การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการดำเนินงานโครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 ของคณะสงฆ์อำเภอโพธาราม จังหวัดราชบุรี (2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการดำเนินงานโครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 ของคณะสงฆ์อำเภอโพธาราม จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ (3) ศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการดำเนินงานโครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 ของคณะสงฆ์อำเภอโพธาราม จังหวัดราชบุรี ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยในส่วนของการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนามจากประชาชนกลุ่มตัวอย่างในอำเภอโพธาราม จังหวัดราชบุรี จำนวน 399 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้โดยหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการทดสอบค่าที ค่าเอฟ วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และในส่วนของการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพมีการวิเคราะห์เอกสาร และใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนามจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 9 รูปหรือคน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาประกอบบริบท

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการดำเนินงานโครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 ของคณะสงฆ์อำเภอโพธาราม จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 2.96 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ดังนี้ ด้านร่างกาย มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.05 ด้านอารมณ์ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.35 ด้านสังคม มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 2.94 ส่วนด้านปัญญา อยู่ในระดับน้อย มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 2.50

2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการดำเนินงานโครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 ของคณะสงฆ์อำเภอโพธาราม จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ อายุ มีผลให้ความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการดำเนินงานโครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 ของคณะสงฆ์อำเภอโพธาราม จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยภาพรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ส่วนปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ การศึกษา อาชีพและรายได้ ไม่มีผลให้ความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อการดำเนินงานโครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 ของคณะสงฆ์อำเภอโพธาราม จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยภาพรวม ไม่แตกต่างกัน

3. ปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะ พบว่า ปัญหา อุปสรรค ได้แก่ เด็กเยาวชนมีปัญหาด้านการทะเลาะขัดแย้ง, สภาพสังคมเศรษฐกิจทำให้ประชาชนมีปัญหาด้านอารมณ์ไม่เสมอต้นเสมอปลาย, ขาดการนำหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาปรับประยุกต์กับหลักธรรมอันเหมาะสมพร้อมนำไปใช้ให้ก่อเกิดประโยชน์อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม,  และปัญหาเด็กเยาวชนเป็นโรคสมาธิสั้นเพราะติดเกมส์มากเกินทำให้สติปัญญาลดน้อยลง และมีข้อเสนอแนะ ได้แก่ ควรมีการรณรงค์สนับสนุนให้ประชาชนน้อมนำเอาหลักโครงการหมู่บ้านรักษาศีล 5 ไปพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตและป้องกันยาเสพติด, ควรจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิตใจของตนโดยการรักษาศีลฝึกสมาธิเพื่อทันกับสภาพเศรษฐกิจ, ควรสนับสนุนการนำหลักธรรมมันเหมาะสมดีงามมาปรับใช้เศรษฐกิจพอเพียงไปใช้ในการดำเนินวิถีชีวิตสัมมาอาชีพอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม และควรสนับสนุนการเพิ่มทักษะความรู้ด้วยการเข้ารับการฝึกอบรมด้านการพัฒนาสติปัญญา

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The purposes of this research were (1) to study the people satisfaction towards the 5 Precepts Village Project of Sangha in Photharam District, Ratchaburi Province, (2) to compare the people satisfaction towards the 5 Precepts Village Project of Sangha in Photharam District, Ratchaburi Province by classifying according to personal factors, and (3) to study problems, obstacles, and suggestions for the people satisfaction towards the 5 Precepts Village Project of Sangha in Photharam District, Ratchaburi Province. The study was the mixed method research between quantitative and qualitative research. In term of quantitative research, it used the questionnaire as the tool to collect the data in the field study from 399 sample population in Photharam District, Ratchaburi Province. The data were analyzed through frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.), t-test, F-test, one-way analysis of variance. In term of qualitative research, using the documentary analysis and interview as the tools to collect the data in the field study from 9 key informants and analyzed the data through the content analysis technique.

The research results found that:

1. People satisfaction towards the 5 Precepts Village Project of Sangha in Photharam District, Ratchaburi Province in overall, it was at a moderate level with an average of 2.96. When considering each aspect, it was found to be at a moderate level as follows: physical aspect had an average of 3.05, emotional aspect had an average of 3.35, and social aspect had an average equal to 2.94, while the intelligence aspect was at a low level with an average of 2.50.

2. Comparative results of the people satisfaction towards the 5 Precepts Village Project of Sangha in Photharam District, Ratchaburi Province by classifying according to personal factors, it was found that personal factors, namely age had an effect on the opinion of the people satisfaction towards the 5 Precepts Village Project of Sangha in Photharam District, Ratchaburi Province in overall was significantly different level at 0.01, while the personal factors, namely gender, education, occupation and income had no any effect on the opinion of the people satisfaction towards the 5 Precepts Village Project of Sangha in Photharam District, Ratchaburi Province in overall was not different.

3. Problems, obstacles, and suggestions: it was found that problems and obstacles included youth having problems with quarreling and conflicts, social and economic conditions causing people to have inconsistent emotional problems, and lacked of application of the sufficiency economy principles to appropriate Dhamma principles in order to create concrete benefits, and the problem of youth having attention deficit hyperactivity disorder because being too addicted to games caused their intelligence to decrease. As for the suggestions, included that there should be a campaign to encourage people to adopt the 5 Precepts Village Project to improve quality of life and prevent drugs, should organize activities to promote one's mental health by maintaining the precepts and practicing meditation to keep up with the economic situation, should support the application of appropriate Dhamma principles with the sufficiency economy principle in the right living a concrete way, and should support increasing knowledge skills by receiving the training in intellectual development.
