การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพหลักความเป็นเอกภาพด้านการศึกษาพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกธรรมของพระสงฆ์จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา 2. เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการพัฒนาความเป็นเอกภาพด้านการศึกษาพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกธรรมตามหลักสาราณียธรรมของพระสงฆ์ 3. เพื่อเสนอแนวทางพัฒนาความเป็นเอกภาพด้านการศึกษาพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกธรรมตามหลักสาราณียธรรมของพระสงฆ์ในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยาโดยการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานระหว่างเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามระบบแบบสอบถามทดสอบออนไลน์และแบบสัมภาษณ์โดยสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5รูป/คนโดยแจกแบบสอบถามพระภิกษุสงฆ์ในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยาจำนวน 225 รูป วิเคราะห์โดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

1. ผลการศึกษาสภาพหลักความเป็นเอกภาพด้านการศึกษาพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกธรรมของพระสงฆ์จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า หลักสูตร ครูผู้สอน การจัดการเรียนการสอน การใช้สื่ออุปกรณ์และการประสานงาน ค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ การวัดผลและการประเมินผลตามลำดับ

2. ผลการศึกษาการพัฒนาความเป็นเอกภาพด้านการศึกษาพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกธรรมตามหลักสาราณียธรรมของพระสงฆ์ ในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา พบว่า สื่อและครูผู้สอน ดีมาก แต่ด้านสื่อ อุปกรณ์ และการประสานงาน ควรศึกษาเรื่องการทำสื่อช่วยสอนและเพิ่มการประชาสัมพันธ์ในด้านต่างๆ สื่อทางการศึกษาขาดรูปแบบที่หลากหลายต้องหาเพิ่ม สื่อ อุปกรณ์มีให้เบิกแต่นิยมใช้หนังสือมากกว่า และการประสานงาน ยังมีประชาสัมพันธ์น้อยไป ด้านครูผู้สอน ควรมีการศึกษาพัฒนาสร้างครูต้นแบบที่มีลักษณะที่ทรงภูมิความรู้และน่าเข้าใกล้ ครูต้องมีการเพิ่มการศึกษาและประสบการณ์การสอน ครูพระผู้สอนมีจำนวนเพียงพอเนื่องจากนำมารวมกันที่เดียวของแต่ละอำเภอ ทำให้ใช้ครูพระน้อยลงแต่ยังต้องมีการเพิ่มเติมความรู้ให้ครูพระผู้สอน การจัดการเรียนรู้ มีให้เพียงพอ

  3. ผลการศึกษาแนวทางพัฒนาความเป็นเอกภาพด้านการศึกษาพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกธรรมตามหลักสาราณียธรรมของพระสงฆ์ในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล งบประมาณค่อนข้างน้อย งบประมาณยังขาดแคลนต้องบอกบุญเพิ่มเติม ควรมีการศึกษาเรื่องงบประมาณทางการศึกษาของสงฆ์เพื่อสนับสนุนแนวทางการช่วยเหลือค่าใช้จ่ายเช่น ค่ารถที่ยังไม่ได้อยู่ในส่วนงบประมาณกลางที่ได้จากรัฐ การวัดผลและการประเมินผล เนื่องจากงบประมาณยังต้องมีการบอกบุญเพิ่มเติมจากที่ส่วนกลางให้มาและการมอบรางวัลเพื่อเป็นกำลังใจ ยังเป็นส่วนที่เป็นปัญหาที่ต้องบอกบุญเพิ่มเติมทุกปี

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives of this research are as follows: 1) to study the state of unity in Phrapariyattidhamma Educational Management, Dhamma Section, of the Sangha in Phranakorn Si Ayuttaya province, 2) to study methods for development of unity in Phrapariyattidhamma Educational Management, Dhamma Section, according to Saraniyadhamma for the Sangha in Phranakorn Si Ayuttaya province, and 3) to propose the guidelines for development of unity in Phrapariyattidhamma Educational Management, Dhamma Section, according to Saraniyadhamma for the Sangha in Phranakorn Si Ayuttaya province. The mixed research methods were used in the study. The quantitative data were collected by online questionnaires from 225 monks in Phranakorn Si Ayuttaya province and analyzed by mean and standard deviation. The qualitative data were collected by in-depth interview-forms with 5 key-informants and then analyzed by content analysis.

The results of the study found that:

1. The state of unity in Phrapariyattidhamma Educational Management, Dhamma Section, of the Sangha in Phranakorn Si Ayuttaya province was at a high level overall. When considered in aspects by descending order, curriculum comes first, followed by teachers, teaching and learning management, the use of media, cooperation, and measurement and evaluation respectively.

2.The methods for development of unity in Phrapariyattidhamma Educational Management, Dhamma Section, according to Saraniyadhamma for the Sangha in Phranakorn Si Ayuttaya province are that: To increase skills in creating teaching media and public relations, To encourage teachers to use teaching media rather than textbooks, To develop and increase a number of model-teachers who accomplish with knowledge and characters, To support teachers in further study and gaining experiences in teaching, and to add-up new knowledge and teaching management to teachers.

3. The guidelines for development of unity in Phrapariyattidhamma Educational Management, Dhamma Section, according to Saraniyadhamma for the Sangha in Phranakorn Si Ayuttaya province are as follows: The budget is quite limited in measurement and evaluation, so the fund raising is done every year. A study of education budget of the Sangha should be done in order to ask for the support of school necessary expense. Again, the expenditure in giving rewards to teachers and students is not covered. The charity and fund raising are in need for this activity too
