การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของประชาชนที่มีต่อการจัดการงานสาธารณูปการของวัดชาวเหนือ อำเภอดำเนินสะดวก จังหวัดราชบุรี (2) ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อความพึงพอใจของประชาชนที่มีต่อการจัดการงานสาธารณูปการของวัดชาวเหนือ อำเภอดำเนินสะดวก จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ(3) ศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะต่อความพึงพอใจของประชาชนที่มีต่อการจัดการงานสาธารณูปการของวัดชาวเหนือ อำเภอดำเนินสะดวก จังหวัดราชบุรี ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยในส่วนของการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้แบบสอบถาม เป็นเครื่องมือเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนามจากประชาชนในหมู่บ้านชาวเหนือ ซึ่งมีหมู่ที่ 4, หมู่ที่ 5, หมู่ที่ 6 และหมู่ที่ 7 เป็นภูมิลำเนาที่ตั้งอยู่ระแวกวัด ประกอบกุศลกับวัดชาวเหนือ อำเภอดำเนินสะดวก จังหวัดราชบุรี จำนวน 375 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้โดยหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และในส่วนของการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพมีการวิเคราะห์เอกสาร และใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนามจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 9 รูปหรือคน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาประกอบบริบท

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

      1. ความพึงพอใจของประชาชนที่มีต่อการจัดการงานสาธารณูปการของวัดชาวเหนือ อำเภอดำเนินสะดวก จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.19 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ได้แก่ ด้านการสร้างมาตรฐาน อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.24 ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด ได้แก่ ด้านการสร้างวินัย อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.08

      2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของประชาชนที่มีต่อการจัดการงานสาธารณูปการของวัดชาวเหนือ อำเภอดำเนินสะดวก จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยจำแนกตามเพศ อายุ และอาชีพ พบว่าไม่แตกต่างกันทุกด้านซึ่งปฏิเสธสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ และกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีวุฒิการศึกษา ต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

3. ปัญหาและอุปสรรคต่อความพึงพอใจของประชาชนที่มีต่อการจัดการงานสาธารณูปการของวัดชาวเหนือ อำเภอดำเนินสะดวก จังหวัดราชบุรี พบว่า การดำเนินการให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดศาสนสมบัติของวัดยังไม่เป็นระบบแก่พระภิกษุสามเณร ช่วงเวลาในการก่อสร้างไม่ค่อยมีความสอดคล้องกับฤดูกาล งบประมาณก่อสร้างไม่เพียงพอ การจัดทำวาระการรักษาความสะอาดเสนาสนะภายในวัดยังไม่เหมาะสม ขาดการตรวจสอบสิ่งสาธารณูปการของวัดให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ใช้การได้ ไม่มีการจัดทำบัญชีสิ่งสาธารณูปการตามลำดับขนาด และความสำคัญ ทางคณะสงฆ์ของวัดและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขับเคลื่อนนโยบาย 5 ส. ไม่มีการอบรมและขับเคลือนเท่าที่ควร พระสงฆ์ภายในวัดบางส่วนและประชาชนยังขาดการให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนาวัดที่สามารถเป็นศูนย์กลางการเรียนรู้ด้วยวิธี ๕ ส เพื่อให้วัด และชุมชน เกิดความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The purposes of this research were (1) to study the level of satisfaction of people with management public facilities of Chao Nua Temple Damnoensaduak District, Ratchaburi Province, (2) to compare the opinion on satisfaction of people with management public facilities of Chao Nua Temple Damnoensaduak District, Ratchaburi Province by classifying according to personal factors, and (3) to study problems, obstacles, and suggestions for the satisfaction of people with management public facilities of Chao Nua Temple Damnoensaduak District, Ratchaburi Province. The study was the mixed method research between quantitative and qualitative research. In term of quantitative research, it used the questionnaire as the tool to collect the data in the field study from 375 people in Chao Nua villages which consisted of Village No. 4, Village No. 5, Village No. 6, and Village No. 7 as they were domiciled located near Prakobkusol Temple and Chao Nua Temple. The data were analyzed through frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.). In term of qualitative research, using the documentary analysis and interview as the tools to collect the data in the field study from 9 key informants and analyzed the data through the content analysis technique.

The research results found that:

1. Satisfaction of people with management public facilities of Chao Nua Temple Damnoensaduak District, Ratchaburi Province in overall, it was at a high level with an average of 4.19. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was creating standards at a high level with a average of 4.24, while the aspect with the lowest mean was creating discipline at a high level with an average value of 4.08.

2. Comparative results of the opinion on satisfaction of people with management public facilities of Chao Nua Temple Damnoensaduak District, Ratchaburi Province by classifying according to gender, age and occupation found that there was no different in those aspects, therefore the set hypothesis was rejected and the sample groups with different educational qualifications had different opinions with statistical significance at the 0.05.

3. Problems, obstacles, and suggestions for the satisfaction of people with management public facilities of Chao Nua Temple Damnoensaduak District, Ratchaburi Province found that the process of providing knowledge about the arrangement of the temple's religious properties was not systematic to monks and novices, the construction period was not consistent with the season, the construction budget was not sufficient, creating an agenda for maintaining the cleanliness of the temple premises was still not appropriate, there was a lack of inspection of the temple's public facilities to ensure a usable condition, there was no accounting of the public facilities in order of their size and importance to the Sangha way, and the relevant agencies did not have training and policy driving 5 S project as expected, some monks within the temple and the public still lacked of importance in developing a temple that could be a learning center of the 5S project in order to keep the temple and community in order.
