            สารนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับคุณภาพการปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในเขตเทศบาลตำบลจอมแจ้ง 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลต่อผลการปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในเขตเทศบาลตำบลจอมแจ้ง โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการปฏิบัติงานตามแนวพุทธบูรณาการของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในเขตเทศบาลตำบลจอมแจ้ง การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ ดำเนินการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี (Mixed Methods Research)  1) การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จํานวน 136 คน และ 2) การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 9 รูปหรือคน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนา

             ผลวิจัยพบว่า

         1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับคุณภาพการปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในเขตเทศบาลตำบลจอมแจ้ง พบว่า โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅ = 4.05, S.D. = 0.723)

         2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลต่อผลการปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในเขตเทศบาลตำบลจอมแจ้ง โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า โดยภาพรวม  อยู่ในระดับมาก ( x̅ = 4.05, S.D. = 0.723) เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ระดับการปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในเขตเทศบาลตำบลจอมแจ้งเมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้านสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1) ด้านการควบคุมและป้องกันโรค พบว่า โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ด้านการฟื้นฟูสภาพ พบว่า โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ด้านการรักษาพยาบาล พบว่า โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 4) ด้านการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ พบว่า ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

        3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการปฏิบัติงานตามแนวพุทธบูรณาการของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ในเขตเทศบาลตำบลจอมแจ้ง พบว่า ควรมีการสอบถามความคิดเห็นของสมาชิก เกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข อาสาสมัครสาธรณสุขประจำหมูบ้านควรปฏิบัติตัวให้เป็นตัวอย่างที่ดีในการรักษาสุขภาพอยู่เสมอ ร่วมกิจกรรม ร่วมรณรงค์ ประชาสัมพันธ์คว่ำขัน กะลาเพื่อป้องกันลูกน้ำยุงลายให้มากขึ้น ควรมีร่วมอบรม แนะนำการตรวจเต้านมด้วยตนเองแก่สตรี ควรเพิ่มการประชาสัมพันธ์ และให้การช่วยเหลือด้วยการกายภาพบำบัด และออกเยี่ยมผู้ป่วยบ่อยขึ้น ให้ความร่วมมือกับโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพประจำตำบล ชุมชน ในการส่งเสริมสุขภาพเป็นประจำ และควรเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการบริหารขององค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดเชียงใหม่โดยเร็ว

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

         This Research has the following objectives: 1) The quality of work performance of village health volunteers in Chom Chaeng Subdistrict Municipality.  2) Compare personal factors affecting the performance of village health volunteers in Chom Chaeng Subdistrict Municipality. Classified according to personal factors. and 3) Propose guidelines for working according to integrated Buddhist principles for village health volunteers in Chom Chaeng Subdistrict Municipality, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province. This research study Conduct research using Mixed Methods Research by Quantitative Research. The population used in the research is a group of village health volunteers in Chom Chaeng Subdistrict Municipality. This research study Conduct Mixed Methods Research. 1) Quantitative research A questionnaire was used for the opinions of a sample group of 136 people. and 2) qualitative research Using in-depth interviews with 9 key informants or people, data were analyzed using descriptive content analysis.

             The research findings were as following:

           1. The quality level of work performance of village health volunteers in Chom Chaeng Subdistrict Municipality, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province was found to be overall at a high level ( x̅ = 4.05, S.D. = 0.723).

          2) Compare personal factors affecting the performance of village health volunteers in Chom Chaeng Subdistrict Municipality, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province. Classified by personal factors, it was found that overall it was at a high level ( x̅ = 4.05, S.D. = 0.723).When classified into each area, it was found that the work level of village health volunteers in Chom Chaeng Subdistrict Municipality, when classified into each area, can be summarized as follows. 1) The disease control and prevention aspect was found to be at a high level overall. 2) The rehabilitation aspect was found to be at a high level overall. 3) The medical treatment aspect was found to be overall at a high level. 4) The overall level was found to be at a high level. Health promotion was found to be at a high level overall.

        To propose guidelines for working according to integrated Buddhist principles for village health volunteers. In Chom Chaeng Subdistrict Municipality, it was found that Members' opinions should be asked. About the work of public health volunteers. Village public health volunteers should always act as a good example in maintaining good health. Participate in activities, join the campaign, publicize the ban. Shell to protect more mosquito larvae. There should be training. Recommend breast self-examination to women. Public relations should be increased. and provide assistance with physical therapy and visit patients more often. Cooperate with subdistrict health promotion hospitals and communities in promoting health on a regular basis and should be part of the administration of the Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization as soon as possible.
