บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

               การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ (1) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการเรียนรู้ตามหลักไตรสิกขาในพระพุทธศาสนา (2) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันกระบวนการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ในโรงเรียนอนุบาลจุมพลโพนพิสัย อำเภอโพนพิสัย จังหวัดหนองคาย และ(3) เพื่อการประยุกต์ใช้หลักไตรสิกขาเพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ในโรงเรียนอนุบาลจุมพลโพนพิสัย อำเภอโพนพิสัย จังหวัดหนองคาย เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการศึกษาเอกสาร และการสัมภาษณ์แล้ววิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามวัตถุประสงค์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

               กระบวนการเรียนรู้ตามหลักไตรสิกขาในพระพุทธศาสนา พบว่า หลักการพัฒนาชีวิตเพื่อให้ประสบ ผลสำเร็จ และเป็นคนสมบูรณ์แบบตามแนวพุทธ มีหลักสำคัญ 3 ประการคือ 1) อธิ    สีลสิกขา คือ ศึกษา เรื่องศีล อบรมปฏิบัติให้ถูกต้องดีงาม 2) อธิจิตตสิกขา คือ ศึกษาเรื่องจิต อบรมจิตให้สงบมั่นคงเป็น สมาธิ 3) อธิปัญญาสิกขา คือ ศึกษาเรื่องปัญญาอบรมตนให้เกิดปัญญาแจ่มแจ้ง จากการสัมภาษณ์ พบว่า นักเรียนมีความรู้ความเข้าใจในหลักไตรสิกขาพื้นฐาน ได้มีการปรับใช้หลักไตรสิกขาแต่ละข้อในการเรียนภายในโรงเรียนซึ่งสงผลให้ผลการเรียนดีขึ้น และใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันส่งผลให้ความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีในครอบครัวที่ดีขึ้น

               สภาพปัจจุบันกระบวนการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ในโรงเรียนอนุบาลจุมพลโพนพิสัย อำเภอโพนพิสัย จังหวัดหนองคาย พบว่า มุ่งพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้เป็นคนดี ตามหลัก ศีล เพื่อพัฒนาพฤติกรรม สมาธิ เพื่อพัฒนาด้านจิตใจ และปัญญา เพื่อพัฒนาด้านสติปัญญา ให้มีศักยภาพในการศึกษาต่อ และประกอบอาชีพ เพื่อให้เกิดกับผู้เรียนเมื่อจบการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ดังนี้ 1. มีคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และค่านิยมที่พึงประสงค์ เห็นคุณค่าของตนเอง มีวินัยและปฏิบัติตนตามหลักธรรมของพระพุทธศาสนา หรือศาสนาที่ตนนับถือ ยึดหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง 2. มีความรู้อันเป็นสากลและมีความสามารถในการสื่อสาร การคิด การแก้ปัญหา การใช้เทคโนโลยี และมีทักษะชีวิต 3. มีสุขภาพกายและสุขภาพจิตที่ดี มีสุขนิสัย และรักการออกกำลังกาย 4. มีความรักชาติ มีจิตสำนึกในความเป็นพลเมืองไทยและพลโลก ยึดมั่นในวิถีชีวิตและการปกครองตามระบอบประชาธิปไตยอันมีพระมหากษัตริย์ทรงเป็นประมุข และ 5. มีจิตสำนึกในการอนุรักษ์วัฒนธรรมและภูมิปัญญาไทย การอนุรักษ์และพัฒนาสิ่งแวดล้อม มีจิตสาธารณะที่มุ่งทำประโยชน์และสร้างสิ่งที่ดีงามในสังคม และอยู่ร่วมกันในสังคมอย่างมีความสุข

