การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัล  ของสถานศึกษา 2. เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัลตามหลักไตรสิกขาของสถานศึกษา3.เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัลตามหลักไตรสิกขาของสถานศึกษาในกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตสวนเทพรัตน์ทีปไท้เฉลิมพระเกียรติ จังหวัดปทุมธานี เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 234คน สถิติวิเคราะห์หาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 6 คน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า    

1. สภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัลของสถานศึกษาในกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตสวน เทพรัตน์ทีปไท้เฉลิมพระเกียรติ โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เพราะว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาได้ให้ความสำคัญเกี่ยวกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงการบริหารในทุกด้าน เช่น ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคลด้านการบริหารงานงบประมาณ ด้านการบริหารงานทั่วไป และด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ เป็นอันดับต้นๆ ของการบริหารสถานศึกษา

2.ผลการศึกษาวิธีการมีดังนี้ การบริหารมีการกำหนดปฏิทินการดำเนินงานอย่างเป็นระบบการบริหารงานวิชาการและนำนวัตกรรมดิจิทัลมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการบริหารงานวิชาการการบริหารงานงบประมาณ ต้องตั้งอยู่บนพื้นฐานของศีล การบริหารงานบุคคล และการบริหารงานทั่วไปให้สอดคล้องกับกับกระบวนการของปัญญาเพื่อพัฒนาสู่การพัฒนาจิตตามหลักไตรสิกขาควบคู่กับนวัตกรรมดิจิทัลในการบริหารสถานศึกษา

3. แนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัลตามหลักไตรสิกขา มีแนวทางดังนี้ ด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ ด้านการบริหารงานงบประมาณ ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล และด้านการบริหารงานทั่วไปพัฒนากระบวนการตามหลักไตรสิกขา 3 เช่น ผู้บริหารและบุคลากรควรได้รับการอบรมพัฒนากาย วาจา (ศีล) พร้อมการพัฒนายกระดับของจิตให้สูงขึ้นในการบริหาร (สมาธิ) และพัฒนาสู่ระบบนวัตกรรมยุคดิจิทัลบูรณาการสู่การพัฒนากระบวนการของปัญญา (ปัญญา) เพื่อเป็นแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคดิจิทัลตามหลักไตรสิกขา

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives of this research are: 1. To study the conditions of educational institution administration in the digital age of educational institutions. 2. To study methods of educational institution administration in the digital era according to the three principles of educational institutions. 3. To propose guidelines for educational institution administration in the era. A sample of 234 people was used. Statistical analysis was performed using the mean and standard deviation. and analyzed the content of interviews with 6 key informants.

The research results found that:

1. The condition of educational institution administration in the digital age of educational institutions in the Suan Thep Rattanatheep Thai Chaloem Phrakiat group of educational institutions is overall at a high level because educational institution administrators have given importance to administrative changes in all aspects, such as Human resource management Budget management General administration and academic administration It's the top. of educational institution administration

2. The results of the method study are as follows: The administration has set an operational calendar. Systematically organize academic administration and use digital innovation to analyze academic administration data. Budget management Must be based on precepts Personnel Management and general administration in line with the process of wisdom to develop towards mental development according to the threefold principles along with digital innovation in educational institution administration

3. Guidelines for managing educational institutions in the digital age according to the three principles are as follows: Academic administration Budget management Human resource management And in the area of ​​general administration, develop the process according to the Threefold Principles, for example, executives and personnel should receive training in physical and speech development (Silas) along with the development of the mind to be higher in management (Concentration) and develop into an innovative system in the era.
