บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

               การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ (1) เพื่อศึกษาหลักทิฏฐธัมมิกัตถะประโยชน์ 4 ในพระพุทธศาสนา (2) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตเกษตรกรสวนยางพาราในจังหวัดบึงกาฬและ (3) เพื่อเสนอการประยุกต์ใช้หลักทิฏฐธัมมิกัตถะประโยชน์ 4 เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตเกษตรกรสวนยางพาราใน จังหวัดบึงกาฬ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการศึกษาเอกสาร และการสัมภาษณ์แล้ววิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามวัตถุประสงค์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

               หลักทิฏฐธัมมิกัตถะประโยชน์ 4 ในพระพุทธศาสนา คือ 1) อุฏฐานสัมปทา ถึงพร้อมด้วยความหมั่น เช่น ขยันหมั่นเพียร เป็นผู้ขยันไม่เกียจคร้านในการงานนั้น 2) อารักขสัมปทา ถึงพร้อมด้วยการรักษาโภคทรัพย์ รู้จักการใช้จ่ายเพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด 3) กัลยาณมิตร คบคนดี ไม่คบคนชั่ว ผู้ถึงพร้อมด้วยศรัทธา ศีล จาคะ ปัญญา และ 4) สมชีวิตา อยู่อย่างพอเพียง รู้ทางเจริญทรัพย์และทางเสื่อมแห่งโภคทรัพย์ จากการสัมภาษณ์เกษตรกรสวนยาง พบว่า ส่วนมากไม่ได้มีความรู้ในหลักธรรมทั้ง 4 ข้อ แต่การดำเนินชีวิตของประชาชนที่มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีนั้น จากการวิเคราะห์มีความสอดคล้องกับหลักทิฏฐธัมมิกัตถะประโยชน์ 4

               สภาพการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตเกษตรกรสวนยางพาราในจังหวัดบึงกาฬ พบว่า 1. ด้านอาชีพ ประชาชนส่วนมากเป็นเกษตรกรสวนยางพารา เพราะมีโรงงานแปรรูปยางพาราเข้ามตั้งโรงงานภายในพื้นที่จังหวัดบึงกาฬ หลายแห่งเพื่อรับซื้อน้ำยางพาราไปแปรรูปเพื่อการส่งออก ทำให้ผลผลิตประเภทน้ำยางพาราสามารถขายออกได้ในราคาที่ดี และประชาชนก็มีการปลูกพืชไร่ เช่น ไร่สับปะรด ไร่ผักส่วนครัว ไร่กล้วย เป็นต้น อีกส่วนก็ประกอบอาชีพ การประมงน้ำ เพราะพื้นที่มีทั้ง ภูเขา ที่ลาบลุ่ม และติดกับแม่น้ำโขง 2. ด้านจิตใจ ประชาชนในพื้นที่นั้นได้ปฏิบัติตามข้อปฏิบัติของชุมชน คือ ทุกวันพระ 8 ค่ำ 15 ค่ำ และวันสำคัญทางพระพุทธศาสนาจะเป็นวันหยุด เพื่อเข้าวัดในการทำบุญ ฟังธรรมเทศนา เพื่อเป็นการพัฒนาจิตใจ 3. ด้านสังคม ได้มีการรวมกลุ่มเกษตรกรสวนยางพารา จัดตั้งเป็นสหกรณ์ส่วนยางในแต่ละอำเภอของจังหวัดบึงกาฬ เพื่อที่จะเกิดการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ และมีกองทุนเพื่อพัฒนาสวนยางพารา 4. ด้านเศรษฐกิจหรือรายได้ เกษตรกรสวนยางพารา มีรายได้ที่ดีและเพียงพอต่อการดำเนินชีวิต ถึงแม้จะมีปัญหาคือ ประชาชนไม่สามารถกำหนดราคาของผลผลิตทางการเกษตรได้เอง ไม่มีความรู้เรื่องเทคโนโลยีทางการจำหน่าย และการเกษตรสมัยใหม่เท่าที่ควร เพราะติดปัญหาเรื่องเงินทุน และองค์ความรู้ที่ครอบคลุม

