บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

               In this research, three objectives were purposely made: 1) to study the administrative principles that support that Buddhist leadership, 2) to study the principles of Buddhadhamma that support the Buddhist leadership, and 3) to propose the guidelines that support the Buddhist leadership of ecclesiastical officials, Prachuap Kiri Khan Province. This research employed the qualitative research methodology.  In this research, key informants were purposively selected from 15 peoples comprising of abbots, ecclesiastical officers, servants, and community’s leaders of temples regarded as the excellent ones in the development. The research tools were of interview forms and then the contents gained from interview was also analyzed.

                As far as the administrative principles that support the Buddhist leadership of ecclesiastical officers are concerned, they are purposely aimed at supporting the ecclesiastical officers to have proper understanding of certain management of leadership through mindfulness whereby six kinds of the Sangha’s missions could be effectively carried out in accordance with seven types of qualities of a good man by which the Buddhist ways would be fully realized so as to potentialize the Buddhist personnel correspondingly.

               In studying Buddhadhamma that supports the Buddhist leadership, it was considerably found that seven types of qualities of a god man could be used as the conceptual framework accorded with six kinds of Buddhist Sangha’s mission administration. In these matters, its development necessitates self-realization where the cause and effect, be they positive or negative, must be fully understood. Once completely realized, it would reflect on moral self-responsibility where the co-workers and community are meaningfully prioritized resulting in taking moral responsibility to others and expressing salutary wishes to all while the temple and community meet with certain advantages.

               When it comes to the guidelines to support the effectiveness of the Buddhist leadership, it clearly shows that the ecclesiastical officers should be inculcate with the principles of qualities of a good man where six kinds of Buddhist Sangha’s mission are incorporated in order to create the desirable visions, goals, regulations, schemes, customs and traditions leading to creative ideas which would be able to utilized to develop and reform the Sangha. To achieve this, brainstorming and necessary solution to problems involved should be obtained so as to do various activities systematically. Consequently, the highest benefit and good attitude  would be brought to the Buddhist Sanghas themselves respectively.

               The guidelines of Buddhist leadership and  ecclesiastical monks' efficiency can help learning of 7 Pusisadham principles to help in filtering the 6 principles to help creating visions, goals, orders, patterns and traditions. The creations and ideas are for Sangha's development by brainstorming to find ways to solve the problems and to get the conclusion and direction within the work operations based on principles.
