บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

            สารนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการประยุกต์ใช้อิทธิบาทธรรมและการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของบุคลากรในเทศบาลตำบลแม่แตง 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารงานตามหลักอิทธิบาทธรรมกับการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของบุคลากรในเทศบาลตำบลแม่แตง และ 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการบริหารงานตามหลักอิทธิบาทธรรมในเทศบาลตำบล    แม่แตง การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ ดำเนินการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี (Mixed Methods Research)  1) การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 370 คน  และ 2) การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 9 รูปหรือคน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนา

             ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

           1) ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลระดับการประยุกต์ใช้อิทธิบาทธรรมและการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของบุคลากรในเทศบาลตำบลแม่แตง ระดับความคิดเห็นการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของบุคลากรในเทศบาลตำบลแม่แตง ในด้านการสื่อสารอยู่ในระดับมาก พบว่า ด้านการสื่อสาร ด้านการวางแผนและการบริหารจัดการ ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม ด้านการปฏิบัติเชิงกลยุทธ์ ด้านการตระหนักรับรู้เรื่องโลกาภิวัตน์ และด้านการบริหารตนเอง มีระดับมาก

         2) ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลระดับการศึกษาการประยุกต์ใช้อิทธิบาทธรรมและการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของบุคลากรในเทศบาลตำบลแม่แตง โดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในทิศทางเดียวกันอยู่ในระดับสูงมาก (R=.955) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01

      3) ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลระดับแนวทางการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการบริหารงานตามหลักอิทธิบาทธรรมในเทศบาลตำบลแม่แตง ฉันทะ ควรมีการกำหนดเป้าหมาย วิธีการ และแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ชัดเจน ก็ก่อให้ทรัพยากรนี้มีประโยชน์สูงสุด มีประสิทธิภาพ วิริยะ ผู้ปฏิบัติงานจะต้องไม่ยอมย่อท้อต่ออุปสรรค ทั้งนี้ต้องสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ เอาชนะสิ่งที่ทำให้เราท้อใจ มีความเพียรพยายามในการทำงาน จิตตะ ความเอาใจใส่ในการบริหารงานนั้น สมาธิในการทำงานไม่ปล่อยจิตไปตามสิ่งต่าง ๆ ตั้งใจในการปฏิบัติงาน ย่อมแก้ไขปัญหาและอุปสรรคต่าง ๆ ได้ วิมังสา ใช้ความรอบคอบ ใช้วิจารณญาณในการปฏิบัติงาน เพื่อประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานให้ดียิ่งขึ้น และเป็นแนวทางในการปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างถูกต้อง

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

             The objectives of this research were 1) The application of Iddhipatthamma and the development of personnel competencies in Mae Taeng Subdistrict Municipality. 2)The relationship between administration according to the principles of Iddhipadhamma and the development of personnel competencies in Mae Taeng Subdistrict Municipality. and 3) to propose guidelines for developing administrative competencies according to the principles of Iddhipatthamma in Mae Taeng Subdistrict Municipality. This research study Conduct Mixed Methods Research. 1) Quantitative research Use a questionnaire to sample opinions of 370 people. and 2) qualitative research Use in-depth interviews with 9 key informants or people. Data were analyzed using descriptive content analysis.

                The research findings were as following:

           1) Results of data analysis on the application level of Iddhipattham and the development of personnel competencies in Mae Taeng Subdistrict Municipality. Level of opinions on the development of personnel competencies in Mae Taeng Subdistrict Municipality. In terms of communication, it is at a high level.              2) Results of data analysis at the educational level, application of Iddhipatthamma and development of personnel competencies in Mae Taeng Subdistrict Municipality. Overall, there is a very high positive relationship in the same direction (R=.955) with statistical significance at the 0.01 level.

        3) Results of data analysis at the level of guidelines for developing administrative competencies according to the principles of Iddhipatthamma in Mae Taeng Subdistrict Municipality.
