บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของโรงเรียนในสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอ่างทอง 2) เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการบริหารงานวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลตามหลักวุฒิธรรม 4 ของโรงเรียนในสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอ่างทอง 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางในการส่งเสริมการบริหารงานวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลตามหลักวุฒิธรรม 4 ของโรงเรียนในสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอ่างทอง เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้บริหารและครูจำนวน 181 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามและสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับวิธีแนววิธีการบริหารงานวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลตามหลักวุฒิธรรม4ของโรงเรียนในสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอ่างทอง และใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาจากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 6 คน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ครูและผู้บริหารมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของโรงเรียนในสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอ่างทองโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก   และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านด้านที่มีระดับปฏิบัติการในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ด้านการวางแผนงานด้านวิชาการ  ตามลำดับ ด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา/การติดตาม และด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ ตามลำดับ ด้านที่มีระดับปฏิบัติการในระดับปานกลาง ได้แก่ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร ด้านการวัดผล ประเมินผล และด้านการพัฒนาและใช้สื่อ เทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา ตามลำดับ

2. ผลการศึกษาวิธีการบริหารงานวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลตามหลักวุฒิธรรม 4 ของโรงเรียนในสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอ่างทองได้แก่ 1) ผู้บริหารจะต้องกำหนดจุดมุ่งหมายและเป้าหมายของสถานศึกษาเพื่อเป็นทิศทางในการทำงาน 2) ผู้บริหารจะต้องทำการปรับปรุง เปลี่ยนแปลง หลักสูตรสถานศึกษาอิงตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ๓) ผู้บริหารจะต้องกำหนดให้ครูจัดทำแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ ให้สอดคล้องกับหน่วยการเรียนรู้โดยยึดผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ 4) ผู้บริหารจะต้องส่งเสริมบุคลากรใช้สื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้ออนไลน์และมีการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการเรียนรู้ 5) ผู้บริหารจะต้องกำหนดระเบียบการวัดและประเมินผลของสถานศึกษาอย่างหลากหลาย 6) ผู้บริหารจะต้องส่งเสริมให้ครูจัดบรรยากาศสภาพแวดล้อมสื่อการเรียนและอำนวยความสะดวกเพื่อให้ผู้เรียน7)ผู้บริหารจะต้องจัดการนิเทศภายในและภายนอกสถานศึกษาอย่างต่อเนื่อง

3. แนวทางในการส่งเสริมการบริหารงานวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลตามหลักวุฒิธรรม ๔ ของโรงเรียนในสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอ่างทอง ประกอบด้วย 1) สัปปุริสังเสวะ การคบผู้มีความรู้และประพฤติดี ผู้บริหารต้องมีการสร้างเครือข่ายในการการวางแผนงานด้านวิชาการ เพื่อกำหนดจุดมุ่งหมายและเป้าหมายของสถานศึกษา 2) สัทธัมมัสสวนะ การเอาใจใส่ในการแสวงหาความรู้ ผู้บริหารส่งเสริมให้ครูได้รับคำแนะนำจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญและฝ่ายวิชาการเกี่ยวกับวิธีการพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้เหมาะกับบริบทโรงเรียนและพัฒนาการใช้สื่อและแหล่งเรียนรู้ออนไลน์ 3) โยนิโสมนสิการ การไตร่ตรองอย่างรอบคอบก่อนลงมือปฏิบัติ ผู้บริหารและฝ่ายวิชาการพิจารณาแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ทุกกลุ่มสาระอย่างรอบคอบร่วมกับใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอนและแหล่งเรียนรู้ออนไลน์ 4) ธัมมานุธัมมปฏิปัตติการปฏิบัติงานให้สอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ผู้บริหารกำหนดระเบียบการวัดและประเมินผลของสถานศึกษาและนำผลการประเมินไปใช้แก้ไขปัญหาการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียนและจัดทำระบบการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษาและฝ่ายวิชาการจัดทำระบบบริหารและสารสนเทศเพื่อรายงานคุณภาพการศึกษาประจำปีโดยใช้ระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ 

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the state of academic administration in the Digital Era of schools in Ang thong primary education service area office. 2) to study methods of academic administration in the Digital Era according to Four Wutthaya Principles of schools in Ang Thong primary education service area office and 3) to propose guidelines for manage administration Academics in the Digital Era according to Four Wutthaya Principles of schools in Ang Thong primary education service area office. It is mixed methods research. A sample group of 181 administrators and teachers, data were collected using questionnaires and interviews regarding academic management methods in the Digital Era according to the Four Wutthaya Principles of schools in Ang Thong Primary Educational Service Area Office and use statistics to analyze mean, standard deviation and used content analysis to analyze data from interviews with 6 key informants.

The research results found that:

1. Teachers and administrators have opinions about the state of academic administration in the Digital Era of schools in Ang Thong Primary Educational Service Area Office is overall at a high level. These include the academic planning aspect, respectively, the educational supervision/monitoring aspect, and the learning process development aspect, respectively. The aspect with a moderate level of operation is the teaching and learning aspect. Curriculum development, measurement, evaluation, and media development and use Technology for education, respectively

2. The results of the study of academic management methods in the Digital Era according to to Four Wutthaya Principles of schools in Ang Thong primary education service area office are: 1) Administrators must set the aims and goals of the educational institution as a direction for their work. 2) Administrators must improve and change the school curriculum based on the basic education core curriculum. 3) Administrators leading teachers to create learning management plans for every learning group and every level. 4) Administrators must encourage teacher to use media and online learning resources and use information and communication technology. 5) Administrators must suggest regulations for measuring and evaluating various educational institutions via online. 6) Administrators must encourage teachers to organize an environment, learning media, and provide facilities for student. 7) Administrators must provide internal supervision and receive continuous evaluation outside to improving the efficiency of teaching and learning.

3. Guidelines for promoting academic administration in the Digital Era according to the Four Wutthaya Principles of schools in Ang Thong primary education service area office include: 1) Sappurisangseva Associating with knowledgeable and well-behaved people Administrators must planning academic work to determine the aims and goals of the educational institution. 2) Saddhammasavana Administrators encourage teachers to receive advice from experts and the academic department on how to develop curricula to suit the school context through training, practice, self-development, and encouraging teachers to attend training. 3) Yonisomanasikara Careful consideration before acting Administrators and the academic department carefully. Consider activities to be consistent with the interests and aptitudes of the learners. Including arranging an environment, learning media, and facilitation for students to 4) Dhammanudhammapatipatti Create an administrative and information system to report annual educational quality using technology correctly and appropriately.
