การวิจัยเรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาสารเสพติดในสถานศึกษาสหวิทยาเขตวิลาดอุดมไทรอินราชา 2. เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาสารเสพติดตามหลักมิตรแท้ 4 ในสถานศึกษาสหวิทยาเขตวิลาดอุดมไทรอินราชา และ 3. เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาสารเสพติดตามหลักมิตรแท้4ในสถานศึกษาสหวิทยาเขตวิลาดอุดมไทรอินราชาจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยากลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้บริหาร ครู กลุ่มโรงเรียนสหวิทยาเขตวิลาดอุดมไทรอินราชา จำนวน 159คน เก็บข้อมูลแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการดำเนินงานและปัญหาการดำเนินงานป้องกันสารเสพติดในสถานศึกษาสหวิทยาเขตวิลาดอุดมไทรอินราชาจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ประกอบด้วย 5 มาตรการ คือ มาตรการป้องกัน มาตรการค้นหา มาตรการรักษา มาตรการเฝ้าระวัง และมาตรการบริหารจัดการ ใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา จากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญจำนวน 6 คน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพการดำเนินงานการป้องกันสารเสพติดในสถานศึกษาสหวิทยาเขตวิลาด อุดมไทรอินราชา โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.98ได้แก่สถานศึกษามีการจัดตั้งเครือข่ายทางการศึกษาเพื่อเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันยาเสพติดและสถานศึกษามีการเผยแพร่ความรู้เกี่ยวกับปัญหายาเสพติดให้กับนักเรียนสถานศึกษามีมาตรการจัดการพื้นที่เสี่ยงหรือมุมอับภายในสถานศึกษาเพื่อป้องกันมิให้นักเรียนใช้เป็นที่มั่วสุม ตามลำดับ

2. ผลการศึกษาวิธีการป้องกันสารเสพติดในสถานศึกษา ตามมาตรการ 1.มาตรการป้องกัน 2.มาตรการค้นหา 3.มาตรการรักษา 4.มาตรการเฝ้าระวัง 5.มาตรการบริหารจัดการ ตามหลักมิตรแท้ 4 ประกอบด้วย มิตรมีอุปการะ มิตรร่วมทุกข์ร่วมสุข มิตรแนะนำประโยชน์ และมิตรมีความรักใคร่ผู้ที่หวังจะห่างไกลจากปัญหายาเสพติดควรปฏิบัติตนตามมิตรดังกล่าวนี้เพราะว่าจะเป็นคนให้คำชี้แนะไม่ให้ไปเกี่ยวข้องกับสารเสพติด

3. แนวทางการป้องกันสารเสพติดในสถานศึกษา ตามหลักมิตรแท้ 4 คือ 1) จัดตั้งเครือข่ายทางการศึกษาเพื่อเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการป้องกันยาเสพติดประสานงานความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเผยแพร่ความรู้เกี่ยวกับปัญหายาเสพติดในโรงเรียน2) มาตรการค้นหา ประเมินสถานการณ์ด้านการแพร่ระบาดของยาเสพติดทั้งในและนอกสถานศึกษาทุก ๆ อย่างต่อเนื่อง ๓) มาตรการรักษา นำนักเรียนกลุ่มติดยาเสพติดเข้าสู่การบำบัดตามความสมัครใจ และให้กำลังใจกับผู้ที่เคยใช้สารเสพติด 4) จัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ให้ผู้เรียนปลอดยาเสพติด เพื่อให้ผู้เรียนได้เรียนรู้คุณโทษของยาเสพติด และ5) มีการวางแผนการป้องกันยาเสพติดไว้ในกิจกรรมของโรงเรียน และการเรียนการสอนทุกรายวิชา

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

This research has the following objectives: 1. To study the state of prevention and solution of drug problems in Wilad Udom Sai Inracha Inter-Campus Educational Institution in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province, 2. To study methods to prevent and solve drug problems according to the principles of Four True Friends in Wilad Udom Sai Inracha Inter-Campus Educational Institution in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province, and 3. To propose guidelines for preventing and solving drug problems according to the principles of Four True Friends in Wilad Udom Sai Inracha Inter-Campus Educational Institution in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. The sample group consists of administrators and teachers in Wilad Udom Sai Inracha Inter-Campus Educational Institution in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. The total number is 159 persons. The data were collected by questionnaire on opinions on operating conditions and problems in drug prevention operations in Wilad Udom Sai Inracha Inter-Campus Educational Institution in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province in 5 measures. They are prevention measure, search measure, treatment measure, surveillance measure, and management measure. The statistics used to analyze the data consists of frequency, mean, and standard deviation. The data obtained by interviews with 6 key-informants were analyzed by content analysis.

The research results were found that:

1. The state of prevention and solution of drug problems in Wilad Udom Sai Inracha Inter-Campus Educational Institution in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province is at a high level overall, with an average of 3.98, namely, educational institutions have established educational networks to participate in drug prevention, have disseminated knowledge about drug problems to students, and have measures to manage risky areas or hidden corners within the educational institutions in order to prevent students from using it as a gathering place, respectively.

2. The methods to prevent and solve drug problems according to the principles of Four True Friends in Wilad Udom Sai Inracha Inter-Campus Educational Institution in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province in 5 measures; 1. Prevention measure, 2. Search measure, 3. Treatment measure, 4. Surveillance measure, and 5. Management measure, consist of friends who give support, friends who share happiness and suffering, friends who recommend benefits and friends who are affectionate. Those who hope to stay away from drug problems should follow the guidelines of these true friends because they will give advice not to be involved with addictive substances.

3. The guidelines for preventing and solving drug problems according to the principles of Four True Friends in Wilad Udom Sai Inracha Inter-Campus Educational Institution in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province are as follows:             1) Establish an educational network to participate in drug prevention, coordinate cooperation with relevant agencies and disseminate knowledge about drug problems in schools, 2) Measures to continually search and assess the situation regarding the spread of drugs both inside and outside educational institutions, 3) Treatment measure: Bring drug-addicted students into voluntary treatment and provide encouragement to those who have used drugs, 4) Provide an environment that is conducive to promoting drug-free learning for learners in order that students can learn about the harms of drugs, and 5) there is a plan for drug prevention in school activities and teaching and learning process in every subject.
