บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

           วิทยานิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ 1. เพื่อศึกษาระดับศักยภาพการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาบนพื้นที่สูงของสำนักงานพระธรรมจาริกส่วนภูมิภาคจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ในอุปถัมภ์กรมพัฒนาสังคมและสวัสดิการ 2. เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์หลักพละ 5 กับการพัฒนาการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาบนพื้นที่สูงของสำนักงานพระธรรมจาริกส่วนภูมิภาคจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ในอุปถัมภ์กรมพัฒนาสังคม และสวัสดิการ 3. เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาบนพื้นที่สูงของสำนักงานพระธรรมจาริกส่วนภูมิภาคจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ในอุปถัมภ์กรมพัฒนาสังคมและสวัสดิการ  วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ระหว่างระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยคือ พระธรรมจาริก จำนวน 164 รูป ซึ่งได้มาโดยวิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย สถิติที่ใช้คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้สถิติทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้การหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ รวมทั้งสิ้น 14 รูปหรือคน ซึ่งได้มาโดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบสัมภาษณ์โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

         1. ระดับการพัฒนาศักยภาพการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาบนพื้นที่สูงของสำนักงาน พระธรรมจาริกส่วนภูมิภาคจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ในอุปถัมภ์กรมพัฒนาสังคมและสวัสดิการ โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅= 3.64, S.D. = 0.44)  ระดับหลักพละ 5 กับการพัฒนาศักยภาพการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาบนพื้นที่สูงของสำนักงานพระธรรมจาริกส่วนภูมิภาคจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ในอุปถัมภ์ กรมพัฒนาสังคมและสวัสดิการ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅= 3.93, S.D. = 0.25) 

     2. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างหลักพละ 5 กับการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาบนพื้นที่สูงของสำนักงานพระธรรมจาริกส่วนภูมิภาคจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ในอุปถัมภ์กรมพัฒนาสังคมและสวัสดิการ โดยภาพรวม มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับค่อนข้างสูง (R = . 759**) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 จึงยอมรับสมมติฐาน 

      3. ข้อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาบนพื้นที่สูงของสำนักงานพระธรรมจาริกส่วนภูมิภาคจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ในอุปถัมภ์กรมพัฒนาสังคมและสวัสดิการ พบว่า สำนักงานพระธรรมจาริกส่วนภูมิภาคจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ควรพัฒนาศักยภาพพระธรรมจาริก  และส่งเสริมให้พระธรรมจาริกนำความรู้ความสามารถไปให้เต็มที่ โดยการสนับสนุนให้เกิดกระบวนการทำงานด้านมิติต่าง ๆ ให้มากขึ้น สำนักงานพระธรรมจาริกส่วนภูมิภาคจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ควรมีเป้าหมายการดำเนินงานที่ชัดเจนทั้งเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ เพื่อให้บุคลากรหรือพระธรรมจาริกนำขีดความสามารถใช้อย่างเติมศักยภาพ และในการเพิ่มขีดความสามารถของพระธรรมจาริกต่อสถานการณ์ที่เปลี่ยนแปลง การเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาให้สอดคล้องและสอดรับตลอดจนเข้าถึงเข้าใจได้ง่ายขึ้นเพื่อให้ทันต่อสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

         This thesis has the following objectives : 1. To study the potential level of the propagation of Buddhism in the highland areas of the Chiang Mai Provincial Office of Dhamma Travelers. Under the patronage of the Department of Social Development and Welfare 2. To study the relationship between the 5 physical principles and the development of the propagation of Buddhism in the highlands of the Chiang Mai Provincial Office of the Dhamma Pilgrimage. Under the patronage of the Department of Social Development and Welfare  3.To present guidelines for developing the potential of propagating Buddhism in the highlands of the Provincial Dhamma Pilgrimage Office, Chiang Mai Province. Under the patronage of the Department of Social Development and Welfare The research method is a combined research method. During the quantitative research method, the sample group in the research was 164 monks, which were obtained using a simple random sampling method. Statistics used are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and use statistics to test hypotheses by finding coefficients Person correlation and qualitative research methods By key informants, a total of 14 Persons were obtained through purposive selection. The instrument used for data collection was interviews. Interview data were analyzed using content analysis techniques.

            The results of the research found that :

           1.The level of development of the potential for propagating Buddhism in the highland areas of the Provincial Dhammacharika Office, Chiang Mai Province. Under the patronage of the Department of Social Development and Welfare Overall, it is at a high level ( = 3.64, S.D. = 0.44 ) at the level of the 5 physical principles with the development of the potential to propagate Buddhism in the highlands of the Chiang Mai Provincial Office of the Dhamma Clergy. Under the patronage of the Department of Social Development and Welfare Overall, it is at a high level ( =3.93, S.D. =0.25 )

          2.Relationship of the 5 physical principles and the development of the propagation of Buddhism in the highlands of the Chiang Mai Provincial Office of the Dhammacharika. Under the patronage of the Department of Social Development and Welfare, overall, there is a relatively high level of positive relationship (R = . 759**) with statistical significance at the 0.01 level. Therefore, the hypothesis is accepted.

         3.Proposal for guidelines for developing the potential of propagating Buddhism in the highlands of the Chiang Mai Provincial Office of Dhammacharika. Under the patronage of the Department of Social Development and Welfare, it was found that the Chiang Mai Provincial Office of the Dhamma Pilgrimage The potential of the Dhamma pilgrimage should be developed and the Dhamma pilgrimage should be encouraged to bring their knowledge and abilities to the fullest extent. By supporting the work process in various dimensions more at the Chiang Mai Provincial Office of Dhamma Jarik. There should be clear operational goals, both quantitative and qualitative. To allow personnel or religious monks to use their abilities to their fullest potential. and in increasing the capacity of the Dhamma Pilgrimage to changing situations. Propagating Buddhism to be consistent and consistent with as well as being easier to access and understand in order to keep up with the current situation.
