บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยเรื่องครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษากลุ่มเครือข่ายตำบลนายาง 2) เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงกลุ่มเครือข่ายตำบลนายาง และ 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง กลุ่มเครือข่ายตำบลนายาง จังหวัดเพชรบุรี และประชากร ผู้บริหารและครู รวม 106 คน ในการเก็บข้อมูลแบบสอบถาม ใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์วหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาจากผลการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 5 รูป/คน เพื่อนำข้อมูลมาสนับสนุนงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษากลุ่มเครือข่ายตำบลนายาง จังหวัดเพชรบุรี โดยภาพรวม และทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก เพราะว่า ผู้บริหารและครูเห็นต่อสภาพการบริหารยังไม่ความชัดเจนเท่าที่ควรในการบริหารทั้งใน ด้านพัฒนาบุคลากรของสถานศึกษา การบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษา การบริหารหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอน และด้านกิจกรรมพัฒนาบุคลากร ตามลำดับความสำคัญ

2. ผลการศึกษาวิธีการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงกลุ่มเครือข่ายตำบลนายาง มีดังนี้ 1) ด้านการบริหารสถานศึกษา ผู้บริหารต้องประชุมชี้แจงทำความเข้าใจแก่บุคลากร เพื่อสร้างค่านิยมเห็นคุณค่าความพอพียง 2) ด้านหลักสูตรการสอน ควรมีการบูรณาการในหลักสูตร การเรียนรู้ทุกกลุ่มสาระและเรียนรู้จากบุคคลต้นแบบของความพอเพียง 3) ด้านกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน ควรจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้หลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในการสร้างภูมิคุ้มแก่นักเรียนกันที่ภายใต้เงื่อนไขความรู้ และ 4) ด้านพัฒนาบุคลากร ต้องมีโครงการพัฒนาบุคลากรเพื่ออบรมพัฒนาให้ความรู้หลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงแก่บุคลากรเพื่อสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันและพัฒนาด้านคุณธรรมคือความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต  และดำเนินชีวิตอย่างใช้สติสัมปชัญญะ

3. แนวทางปฏิบัติตามหลักเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง มีดังนี้ ๑) ความพอประมาณ ความพอดี คือ ผู้บริหารและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาต้องนำไปปฏิบัติและพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้ได้คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ตามหลักสูตร 2) ความมีเหตุผล คือ การตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับระดับความพอเพียงต้องเป็นไปอย่างมีเหตุผลพิจารณาจากเหตุและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวกับการบริหารและการพัฒนาบุคลากรของสถานศึกษา 3) ภูมิคุ้มกัน คือ การเตรียมตัวให้พร้อมรับผลกระทบและการเปลี่ยนแปลงในการบริหารต่างๆ อย่างมีความรอบคอบที่คาดว่าจะเกิดขึ้นยุคการเปลี่ยนของยุคยีดิจิทัล 4) เงื่อนไขความรู้ คือ ผู้บริหาร และบุคลากรทางการศึกษาต้องเป็นผู้ใฝ่เรียนรู้มีความคิดริเริ่มพัฒนาตนเองเพื่อสร้างภูมิคุ้นกัน และ5) เงื่อนไขคุณธรรม คือ ผู้บริหารให้แนวทางปฏิบัติตนแก่บุคลากรนำไปปฏิบัติตนเพื่อละสิ่งชั่วและพัฒนาจิตใจให้มีจิตใจเอื้อเฟื้อ ซื่อสัตย์สุจริต ใช้สติปัญญาในการดำเนินชีวิต

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

This research The objectives are 1) to study the administrative conditions of educational institutions; Na Yang Subdistrict Network Group 2) to study methods for administering educational institutions according to the principles of sufficiency economy, Na Yang Subdistrict Network Group, and 3) to propose guidelines for educational institution administration according to the principles of sufficiency economy. Na Yang Subdistrict Network Group Phetchaburi Province and the population, administrators and teachers totaling 106 people in collecting question-naire data. Use statistics to analyze the average. Standard deviation values and content analysis from the results of interviews with 5 key informants/people in order to bring information to support qualitative research.

The research results found that:

1. Conditions of administration of educational institutions in the Na Yang Subdistrict Network Group Phetchaburi Province as a whole and all aspects are at a high level because administrators and teachers agree that the administrative situation is not as clear as it should be in administration both in Personnel development aspect of educational institutions Educational institution management Teaching and learning curriculum management and personnel development activities in order of importance

2. The results of the study of educational institution administration methods according to the principles of sufficiency economy in the Na Yang Subdistrict Network Group are as follows: 1) Educational institution administration Executives must meet to explain and understand to personnel. To create values and see the value of sufficiency. 2) Teaching curriculum It should be integrated into the curriculum. Learning all subject groups and learning from role models of sufficiency. 3) Student development activities. Learning activities on the principles of Sufficiency Economy should be organized to build immunity for students under knowledge conditions and 4) personnel development. There must be a personnel development project to train and develop knowledge of the principles of sufficiency economy for personnel to build immunity and develop morality, namely honesty and integrity. and live life using awareness

3. Guidelines for following the principles of Sufficiency Economy are as follows: 1) Sufficiency and moderation are the administrators and educational personnel who must put into practice and develop students to have the desired characteristics according to the curriculum. 2) Reasonableness are the decisions of the people. Administrators and teachers regarding the level of sufficiency must be reasonable, considering causes and factors related to the administration and development of educational institution personnel. 3) Immunity is preparation to receive impacts and changes in various administrations. with care that is expected to occur in the era of change in the digital age; 4) knowledge conditions, that is, administrators and educational personnel must be eager to learn and have initiative to develop themselves in order to build immunity; and 5) conditions Morality is that administrators give guidelines for conduct to personnel to practice in order to avoid bad things and develop the mind to have a kind heart.
