      สังคมสงเคราะห์ด้านการศึกษาสำหรับเด็กและเยาวชน: กรณีศึกษาวัดตาลเจ็ดช่อ ตำบลตลาดกรวด อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอ่างทอง (2) เพื่อประเมินสภาพปัญหาและความตองการระบบการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานสังคมสงเคราะห์ด้านการศึกษาสำหรับเด็กและเยาวชน: กรณีศึกษาวัดตาลเจ็ดช่อ ตำบลตลาดกรวด อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอ่างทอง (3) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการดำเนินงานสังคมสงเคราะห์ด้านการศึกษาสำหรับเด็กและเยาวชน: กรณีศึกษาวัดตาลเจ็ดช่อ ตำบลตลาดกรวด อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอ่างทอง (4) เพื่อประเมินและรับรองระบบการพัฒนาสังคมสงเคราะห์ด้านการศึกษาสำหรับเด็กและเยาวชน : กรณีศึกษาวัดตาลเจ็ดช่อ ตำบลตลาดกรวด อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอ่างทอง

การวิจัยนี้ใช้แบบพัฒนา (Research and Development) กล่าวคือ การสำรวจ (Survey Research) และการวิจัยแบบสัมภาษณ์ (Interview Research) เครื่องที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ (Interview) ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 10 รูป/คน ด้วยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Selection) และแบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม คือ เด็กและเยาวชนผู้ด้อยโอกาสด้านการศึกษา จำนวน 108 คน ซึ่งผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีหากลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการเปิดตารางของ Krejci, R. V. & Morgan, D. W.

         ผลการวิจัย

          (1) พบการศึกษาองค์ความรู้ตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล อายุ พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ มีอายุ 11-15 ปี จำนวน 74 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 68.52 รองลงมามีอายุ 16-20 ปี จำนวน 34 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 31.48 เพศ พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ เพศหญิง จำนวน 74 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 68.52 รองลงมา เพศชาย จำนวน 44 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 31.48 สถานภาพทางครอบครัว พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ มีบิดามารดาอยู่ครบ จำนวน 53 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 49.07, ส่วนน้อยที่สุดคือ อยู่เฉพาะมารดา จำนวน 10 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 9.06 ระดับชั้นที่กำลังศึกษา พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ มัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น จำนวน 68 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 62.96 รองลงมา มัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย จำนวน 40 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 37.04

          (2) พบการประเมินสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการ พบว่า โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก

(x̅= 4.21, S.D. = 0.189) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือด้านการดำเนินการของกิจกรรมสังคมสงเคราะห์ (x̅= 4.26, S.D. = 0.366) และด้านที่มีความคิดเห็นน้อยที่สุดคือ ด้านการสร้างบรรยากาศในกิจกรรมสังคมสงเคราะห์

          (3) พบการพัฒนาระบบการดำเนินงาน (1) การเตรียมการสังคมสงเคราะห์ โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅= 4.20, S.D. = 0.427) (2) การดำเนินการของกิจกรรมสังคมสงเคราะห์โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅= 4.26, S.D. = 0.366) (3) การใช้สื่อ/อุปกรณ์เพื่อสังคมสงเคราะห์ โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅= 4.21, S.D. = 0.365) (4) การสร้างบรรยากาศในกิจกรรมสังคมสงเคราะห์ โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅= 4.16, S.D. = 0.426) และ (5) การวัดผลและการประเมินผลกิจกรรมสังคมสงเคราะห์ โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅= 4.22, S.D. = 0.392)

          (4) พบการประเมินและรับรองระบบการพัฒนาสังคมสงเคราะห์ รับรองโดยคณะกรรมผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิการสอบ Focus Group Discussion จำนวน 12 รูป/คน เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 31 มีนาคม 2566 ณ วัดตาลเจ็ดช่อ อ. เมือง จ. อ่างทอง

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

      The objectives of this research were four-fold, (1) to study acknowledgement an educational social work system for disadvantaged children; (2) To evaluate problem and wanted an educational social work system for disadvantaged children; (3) To develop social welfare system for an educational social work system for disadvantaged children; (4) To evaluate and guarantee an educational social work system for disadvantaged children.

This was a Research and Development research using Survey Research and by Interview Research. The tools used for research mean Interview for key performance 10 persons by Purposive Sampling and Questionnaire answer by disadvantaged children as 108 persons. Then researcher choose by using Krejci, R. V. & Morgan, D. W. table.

         T Major founding:

         T (1) On the acknowledgement from individual person found that, age found that, all the most 11–15-year number 74 persons, then calculate as 68.52, later age 16-20 year then calculate as 31.48. Sex found that, all the most were girls’ number 74 persons, then calculate as 68.52, later age boys 44 then calculate as 31.48. Family status, it was found that, all the most have been both parents 53 persons then calculate as 49.07, then lowest mother only 10 persons, then calculate as 9.06. Education level found that, all the most they were junior secondary students’ number 68 persons, then calculate as 62.96, later high school students’ number 74 persons, number 40 persons, then calculate as 37.04.

         T (2) On evaluation of problem and needs, it was found that by all average more level as (x̅= 4.21, S.D. = 0.189), considering each part from more to less, it found that the meanest social work doing as (x̅= 4.26, S.D. = 0.366), then lowest mean part for social work creation as (x̅= 4.16, S.D. = 0.426).

         T (3) On development social welfare system (1) part for social work preparing by all average more level as (x̅= 4.20, S.D. = 0.427). (2) Part for social work doing by all average more level as (x̅= 4.26, S.D. = 0.366). (3) Part for media / social work appliance by all average more level as (x̅= 4.21, S.D. = 0.365). (4) Part for social work activity creation by all average more level as (x̅= 4.16, S.D. = 0.426). (5) Part for social work evaluation by all average more level as ( = 4.22, S.D. = 0.392).

         T (4) On evaluation and assurance of educational social work system from expertise Focus Group Discussion as number 12 persons on Friday 31 March 2023 at Wat Taljedcho Mueng Angthong Province.