               การประยุกต์ใช้หลักไตรสิกขาเพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ในโรงเรียนอนุบาลจุมพลโพนพิสัย อำเภอโพนพิสัย จังหวัดหนองคาย 1) แนวทางพัฒนาด้านอัตลักษณ์โรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ กลุ่มตัวบ่งชี้ใดที่ดำเนินการได้ครบถ้วนตามจุดเน้นด้านอัตลักษณ์โรงเรียนวิถีพุทธแล้วสถานศึกษาต้องรักษาให้คงอยู่อย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป กลุ่มตัวบ่งชี้ใดที่ยังมิได้ดำเนินการต้องจัดดำเนินการ ให้มีขึ้น และให้นำแนวทางพัฒนาที่นำเสนอไว้ในด้านกายภาพ ด้านพฤติกรรม นักเรียน ครู ผู้บริหาร ด้านกิจกรรมประจำวันพระ ด้านการส่งเสริมวิถีพุทธ และด้านการเรียนการสอน มาใช้เป็นแนวทาง พัฒนาด้านอัตลักษณ์โรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ 2) แนวทางพัฒนาด้านคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาของสถานศึกษา ให้นำแนวทางพัฒนาตามมาตรฐานที่นำเสนอไว้ในด้านคุณภาพผู้เรียน ด้านการจัดการศึกษา ด้านการ สร้างสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ ด้านอัตลักษณ์ของสถานศึกษา และด้านมาตรการส่งเสริม มาใช้เป็นแนวทาง พัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาของสถานศึกษา 

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

                The purposes of this research are; (1) to study the learning process in accordance with the Threefold Training in Buddhism (2) to study the present situation of learning process of pupils in the primary school in the sixth year of Chumpon Phon Pisai Kindergarden school in Phon Pisai District, Nongkhai Province and (3) to apply the Threefold Training for pupils’ learning in the primary school in the sixth year Chumpon Phon Pisai Kindergarden school in Phon Pisai District, Nongkhai Province. It is the qualitative research studying documents and interview and then to analyze the data in accordance with the objectives and the results of the research are found as follows:

                The learning process in accordance with the Threefold Training in Buddhism is found that the principle of developing the life to face the accomplishment and perfect persons in the way of Buddhism consists of three important principles, that is, 1) Adhisila sikkha is to study the highest precepts or train in the right practice 2) Adhicitta sikkha is to study the mentality and to train the mentality until the quietness and stability to be concentration  3) Adhipanna sikkha is to study the intelligence and train oneself until the blight wisdom occurs. From interviewing, it is found that the pupils are endowed with knowledges and understandings in the basic principles of Threefold Trainings for each item in learning in school and increasing more results of learning and to use in the daily life for enhancing the relationship in family better

                The situation of learning process of pupils in the class of sixth year in Chumpon Phon Pisai Kindergarten school in Phon Pisai District, Nongkhai Province is found that to aim at developing the learners to be good persons with the principle of Precepts in order to develop the behaviors, principle of meditation for developing the mentality and the principle of wisdom for developing the intelligence to be efficient in continuous education and for occupation for the benefits of the basic educational graduates as follows: 1) to be endowed with virtue, morality and satisfied value, self-realization, discipline, and practice in accordance with the principles of Buddhism or the religion in which ones believe and holding the sufficient economy 2) to be endowed with modern knowledge and to be able in information, thought, solution of problems, application of technology and skillfulness in life 3) to be endowed with good physical and spiritual health, health habits and love of exercises 4) to be endowed with love of nation, consciousness of Thai and world population, confiscation of the way of life and the democratic government with the kings as head of state and 5)  to be endowed with consciousness in reservation of culture and Thai local intelligence, preservation and development of environment, public spirit aiming at creating the benefits and good things in the society and to live together in society with happiness.

                The application of the Threefold Training for pupils’ learning in Primary School in the sixth year class in Chumpon Pisai kindergarten school, Phon Pisai District, Nongkhai Province includes that 1) the way to develop the identity of the Buddhist school is that groups of indicators operate their work until complete in accordance with focus point in the identity of the Buddhist Oriented School, The educational institutes must preserve them for sustainability. Which groups of indicators do not operate they must operate and convey the way for development that is proposed in the aspect of physical state, behavior, pupils, teachers and administrators in the aspect of activities in Buddhist holiday, the aspect of supporting the Buddhist way and the aspect of learning and teaching for applying the guideline to develop the identity of the Buddhist Oriented School 2) the way to develop the quality of educational management of educational institutes to lead the development way in accordance with standard as proposed in the aspect of pupils’ quality, aspect of educational management, aspect of creating the learning society, aspect of the identity of the educational institutes and aspect of supporting standard for using the way to develop the quality of educational management of institutes.
