บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

              วัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและบทบาทของพระคิลานุปัฏฐากในการส่งเสริมสุขภาวะพระสงฆ์ในจังหวัดพิจิตร 2) เพื่อพัฒนาบทบาทและหน้าที่การปฏิบัติงานของพระคิลานุปัฏฐากในการส่งเสริมสุขภาวะพระสงฆ์ในจังหวัดพิจิตร และ 3) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการปฏิบัติงานของพระคิลานุปัฏฐาก ด้านการดูแลสุขภาวะพระสงฆ์ ในจังหวัดพิจิตร ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 23 รูป/คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง ร่วมกับเทคนิคการสนทนากลุ่ม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านเนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

1. พระคิลานุปัฏฐากเป็นผู้ที่มีบทบาทสำคัญในการดูแลสุขภาพพระสงฆ์ทั้งในวัด และชุมชนของจังหวัดพิจิตร สภาพปัญหาและบทบาทของพระคิลานุปัฏฐากเกิดจากพระสงฆ์ในจังหวัดพิจิตรมีภาวการณ์เจ็บป่วยด้วยโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรังมากขึ้นในทุกปี ส่วนมากเกินครึ่งของจำนวนพระสงฆ์เป็นผู้สูงอายุ พระภิกษุผู้มีจิตอาสาในการดูแลสุขภาพไม่เพียงพอ และยังขาดความรู้ความชำนาญในการดูแลสุขภาพ งบประมาณที่มีอยู่จำกัด ทำให้ส่งผลต่อบทบาทของการส่งเสริมสุขภาวะพระสงฆ์ในจังหวัดพิจิตร โดยสภาพปัญหาและบทบาทของพระคิลานุปัฏฐากอาจแตกต่างไปตามสถานการณ์และปัจจัยต่างๆ ตามแต่ละพื้นที่นั้นๆ

2. พระคิลานุปัฏฐากในระดับแกนนำ และระดับปฏิบัติการ จะต้องมีการพัฒนาความรู้ และพัฒนาทักษะ ด้านการจัดการสุขภาวะพระสงฆ์อยู่ตลอดเวลาเพื่อให้ทันต่อการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีทางการแพทย์ ตลอดรวมถึงการสร้างเครือข่ายในระดับพื้นที่เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน การพัฒนาความรู้และทักษะของพระคิลานุปัฏฐาก เป็นกระบวนการต่อเนื่องที่จำเป็นสำหรับการดูแลสุขภาพพระสงฆ์ และคนในชุมชน

               3. แนวทางในการดำเนินงานด้านการดูแลสุขภาพของพระคิลานุปัฏฐากในจังหวัดพิจิตร อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม เป็นระบบ ต้องอาศัยการปฏิบัติบนหลักการ 3 ส 3 อ และ 1 น ของกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ซึ่งส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อคณะสงฆ์จังหวัดพิจิตร และสามารถขยายพื้นที่การปฏิบัติงานลงไปสู่ชุมชน

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives are: 1) To study the problems and roles phra kilanupattaka in promoting the phra kilanupattaka well-being of monks in Phichit province. To investigate the issues and functions of phra kilanupattaka in promoting the phra kilanupattaka well-being of monks in Phichit province. 2) To develop the roles and duties of  in promoting the well-being of monks in Phichit province. 3) To propose operational guidelines for phra kilanupattaka  in caring for the well-being of monks in Phichit province. Key informants: 23 people. Research tools: structured interview questionnaires, group discussion techniques, content analysis. Findings:

1) The venerable Kilanupatthak is critical in maintaining the health of the monks in both the temple and the Phichit provincial community. The challenges and roles of the venerable Kilanupatthak arise from the increasing prevalence of chronic non-communicable diseases among the monks in Phichit province each year. More than half of the monks are elderly, and there is a shortage of volunteer monks with a sufficient spiritual commitment to health care. Additionally, there is a lack of knowledge and expertise in health care, compounded by limited budgets. These factors impact the role of promoting the health and well-being of the monks in Phichit province. The difficulties and roles of the venerable Kilanupatthak may vary according on the particular situations and causes.

2) At both the leadership and operational levels, the venerable Kilanupatthak must continuously develop knowledge and skills in managing the health of the monks. This is essential to keep pace with advancements in medical technology and to establish networks at the community level to enhance effectiveness in their duties. The venerable Kilanupatthak's ongoing knowledge and skill development is critical to meeting the monks' and community's health care needs.

           3) Guidelines for implementing health care for the venerable Kilanupatthak in Phichit province should be idealistic and systematic, relying on the principles of the Ministry of Public Health's 3s 3o 1n approach. This approach encompasses three essential elements: prevention, promotion, and treatment. It aims to achieve the highest efficiency in operational activities, resulting in the greatest benefits for the monks' community in Phichit province and the expansion of services to the broader community.
