บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

ดุษฎีนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาบริบท สภาพปัญหา ความต้องการจำเป็นและศึกษาแนวคิดทฤษฎีเกี่ยวกับการเคารพศักดิ์ศรีความเป็นมนุษย์ตามศาสตร์สมัยใหม่ 2) ศึกษาหลักพุทธสันติวิธีที่เอื้อต่อการพัฒนาการเคารพศักดิ์ศรีความเป็นมนุษย์ 3) พัฒนาและนำเสนอกระบวนการพัฒนาการเคารพศักดิ์ศรีความเป็นมนุษย์เพื่อเสริมสร้างองค์กรสันติสุขโดยพุทธสันติวิธีใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิง ผสมผสาน (Mixed Methods Research Design) โดยการทดลองนำร่องแบบ Exploratory sequential design เก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก 28 คน สนทนากลุ่มเฉพาะ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 9 ท่าน โดยการทดลองนำร่องเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐ จำนวน 23 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประเมินผลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง ได้แก่ แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ การสังเกตการณ์แบบมีส่วนร่วม สรุปผลแบบพรรณนาโวหาร

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัญหาของ กระบวนการส่งเสริมการเคารพศักดิ์ศรีความเป็นมนุษย์เพื่อเสริมสร้างองค์กรสันติสุขโดยพุทธสันติวิธี มีปัญหาใน 2 ประเด็นหลักคือ 1) บุคลากรภายในองค์กรไม่เคารพศักดิ์ศรีความเป็นมนุษย์ซึ่งกันและกัน 2) บุคลากรในองค์กรผู้มีหน้าที่ให้บริการไม่เคารพศักดิ์ศรีความเป็นมนุษย์ของประชาชนผู้มารับบริการ สาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดการไม่เคารพศักดิ์ศรีความเป็นมนุษย์นั้นเกิดจากปัจจัยดังนี้ ขนบธรรมเนียม ประเพณี และ วัฒนธรรมของสังคมไทย ศักดิ์ศรีความเป็นมนุษย์เป็นเรื่องใหม่สำหรับสังคมไทย คนส่วนใหญ่ไม่เข้าใจเรื่องของศักดิ์ศรีความเป็นมนุษย์ มนุษย์ทุกคนมีจิตสำนึกไม่เท่ากัน การเคารพศักดิ์ศรีความเป็นมนุษย์ของคนทุกคนไม่เท่าเทียมกัน การขาดความเป็นธรรม ไม่ได้รับการปฏิบัติจากเพื่อนมนุษย์ด้วยกันอย่างมีศักดิ์ศรี การเมืองการปกครอง ความเหลื่อมล้ำของสังคม ภาวะเศรษฐกิจถดถอยและความยากจน ระบบความยุติธรรมที่ไม่เป็นธรรม  ระบบการให้บริการของรัฐ การศึกษา การสื่อสาร

2. หลักพุทธสันติวิธีที่เอื้อต่อการพัฒนาการเคารพศักดิ์ศรีความเป็นมนุษย์ได้แก่หลัก สังคหวัตถุ 4 ที่เป็นเครื่องยึดเหนื่ยวน้ำใจของมนุษย์ในสังคมให้เป็นสังคมที่ดีและมีความสุข เคารพในศักดิ์ศรีความเป็นมนุษย์ซึ่งกันและกันโดยอาศัย ธรรม 4 ประการ ได้แก่ “ทาน” คือ การให้อภัย การเสียสละ การเอื้อเฟื้อ แบ่งปัน“ปิยวาจา” คือ การสื่อสารด้วยถ้อยคำไพเราะอ่อนหวาน จริงใจ ไม่หยาบคายก้าวร้าว เหมาะแก่ กาลเทศะ “อัตถจริยา” คือ การประพฤติในสิ่งที่เป็นประโยชน์แก่ผู้อื่น และ “สมานัตตตา” คือ การเป็นคนเสมอต้น เสมอปลาย มีจิตใจหนักแน่นไม่โลเล ก่อให้เกิดความไว้วางใจในองค์กรทำให้องค์กรเกิดสันติสุข

