การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) ศึกษาหลักการการพัฒนาชุมชนตามหลักสังคหวัตถุธรรมของวัดลิ้นช้าง อำเภอหนองหญ้าปล้อง จังหวัดเพชรบุรี (2) ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบการพัฒนาชุมชนตามหลักสังคหวัตถุธรรมของวัดลิ้นช้าง อำเภอหนองหญ้าปล้อง จังหวัดเพชรบุรี โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล (3) ศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับการพัฒนาชุมชนตามหลักสังคหวัตถุธรรมของวัดลิ้นช้างอำเภอหนองหญ้าปล้อง จังหวัดเพชรบุรี ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยในส่วนของการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้แบบสอบถาม เป็นเครื่องมือเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนามจากประชาชนผู้มีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป ที่มีภูมิลำเนาในชุมชนบ้านลิ้นช้าง ตำบลยางน้ำกลัดเหนือ อำเภอหนองหญ้าปล้อง จังหวัดเพชรบุรี จำนวน 276 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้โดยหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการทดสอบค่าที ค่าเอฟ วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และในส่วนของการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพมีการวิเคราะห์เอกสาร และใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนามจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 9 รูปหรือคน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาประกอบบริบท

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1) หลักการการพัฒนาชุมชนตามหลักสังคหวัตถุธรรมของวัดลิ้นช้าง อำเภอหนองหญ้าปล้อง จังหวัดเพชรบุรี โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.49 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านทาน อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.49 ด้านปิยวาจา อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.47 ด้านอัตถจริยา อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.47 และด้านสมานัตตตา อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.52

2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการพัฒนาชุมชนตามหลักสังคหวัตถุธรรมของวัดลิ้นช้าง อำเภอหนองหญ้าปล้อง จังหวัดเพชรบุรี โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ อายุ ต่างกัน มีการพัฒนาชุมชนตามหลักสังคหวัตถุธรรมของวัดลิ้นช้าง อำเภอหนองหญ้าปล้อง จังหวัดเพชรบุรี โดยภาพรวม แตกต่างกัน จึงยอมรับสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ ส่วนปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ การศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ ต่างกัน มีผลให้ประชาชนมีความคิดเห็นต่อการพัฒนาชุมชนตามหลักสังคหวัตถุธรรมของวัดลิ้นช้าง อำเภอหนองหญ้าปล้อง จังหวัดเพชรบุรี โดยภาพรวม ไม่แตกต่างกัน จึงปฏิเสธสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้

3) ปัญหา อุปสรรค ได้แก่ การพัฒนาชุมชนตามหลักสังคหวัตถุธรรมของวัดลิ้นช้างอำเภอหนองหญ้าปล้อง จังหวัดเพชรบุรี พบว่า โดยภาพรวมของแต่ละด้านอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี ในส่วนของปัญหาส่วนใหญ่ที่พบคือจำนวนของผู้ที่ต้องการความช่วยเหลือเพิ่มจำนวนมากขึ้น ทำให้ได้รับการช่วยเหลือไม่ทั่วถึง มีการใช้ถ้อยคำที่ไม่สุภาพ ขาดความสำรวมในบางครั้ง และข้อเสนอแนะ ควรสำรวจข้อมูลผู้ที่ต้องการความช่วยเหลือให้ครอบคลุม เว้นการใช้คำพูดที่ไม่สุภาพ และรักษาสมณะสารูปวางตัวให้เหมาะสมกับทุกสถานที่

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The purposes of this research were (1) to study the principle of community development according to Sangahavatthudhamma Principle of Lin Chang Temple, Nong Ya Plong District, Phetchaburi Province, (2) to compare the community development according to Sangahavatthudhamma Principle of Lin Chang Temple, Nong Ya Plong District, Phetchaburi Province by classifying according to personal factors, and (3) to study problems, obstacles, and suggestions for the community development according to Sangahavatthudhamma Principle of Lin Chang Temple, Nong Ya Plong District, Phetchaburi Province. The study was the mixed method research between quantitative and qualitative research. In term of quantitative research, it used the questionnaire as the tool to collect the data in the field study from 267 people aged 18 years and over who were domiciled in Ban Lin Chang community, Yang Nam Klat Nuea Subdistrict, Nong Ya Plong District, Phetchaburi Province. The data were analyzed through frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.), T-test, F-test, one-way analysis of variance. In term of qualitative research, using the documentary analysis and interview as the tools to collect the data in the field study from 9 key informants and analyzed the data through the content analysis technique.

The research results found that:

1) Principle of community development according to Sangahavatthudhamma Principle of Lin Chang Temple, Nong Ya Plong District, Phetchaburi Province in overall, it was at a high level with an average of 4.49. When considering each aspect, it was found that the Dana  aspect was at a high level with an average of 4.49, the Piyavaca aspect was at a high level with an average of 4.47, the aspect of Atthacariya was at a high level with an average of 4.47, and the Samanattata aspect was at the highest level with an average of 4.52.

2) Comparative results of the community development according to Sangahavatthudhamma Principle of Lin Chang Temple, Nong Ya Plong District, Phetchaburi Province by classifying according to personal factors, it was found that different of age, had effected the community development according to Sangahavatthudhamma Principle of Lin Chang Temple, Nong Ya Plong District, Phetchaburi Province in overall was different, therefore the set hypothesis was accepted, while the different of gender, education, occupation and income had effected the people opinions on the community development according to Sangahavatthudhamma Principle of Lin Chang Temple, Nong Ya Plong District, Phetchaburi Province in overall was not different, therefore the set hypothesis was rejected.

3) Problems, obstacles, and suggestions for the community development according to Sangahavatthudhamma Principle of Lin Chang Temple, Nong Ya Plong District, Phetchaburi Province, it was found that the overall of each aspect was in good condition. The most common problems encountered were that the number of people needing help had increased, resulting in insufficient assistance, and the use of impolite language and a lack of composure at times. As for the suggestion, there should conduct a comprehensive survey of information on those who need help, refraining from using impolite words and maintaining monkhood status by presenting oneself appropriately to every place.
