บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

           สารนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ 1. เพื่อศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการด้านการศึกษาของเทศบาลตำบลแม่แฝก อำเภอสันทราย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อประสิทธิผลในการบริหารการศึกษาตามนโยบายของเทศบาลตำบลแม่แฝก  อำเภอสันทราย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยบุคคล 3. เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการบูรณาการตามหลักพุทธธรรมการพัฒนาในการเพิ่มประสิทธิผลทางการบริหารการศึกษาของเทศบาลตําบลแม่แฝก อำเภอสันทราย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่  วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยเป็นแบบผสานวิธี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ คือ ประชาชนที่มาใช้บริการงานสาธารณะของที่ว่าการอำเภอแม่แตง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่  จำนวน 378 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-test แบบ One Way ANOVA) เชิงคุณภาพใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 9 รูปหรือคน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้เทคนิควิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนา

             ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

        1. ระดับประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการการศึกษาของเทศบาลตำบลแม่แฝก อำเภอสันทราย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (𝑥̅=4.42) ระดับประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการด้านการศึกษาของเทศบาลตำบลแม่แฝก อำเภอสันทราย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ตามหลักอิทธิบาท 4 โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (𝑥̅=4.50)

         2. เปรียบเทียบการบริหารจัดการการศึกษาของเทศบาลตำบลแม่แฝก อำเภอสันทราย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ พบว่า พบว่า ผู้รับบริการที่มี เพศ ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อระดับประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการด้านการศึกษาของเทศบาลตำบลแม่แฝก อำเภอสันทราย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 จึงปฎิเสธสมมุติฐาน ส่วนผู้รับบริการที่มี อายุ, วุฒิการศึกษาสูงสุด, รายได้ต่อเดือน ต่างกัน มีความคิดต่อระดับประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการด้านการศึกษาของเทศบาลตำบลแม่แฝก อำเภอสันทราย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 จึงยอมรับสมมุติฐาน

      3. แนวทางการบูรณาการตามหลักพุทธธรรมการพัฒนาในการเพิ่มประสิทธิผลทางการบริหารการศึกษาของเทศบาลตําบลแม่แฝก ตามหลักอิทธิบาท 4  1. ฉันทะ มีใจรัก ความพอใจ ความพึงพอใจ ความยินดี ความปรารถนา ความมุ่งมั่น ความตั้งใจ ความกระตือรือร้น ความตั้งใจแน่วแน่ในการเพิ่มประสิทธิผลบริหารจัดการการศึกษา 2.วิริยะ ความเพียรพยายาม ไม่ย่อท้อต่ออุปสรรค ความเพียรพยายามนี้มีความสำคัญต่อเพิ่มประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการด้านการศึกษาเป็นอย่างมาก เพราะจะช่วยให้ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสามารถดำเนินการตามเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์ที่ตั้งไว้ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 3. จิตตะ ความคิด พบว่า ตั้งจิตรับรู้ในสิ่งควรพัฒนาความเอาใจใส่ มุ่งมั่น ตั้งใจ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการด้านการศึกษาของเทศบาลตำบลแม่แฝก 4. วิมังสา ไตร่ตรอง การใช้ปัญญาพิจารณาไตร่ตรอง  ตรวจสอบ หาเหตุผล ควรมีระบบบริหารจัดการศึกษาที่มีประสิทธิภาพ โปร่งใส ตรวจสอบได้ ผู้เรียนมีผลการเรียนดีขึ้น มีพฤติกรรมที่ดี รู้จักคิดวิเคราะห์ ตัดสินใจอย่างมีเหตุผลชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาการศึกษา

         The research objectives are: 1. To study the educational level of Mae Faek Subdistrict Municipality, San Sai District, Chiang Mai Province. 2. To compare public opinions regarding the consideration of educational administration according to the guidelines of Mae Faek Subdistrict Municipality, San Sai District, Chiang Mai Province. 3. In order to suggest the direction of following the principles of Buddhist development, it is sometimes necessary to consider the education of Mae Faek Subdistrict Municipality, San Sai District, Chiang Mai Province.              The research results found that

It was found that service recipients of different genders had different opinions on the level of effectiveness of educational management of Mae Faek Subdistrict Municipality, San Sai District, Chiang Mai Province. no different Statistically significant at the 0.05 level, therefore rejecting the hypothesis. As for service recipients with different ages, highest educational qualifications, occupations, and monthly incomes, their opinions on the effectiveness level of educational management of Mae Faek Subdistrict Municipality, San Sai District, Chiang Mai Province, were different with statistical significance. At the level of 0.05, therefore, the hypothesis is accepted.

         3. Guidelines for integration according to Buddhist principles of development in increasing the effectiveness of educational administration of Mae Faek Subdistrict Municipality.
