        สารนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ 1. เพื่อศึกษาระดับการบริหารจัดการของเทศบาลตำบลเมืองยาว 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชนที่มีต่อการบริหารจัดการของเทศบาลตำบลเมืองยาว โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ 3. แนวทางการเสริมสร้างการบริหารจัดการตามหลักพุทธบูรณาการ ของเทศบาลตำบลเมืองยาว อำเภอห้างฉัตร จังหวัดลำปางโดยบูรณาการตามหลักพุทธธรรม การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ ดำเนินการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี (Mixed Methods Research)  โดยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ประชาชนที่อายุตั้งแต่ 18 ปีขึ้นไปที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตในเขตเทศบาลตำบลเมืองยาว 1) การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จํานวน 381 คน และ 2) การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 10 รูปหรือคน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนา 

           ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

        1. ระดับการบริหารจัดการของเทศบาลตำบลเมืองยาว อำเภอห้างฉัตร จังหวัดลำปาง พบว่า โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅= 4.22, S.D. = .212)  เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ระดับการบริหารจัดการตามแนวพุทธบูรณาการของเทศบาลตำบลเมืองยาว ในการวางแผน (Planning) อยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅= 4.33, S.D. = 0.404) การจัดองค์การ (Organizing) อยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅= 4.27, S.D. = 0.409) การสั่งการ (Commanding) อยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅= 4.25, S.D. = 0.354) การควบคุมงาน (Controlling) อยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅= 4.21, S.D. = 0.485)  ส่วนการประสานงาน (Coordinating) อยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅= 4.06, S.D. = 0.485)

          2.  เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชนที่มีต่อการบริหารจัดการของเทศบาลตำบลเมืองยาว อำเภอห้างฉัตร จังหวัดลำปาง โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล  พบว่า ประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลตำบลเมืองยาว ที่มีเพศ มีอายุ มีระดับการศึกษา มีอาชีพ และมีรายได้ที่ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อระดับการบริหารจัดการตามแนวพุทธบูรณาการของเทศบาลตำบลเมืองยาว  โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน จึงปฏิเสธสมมติฐานการวิจัย

            3. แนวทางการเสริมสร้างการบริหารจัดการตามหลักพุทธบูรณาการ ของเทศบาลตำบล   เมืองยาว อำเภอห้างฉัตร จังหวัดลำปาง พบว่า  การบริหารจัดการตามแนวพุทธบูรณาการของเทศบาลตำบลเมืองยาว พบว่าประเด็นที่มีผู้ให้ข้อเสนอแนะมากที่สุด คือควรจัดไฟฟ้าส่องสว่างตามถนนหนทางให้มากยิ่งขึ้น ถนนเพื่อการเกษตรก็ควรเพิ่ม เทศบาลควรประชาสัมพันธ์เรื่องการก่อสร้างถนน จุดประปาหมูบ้านที่ต้องการเพิ่มเติมตามที่ร้องขอ และในบางครั้งก็ไม่มีโอกาสได้เข้าร่วมประชุมประชาคมกับทางเทศบาล การพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการตามหลักพละ 4 ได่แก่ ปัญญาพละ (กำลังปัญญา, กำลังความรู้) การมีสติในการแก้ปัญหา รู้เท่าทันเหตุการณ์ต่างๆ โดยใช้กระบวนการจัดการ Planning การวางแผน สอดคล้องกับการรู้กาล มีการวางแผนปฏิบัติงานให้เหมาะสม ด้านวิริยะพละ (กำลังแห่งความเพียร)ในการบริหารจัดเป็นแหล่งความรู้ในหลายระดับเน้นบุคลากรให้เข้ากับปัญหาได้อย่างชัดเจน การบริหารงานของเทศบาล เช่น การรู้งาน รู้ตน รู้งาน จักโครงการกิจกรรมต่างๆ ให้ต่อเนื่องตามความเหมาะสม  ด้านอนวัชชพละ (กำลังสุจริต, ซื่อสัตย์สุจริต) ความซื่อสัตย์สุจริตสามารถนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานเพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพแก่องค์กร ปลุกจิตสำนึกให้มีความสุจริตไม่คิดคดโกงใคร ทั้งนี้ต้องยึดมั่น และประพฤติปฏิบัติดำรงตนอยู่ในหลักพุทธธรรม คุณธรรม และจริยธรรม ด้านสังคหพละ (กำลังการสงเคราะห์, มีจิตอาสา) คือเน้นมีความเอาใจใส่และความเป็นอยู่ของบุคลากรด้วยความปรารถนาดีและเต็มใจช่วยเหลือเพื่อนมนุษย์ เป็นต้น

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

            The objectives of this Research were. 1. study the management level of Mueang Yao Subdistrict Municipality. 2. compare the opinions of the people towards the management of Mueang Yao Subdistrict Municipality. and 3. present guidelines for strengthening management according to integrated Buddhist principles. of Mueang Yao Subdistrict Municipality Hang Chat District, Lampang Province. This research study Conduct Mixed Methods Research. 1) Quantitative research Use a questionnaire to sample opinions of 381 people. and 2) qualitative research Use in-depth interviews with 10 key informants or people. Data were analyzed using descriptive content analysis.

            The research findings were as following:

           1. Management level of Mueang Yao Subdistrict Municipality Hang Chat District, Lampang Province, found that Overall, it is at a high level (  = 4.22, S.D. = 0.212). When considering each aspect, it was found that The level of management according to integrated Buddhist principles of Mueang Yao Subdistrict Municipality in planning (Planning) is at a high level (  = 4.33, S.D. = 0.040). Organization (Organizing) is at a high level (  = 4.27, S.D. = 0.409) Commanding is at a high level (  = 425, S.D. = 0.354). Controlling work is at a high level (  = 4.21, S.D. = 0.485). As for coordinate (Coordinating) is at a high level (  = 4.06, S.D. = 0.485)

           2. Compare people's opinions towards the management of Mueang Yao Subdistrict Municipality. Hang Chat District, Lampang Province. Classified by personal factors, it was found that People in Mueang Yao Subdistrict Municipality have different genders, ages, educational levels, occupations, and incomes. There is an opinion on the level of management according to integrated Buddhist principles of Mueang Yao Subdistrict Municipality. Overall, they are not different. Therefore, the research hypothesis was rejected.

          3. Guidelines for strengthening management according to integrated Buddhist principles of Mueang Yao Subdistrict Municipality Hang Chat District, Lampang Province. It was found that the management according to integrated Buddhist principles of Mueang Yao Subdistrict Municipality. It was found that the issues that had the most suggestions were That is, there should be more electric lighting along the roads. Roads for agriculture should be increased. The municipality should publicize road construction. Village water supply points that need additional additions as requested.