               การประยุกต์ใช้หลักทิฏฐธัมมิกัตถะประโยชน์ 4 เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตเกษตรกรสวนยางพาราใน จังหวัดบึงกาฬ พบว่า 1) ด้านอาชีพ ประชาชนดำเนินชีวิตด้วยความขยัน มีรูปแบบในการดำเนินชีวิตที่เป็นระเบียบ มีปัญญาบวกความขยันจนเกิดความชำนาญในงานที่ทำให้การงานนั้นประสบความสำเร็จได้ง่ายโดยไม่เครียด ซึ่งตรงกับหลัก อุฏฐานสัมปทา มีความขยันหมั่นเพียร เป็นผู้ขยันไม่เกียจคร้านในการงาน 2) ด้านจิตใจ ประชาชนในพื้น ได้มีการเข้าวัดฟังธรรมเทศนา ทุกวันพระ รู้จักการให้ทานเพื่อรักษาความโลภ รู้จักการรักษาทรัพย์ที่หามาได้ด้วยจากการรู้จักคุณค่า เรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ ผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ เพื่อบูรณาการสิ่งของ ข้าวของต่าง ๆ ให้สามารถเพิ่มมูลค่า เพิ่มรายได้ ซึ่งตรงกับหลัก อารักขสัมปทา ถึงพร้อมด้วยการรักษาโภคทรัพย์ 3) ด้านสังคม ประชาชนส่วนมากมีความเข้าใจในการคบคนดี ไม่คบคนชั่ว ดำรงตน เจรจา สนทนากับบุคคลในชุมชน ด้วยการใช้คำพูดที่เป็นมิตร มีความซื่อตรงต่ออาชีพ ไม่เอาเปรียบกัน เป็นคนที่มีศรัทธา ศีล จาคะ ปัญญา ซึ่งตรงกับหลักกัลยาณมิตร คบคนดี ไม่คบคนชั่ว และ 4) ด้านเศรษฐกิจหรือรายได้ มีรายได้ที่มั่นคงจากยาพารา และการปลูกพืชเศรษฐกิจ ใช้ชีวิตอยู่บนความพอเพียง รู้วิธีการบริหารจักการรายได้ให้เพิ่มขึ้น ซึ่งกับหลักสมชีวิตา รู้ทางเจริญทรัพย์และทางเสื่อมแห่งโภคทรัพย์

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

               The purposes of this research are; (1) to study the principles of the Four Virtues conductive to the benefits in the present in Buddhism (2) to study the state of developing the agriculturists’ quality of life in Para resin park in Buengkan Province (3) offering the application of the principles of the Four Virtues Conductive to the Benefits in the Present for developing the agriculturists’ life in Para resin park in Buengkan Province. This research is a qualitative research by studying the documents and interview and then the data are analyzed in accordance with the purposes and the results of the research are found as follows:

               The principles of the Four Virtues conductive to the Benefits in the present in Buddhism are 1) Utthanasampada: to be endowed with energy such as to be diligent to work, not to be lazy in that work 2) Arakkhasampada: to be endowed with the wealth protection and to know how to spend the wealth with carefulness for the highest benefits 3) Kalayanmitta: to associate with good company, not to associate with bad persons and to associate with persons who comply with faith, charity, intelligence and 4) Samajivita: to live economically and to know the way of progressiveness and ruin of wealth. From interviewing the agriculturists in the resin part, it is found that the majority does not have the knowledge related to the four principles of Dhamma but the procedure of their lives is still endowed with good quality. From analysis, it is agreeable with the Four Virtues conductive to the Benefits in the present.

                The state of developing the agriculturists’ quality of life in Para resin  park in Buengkan Province is found that 1) the most occupation of people is the agriculture in the aspect of para resin park because there are many transfigured factories of para resins settled in the areas of Buengkan province in order to buy the para resins for transfiguration and exportation. The kinds of para resin products can be exported in the high prices and people can cultivate the farm cops such as pineapple farm, vegetable, and banana. etc. the some people perform the water fishery occupation because the sites consist of mountains, plains and lowland adjoining with Khong River 2) in the aspect of mentality, people in those areas practice the regulation of community that is, 8, 15 Buddhist holidays or other Buddhist festivals for entering the temples for merit-making, sermon listening, and for mental development 3) in the social aspect, the combination of the agriculturist groups who perform para resin park is provided as para resin cooperative organization in each district of Buengkan Province for exchange the knowledge and for establishing the fun in order to develop para resin park 4) in the aspect of economy or income of para resin agriculturists, they have good and enough incomes for their own lifestyles. Although the problems exist, that is, people can not limit the price of agricultural products by themselves and do not have knowledge about technology of payment and the modern agriculture because they have fun problems and lack of body of knowledge.

                The application of the principle of the Four Virtues conductive to the benefits in the present for developing the agriculturists’ quality of life in Para rubber park in Buengkan Province is found that 1) in the aspect of occupation, people proceed their living with diligence, format in proceeding their lives orderly, intelligence associated with industry until occurrence of experience in working and to make that work achieve easily, not to be serious identical to the principle of Utthanasampada, that is, to be downed with diligence not to be lazy in working 2) in the mental aspect, people in location enter the temple for listening sermon every Buddhist holiday. To know how to give charity for reducing the greed. Protection of received properties by knowing the value, learning the new things through on line in order to integrate various things for increasing the price, income identical to the principle of Arakkhasampada, that is, to be endowed with property protection 3) in the social aspect, the majority of people understand to associate with good persons, not to associate with bad persons, upholding oneself, discussion, conversation with people in community with friendly language, faithful for occupation not to take advantage of others, to have faithfulness, precepts, charity, intelligence identical to Kalayamitta, that is, to associate with good persons, not to associate bad persons and 4) In the aspect of economy and income, that is, to be endowed with certain income from para resins and economical plantations, to earning living with sufficiency, to know how to manage the increasing incomes identical to Samajivita, that is, to know the progressive way of properties and the way of ruin of wealth.