3. การสร้างกระบวนการส่งเสริมการเคารพศักดิ์ศรีความเป็นมนุษย์เพื่อเสริมสร้างองค์กรสันติสุขโดยพุทธสันติวิธีด้วยการสร้างหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมโดยบูรณาการแนวคิดศาสตร์สมัยใหม่ได้แก่ทฤษฎี Kohlberg เป็นหลักการที่มนุษย์ใช้ในการตัดสินใจที่จะกระทำหรือไม่กระทำสิ่งใด แนวคิด The PLUS Decision Making Model เป็นการตัดสินใจเชิงจริยธรรม โดยพิจารณาจากอักษรย่อ 4 รายการใน PLUS แนวคิดในการเรียนรู้ของ Bloom’s Taxonomy เป็นการพัฒนาเพื่อให้เกิดพฤติกรรมจนเป็นวิถีชีวิตของการเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐที่ดี ร่วมกับ       หลักสังคหวัตถุ 4 ที่เป็นเครื่องยึดเหนื่ยวน้ำใจของมนุษย์ในสังคมให้เป็นสังคมที่ดี เคารพในศักดิ์ศรีความเป็นมนุษย์ซึ่งกันและกันได้เป็นองค์ประกอบของ “RESPECT Model” องค์ประกอบที่ 1) R : Recognition and respect of human dignity มีทัศนคติที่ดีในการเคารพศักดิ์ศรีของความเป็นคน องค์ประกอบที่ 2) E : Empathy-Compassion and Self-Empathy ความร่วมรู้สึก องค์ประกอบที่ 3) S : “Service-minded attitude” มีใจรักในการบริการประชาชน องค์ประกอบที่ 4) P : Peace/Just Peace from the inside out สร้างสันติสุขจากภายในสู่ภายนอก องค์ประกอบที่ 5) E : Ethics Role Model of Human Dignity: เป็นต้นแบบด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรมในการเคารพศักดิ์ศรีของความเป็นมนุษย์ องค์ประกอบที่ 6) C : Change for the better เปลี่ยนเพื่อสิ่งที่ดีกว่า องค์ประกอบที่ 7) T : Trust จะได้รับความไว้วางใจเมื่อการกระทำเป็นไปตามคำพูด สัจจะวาจา

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

This dissertation’s research objectives are to: 1) study the context, problem conditions, and necessary needs; and study theoretical concepts regarding respect for human dignity according to modern science. 2) study Buddhist practice of peaceful methods that facilitate the development of respect for human dignity. 3) Develop and present the process of promoting respect for human dignity to start a peaceful organization according to Buddhist practice using a mixed-methods research design by piloting an exploratory sequential design. Qualitative data was collected through in-depth interviews with 20 people—a specific group of 9 experts—by a pilot experiment of 23 government officials. The tools used to evaluate the results before and after the experiment include a satisfaction assessment form. Participatory observation Summarize the results in a descriptive style.

The research results found that

1. The problem situation of the process of promoting respect for human dignity to start a peaceful organization according to Buddhist practice. There are problems in two main areas: 1) Personnel within the organization do not respect each other's human dignity. 2) Personnel in the organization who have duties Providing services that do not respect the human dignity of the people receiving services The reasons for not respecting human dignity are due to the following factors: the customs, traditions, and culture of Thai society. Human dignity is a new issue in Thai society. Most people do not understand the issue of human dignity. All humans have an unequal consciousness. Respect for the human dignity of all people is not equal. lack of fairness Not being treated with dignity by fellow humans’ politics and government social inequality, economic recession, poverty unfair justice system State service system, education, communication

2. The principles of Buddhist peace that facilitate the development of respect for human dignity include the 4 Sangha Vatthu principles that are the anchors for human kindness in society to be a good and happy society. Respect each other's human dignity based on the four principles of Dhamma: "Dana," which means forgiveness, sacrifice, and generosity, and sharing “Piyavaca” which means communicating with words that are sweet, sincere, not rude or aggressive, and appropriate for the occasion. “Atthachariya” means doing things that are beneficial to others, and “Samanatta” means being consistent. Have a firm mind, not a fickle one. Creates trust in the organization, causing the organization to have peace.

3. Creating a process to promote respect for human dignity to strengthen the peaceful organization through the Buddhist practice by creating a participatory workshop training course by integrating modern scientific concepts, such as the Kohlberg theory, which is a principle that human beings use in deciding to do or not do something. The PLUS Decision-Making Model concept is an ethical decision. By considering the 4 abbreviations in PLUS, the learning concept of Bloom's Taxonomy is to develop behavior that becomes a way of life for being a good government official, together with the 4 Sangha Vatthu principles that are an anchor for kindness. of humans in society to be a good society. Respect for each other's human dignity is an element of the "respect model." Component 1: Recognition and respect of human dignity. Have a good attitude toward respecting the dignity of human beings. Component 2: Empathy-Compassion and Self-Empathy Pamper them to care about us and pamper us to understand our hearts. Component 3: “Service-minded attitude” Have a passion for serving the people. Component 4: Peace/Just Peace from the inside out Component 5: Ethics Role Model of Human Dignity: Be a model of morality and ethics by respecting the dignity of humanity.
