บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

          สารนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการบริหารจัดการผู้สูงอายุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านช้าง 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการจัดสวัสดิการผู้สูงอายุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านช้าง และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารจัดการผู้สูงอายุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านช้าง อำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยบูรณาการตามหลักพุทธธรรม การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ ดำเนินการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี (Mixed Methods Research)  โดยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ผู้สูงอายุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านช้าง การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ ดำเนินการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี (Mixed Methods Research)  1) การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จํานวน 232 คน และ 2) การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 9 รูปหรือคน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนา

            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

           1) ระดับการบริหารจัดการสวัสดิการผู้สูงอายุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านช้าง โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅ = 4.38, S.D. = 0.382) ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 60-69 ปี มีสถานภาพสมรส มีระดับการศึกษาประถมศึกษา มีรายได้ต่อเดือน 5,001 – 10,000 บาท มีที่พักอาศัย บ้านตนเอง และบ้านญาติ/บุตรหลาน จำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือน 4 - 5 คน  และแหล่งที่มาของรายได้ เบี้ยยังชีพผู้สูงอายุจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ

        2) เปรียบเทียบการจัดสวัสดิการผู้สูงอายุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านช้าง พบว่า ด้านการส่งเสริมการศึกษา ด้านการส่งเสริมสุขภาพอนามัย  ด้านการส่งเสริมรายได้และการมีงานทำ ด้านการบริการสังคมทั่วไป และด้านการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมนันทนาการ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารจัดการสวัสดิการสำหรับผู้สูงอายุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านช้าง ในรายข้อพบว่า ที่มีเพศ ระดับการศึกษา และรายได้ต่อเดือน ไม่แตกต่างกัน จากการวิจัยดังนั้นจึงปฏิเสธสมมติฐานการวิจัย ในส่วนที่มีอายุ สถานภาพ และพักอาศัยต่างกัน แตกต่างกัน จึงยอมรับสมมติฐานการวิจัย

            3) ศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารจัดการสวัสดิการผู้สูงอายุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบ้านช้าง พบว่า มีการจัดทำและพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลผู้สูงอายุให้ถูกต้องและทันสมัยการติดตาม และประเมินผลการดำเนินงานการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาผู้สูงอายุ เสริมสร้างธรรมาภิบาลมีความอยู่ดีกินดี มีสุขภาพ ร่างกายจิตใจแข็งแรง ใช้ชีวิตอยู่เย็นเป็นสุข ควรเน้นการบริการสุขภาพแก่ผู้สูงอายุ ช่วยส่งเสริมขีดความสามารถพัฒนาการด้านร่างกาย อารมณ์สังคม และสติปัญญาของผู้สูงอายุ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

              The objectives of this Research were 1) Study the management level for elderly at Ban Chang Subdistrict Administrative Organization. 2) Compare the provision of welfare for the elderly of the Ban Chang Subdistrict Administrative Organization. and 3) study the management guidelines for life of the elderly of the Ban Chang Subdistrict Administrative Organization by integrating according to Buddhist principles. This research study Conduct Mixed Methods Research. 1) Quantitative research Use a questionnaire to sample opinions of 232 people. and 2) qualitative research Use in-depth interviews with 9 key informants or people. Data were analyzed using descriptive content analysis.

              The research findings were as following:

              1) The management level of elderly at the Ban Chang Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Overall, it is at a high level ( x̅ = 4.38, S.D. = 0.382). Most of the respondents were female. Age between 60-69 years, marital status. Have a primary education level Have a monthly income of 5,001 - 10,000 baht, have a place to stay, your own home, and the homes of relatives/children. Number of household members: 4 - 5 people and source of income Elderly living allowance from government agencies.

             2) Compare the provision of welfare for the elderly of the Ban Chang Subdistrict Administrative Organization. It was found that in promoting education Health promotion In terms of promoting income and employment General social services and promoting recreational activities Overall, it is at a high level. Results of comparing opinions on welfare management for the elderly of Ban Chang Subdistrict Administrative Organization. In the list of findings, it was found that gender, education level and monthly income no different From the research, therefore, the research hypothesis was rejected. As for the differences in age, status, and residence, the research hypothesis was accepted.

            3) The management guidelines for elderly at the Ban Chang Subdistrict Administrative Organization. It was found that a database system for the elderly has been created and developed to be accurate and up to date. Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the promotion and development of the elderly.Strengthen good governance, have good living, have good health, and have a strong body and mind. Live a cool and happy life. Health services for the elderly should be emphasized. Helps promote the physical, emotional, social and intellectual development of the elderly.
