        วิทยานิพนธ์เรื่อง “วิธีแก้ปัญหาความขัดแย้งของวัยรุ่น ระดับอาชีวศึกษา วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีโปลิเทคนิคลานนา เชียงใหม่ ตามหลักไตรสิกขา” นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาบริบทปัญหาความขัดแย้งของวัยรุ่น ระดับอาชีวศึกษา วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีโปลิเทคนิคลานนา เชียงใหม่ 2. วิเคราะห์วิธีการแก้ปัญหาความขัดแย้งของวัยรุ่น ระดับอาชีวศึกษา วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีโปลิเทคนิคลานนา เชียงใหม่ 3. เสนอแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาความขัดแย้งของวัยรุ่น ตามหลักไตรสิกขา วิธีดำเนินการเริ่มจาก การสร้างแบบสัมภาษณ์สัมภาษณ์ให้ครอบคลุมเนื้อหา สาเหตุปัญหาความขัดแย้ง วิธีการแก้ปัญหาความขัดแย้งและการแก้ปัญหาความขัดแย้งของวัยรุ่น ระดับอาชีวศึกษา วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีโปลิเทคนิคลานนา เชียงใหม่ ตามหลักไตรสิกขา แล้วให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญตรวจสอบความตรงของแบบสัมภาษณ์ตามวัตถุประสงค์ แล้วนำมาสรุปวิธีการแก้ปัญหาความขัดแย้งของวัยรุ่น ระดับอาชีวศึกษา วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีโปลิเทคนิคลานนา เชียงใหม่ หลังจากสรุปและวิเคราะห์วิธีการแก้ปัญหาความขัดแย้งของวัยรุ่น ระดับอาชีวศึกษา วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีโปลิเทคนิคลานนา เชียงใหม่ แล้วนำเสนอวิธีแก้ปัญหาความขัดแย้งของวัยรุ่น ระดับอาชีวศึกษา วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีโปลิเทคนิคลานนา เชียงใหม่ ตามหลักไตรสิกขา คือ ศีล สมาธิ และปัญญา ให้กับวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีโปลิเทคนิคลานนา

           ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ทำให้ได้วิธีแก้ปัญหาความขัดแย้งของวัยรุ่น ระดับอาชีวศึกษา วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีโปลิเทคนิคลานนา เชียงใหม่ ตามหลักไตรสิกขา คือ ศีล คือ กฎ ระเบียบ สร้างกรอบในการดูแลนักศึกษา สมาธิ คือ การตั้งใจมั่น การจดจ่ออยู่กับหน้าที่ เป้าหมายของตนเอง เราก็ต้องปลูกฝังให้นักเรียน นักศึกษารู้จักหน้าที่ ปัญญา รู้ทั่ว รู้รอบ เราต้องสร้างความตระหนักรู้เหตุและผล ไม่สร้างความเดือดร้อนให้กับตัวเองและครอบครัว สถาบัน
