร และ3) เพื่อพัฒนา และนำเสนอการพัฒนาสามเณรภายใต้กรอบบวรโดยพุทธสันติวิธีของวัดสารอด กรุงเทพมหานคร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม แนวทางการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การจัดประชุมสัมมนาวิชาการ จัดสนทนากลุ่มเฉพาะ การสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วมและไม่มีส่วนร่วม ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 30 คน รวบรวมข้อมูลและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิง คุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

                ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาสามเณรวัดสารอด สามเณรขาดความรับผิดชอบต่อตนเอง ไม่ตรงต่อเวลา ไม่สามารถที่จะซักจีวร เก็บจีวร ดูแลรักษาจีวร และเก็บสิ่งของเครื่องใช้ให้มีความสะอาดเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยด้วยตนเองได้  ชอบหลบนั่งหลับในห้องน้ำ ความจำสั้น ขาดทักษะในการใช้ภาษาไทย ขาดวุฒิภาวะทางอารมณ์ไม่สามารถควบคุมอารมณ์ตนเองได้ ติดโทรศัพท์มีพฤติกรรมสุ่มเสี่ยงติดเกมส์ มีอารมณ์ก้าวร้าว ไม่เชื่อฟังคำสอนพระอาจารย์ต่อหน้าอย่างหนึ่งลับหลังอย่างหนึ่ง ไม่อยู่ในกฎระเบียบไม่เคร่งครัดในพระธรรมวินัย ไม่เคารพพระพี่เลี้ยง กระทำความผิดซ้ำๆ ซากๆ ขาดความกระตือรือร้นในการเรียน พูดจาหยาบคาย และสามเณรกับพี่เลี้ยงขัดแย้งทะเลาะกันเอง สามเณรต้องการมีพี้เลี้ยงคอยกับกำดูแลอย่างใกล้ชิดเพื่อการให้คำแนะนำแนวทางการปฏิบัติที่ถูกต้องเหมาะสม และใส่ใจดูแลสามเณรให้อยู่ในโอวาท ทำให้สามเณรอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างมีความสุข เกิดการหล่อหลอมให้สามเณรเกิดความรักสามัคคีปรองดอง มีความรู้ตื่นเบิกบานในชีวิตของตนเองและครอบครัว มีปัญญาแยกแยะผิดชอบชั่วดีได้ การพัฒนาสามเณรเน้นกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของพลังบวรที่ต้องร่วมมือกันในการพัฒนาสามเณร

               2) พุทธธรรมที่เอื้อต่อการพัฒนาสามเณรของวัดสารอดภายใต้กรอบบวรของวัดสารอด คือ หลักไตรสิกขา ได้แก่ ศีล สมาธิ ปัญญา ประกอบกับการบริหารจัดการพัฒนาสามเณรที่เน้นการมีส่วนร่วมและเพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจในการปฏิบัติภายใต้กฎระเบียบข้อบังคับและเป็นไปตามหลักพระธรรมวินัย มีพระพี่เลี้ยงคอยเป็นผู้นำที่ดี ให้ความรัก ความปรารถนาดีมีเมตตา พิจารณาโดยแยบคายว่าจะดำเนินการอย่างไรให้สามเณรได้รับการพัฒนาเป็นสามเณรผู้มีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี ท่าทีน่าเลื่อมใส จิตใจสุขสม และอุดมปัญญา โดยพัฒนาที่ละขั้นที่ละตอนอย่างเหมาะสมกับธรรมชาติของสามเณร เหมาะสมกับพื้นฐานอุปนิสัยของสามเณร โดยแบ่งตามพื้นฐานของปัญญาความรู้ของสามเณร

             3) ผลกการออกแบบการพัฒนาสามเณรภายใต้กรอบพลังบวร ทำให้ได้รูปแบบกอบัวโมเดล “KORBUA Model” มีองค์ประกอบย่อย 8 ประการ ได้แก่ กอบัวที่ 1 K=Knowledge มีความรู้ดี  กอบัวที่ 2 O = Operation   การจัดการ กอบัวที่ 3 B = Behave  พากันประพฤติดี กอบัวที่ 4 R= Reiation  สานสัมพันธ์ กอบัวที่ 5 U = Unique  มีลักษณะเฉพาะ กอบัวที่ 6 A = Assist  อนุเคราะห์ผู้อื่น เกิดองค์ความรู้ใหม่ 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) บุคลิกภาพดี เป็นบุคลิกภาพการนุ่งห่ม สบง จีวรที่เรียบร้อย การอุ้มบาตรเรียบร้อย 2) ท่าทีน่าเลื่อมใส เป็นท่าทีน่าเลื่อมใส การแสดงท่าทีผ่านทางคำพูดที่ไม่ก้าวร้าว ใช้ภาษาที่เหมาะสมแก่สมณ 3) จิตใจสุขสม เป็นจิตใจสุขุมเยือก เพราะได้ปฏิบัติธรรมเจริญจิตภาวนาเกิดความสุขสงบภายในจิตใจมากขึ้น และ4) อุดมปัญญา เป็นการสั่งสมความรู้จากการฟังธรรม จากการคิดพิจารณา และจากการเจริญภาวนาอยู่เสมอ

               This dissertation The objectives are 1) to study and analyze the context, problems, needs, and concepts and theories regarding the development of novices under the framework of Buddhism Santiwithi of Wat Saradot.                2) Buddhist Dhamma that facilitates the development of novices of Wat Sarod under the framework of Wat Sarod. Focusing on the principles of the Four Noble Truths, emphasizing the application of the tools of Aparihaniyadhamma to practice by the Sangha in the temple. It is a principle of practice to strengthen participation and to enhance understanding of operating under the rules and regulations and in accordance with the principles of Dhamma and discipline. There is a mentor who is a good leader who gives love, good wishes and kindness. Consider carefully how to proceed so that the novice monks will be developed into novice monks with good personalities. A venerable attitude, a happy mind, and abundant wisdom by developing step by step appropriate to the nature of a novice. Suitable for the basic character traits of novices.              3) Results of the design of novice development under the Palang Bowon framework. This resulted in the "KORBUA Model" model, which has 8 sub-elements: 1st korbua, K=Knowledge, having good knowledge, 2nd korbua model, O = Operation, management, 3rd korbua B = Behave, leading to good behavior, korbua model. 4th R= Reiation, building relationships, 5th lotus leaf U = Unique, has specific characteristics, 6th lotus leaf A = Assist, help others.
