บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยเรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย คือ (1) เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนาวัดให้เป็นศูนย์กลางการเรียนรู้ของชุมชน (2) เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนาวัดให้เป็นศูนย์กลางการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนในจังหวัดอุดรธานี (3) เพื่อเสนอรูปแบบการพัฒนาวัดให้เป็นศูนย์กลางการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนในจังหวัดอุดรธานี เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการศึกษาข้อมูลด้านเอกสาร งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง แล้ววิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ สนทนากลุ่ม มีผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน ๓๗ รูป/คน นำเสนอข้อมูลเชิงพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

การพัฒนาวัดให้เป็นศูนย์กลางการเรียนรู้ของชุมชน พบว่า (1) เป็นศูนย์การเรียนรู้ชุมชนซึ่งสนับสนุนการศึกษาตลอดชีวิตของบุคคลในชุมชน (2) มีกิจกรรมที่นำไปสู่กระบวนการคิด เพื่อการแก้ไขปัญหาชุมชน และส่งเสริม สนับสนุนให้ชุมชน จัดการความขัดแย้ง ความเดือดร้อนโดยการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันแสวงหาคำตอบ (3) มีการให้บริการที่ส่งเสริม และพัฒนาการเรียนรู้สารสนเทศให้แก่ประชาชน (4) เป็นแหล่งการเรียนรู้ ศิลปะ จารีต ประเพณี วัฒนธรรม และภูมิปัญญาของชุมชน โดยการจัดศูนย์การเรียนรู้ชุมชนที่มีเอกลักษณ์ประจำท้องถิ่น (5) ศูนย์การเรียนรู้ชุมชนที่มีความรื่นรมย์ตามหลักสัปปายะ (6) สร้างเครือข่ายแห่งการเรียนรู้ เพื่อเป็นการแลกเปลี่ยนแบบบูรณาการ เพื่อการพัฒนาเป็นศูนย์การเรียนรู้เสมือนจริงที่ทันสมัย

การพัฒนาวัดให้เป็นศูนย์กลางการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนในจังหวัดอุดรธานี พบว่า เจ้าอาวาสถือว่ามีบทบาทสำคัญในการพัฒนาวัด 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการปกครอง ด้านการศาสนศึกษา ด้านการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนา ด้านการสาธารณูปการ ด้านการศึกษาสงเคราะห์ และด้านการสาธารณสงเคราะห์ เป็นงานที่เจ้าอาวาสทุกรูปจะต้องปฏิบัติ ส่งเสริมงานทุกด้านให้ ประสบผลสำเร็จ เกิดประโยชน์ ทั้งคณะสงฆ์ และประชาชนในชุมชนอย่างแท้จริง เป็นพื้นฐานก่อนที่จะพัฒนาในด้านต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้เกิดศูนย์กลางของการเรียนรู้ชุมชน

รูปแบบการพัฒนาวัดให้เป็นศูนย์กลางการเรียนรู้ของชุมชนในจังหวัดอุดรธานี ประกอบด้วย 6 รูปแบบ คือ (1) ศูนย์ศึกษาตลอดชีวิต ส่งเสริมให้พระภิกษุสามเณรมี การศึกษาที่สูง ส่งเสริมให้พระภิกษุสามเณรมีความประพฤติที่ดีงาม ส่งเสริมให้ปราชญ์ชาวบ้านได้แสดง ศักยภาพ ส่งเสริมให้ปราชญ์ชาวบ้านมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาชุมชน (2) ศูนย์กิจกรรมสร้าง เสริมปัญญา ส่งเสริมให้พระภิกษุสามเณรและประชาชนพัฒนาตนเอง ตามหลักศีล สมาธิ และปัญญา (3) ศูนย์บริการสารสนเทศ พัฒนาสื่อด้านพระพุทธศาสนา และชุมชนออกเผยแผ่ อบรมพระภิกษุสามเณรและประชาชนในการใช้สื่อที่ถูกต้องด้านพระพุทธศาสนา (4) ศูนย์เรียนรู้ ศิลปวัฒนธรรม ส่งเสริมให้พระภิกษุสามเณรและประชาชนเข้าใจและร่วมสืบสานศิลปวัฒนธรรม ท้องถิ่น จัดกิจกรรมสืบสานศิลปวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น จัดกิจกรรมวันสำคัญทางด้านพระพุทธศาสนาเป็นประจำสม่ำเสมอ (5) ศูนย์พัฒนาชีวิตจิตใจ จัดห้องสมุดชุมชนภายในวัด รวบรวมหนังสือเกี่ยวกับพระพุทธศาสนาและชุมชน จัดมุมอ่านหนังสือ จัดพิพิธภัณฑ์ที่สะท้อนวิถีชีวิตของชุมชน (6) พัฒนาเครือข่ายศูนย์กลางการเรียนรู้ในชุมชน ได้แก่ วัด ชุมชน ชาวบ้าน และหน่วยงานราชการประสานงานกันจัดแหล่งการเรียนรู้ภายในวัด ชุมชน วัด ชาวบ้าน และ หน่วยงานราชการประสานงานกันจัดแหล่งการเรียนรู้ในชุมชน

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The purposes of this research are; (1) to study the development of the temples to be the learning center of the community (2) to study the development of the temples to be the learning center of the community in Udon Thani Province and (3) to propose the models for developing the temples to be the learning center of the community in Udon Thani Province. This research is the qualitative research by studying the data from documents, related searches and to analyze the data from interviewing focus groups by consisting 37 key informants and to analyze the data by using the descriptive methods.

The results of the research are found as follows The development of the temples to be the learning center of the community is found that (1) to be the learning center of the community to support the education for long life of people in the community (2) to be endowed with activities leading to the process of thought to solve the problems by providing the activities to enhance and support the community to be able to solve conflict and trouble by learning and participating to find out the answer of the occurred problems (3) to be endowed with services supporting and developing the communication for people (4) to be the learning sources related to arts, traditions, cultures and intelligence of community by managing the learning center of the community to be identity for location (5) the learning center of community is joyful and favorable location (6) to build up the learning network in order to exchange by using integrative method to develop the learning center as just like reality and contemporary periods.

The development of the temples to be the learning center of community in Udon Thani Province is found that in management of the temples, the abbots are considered as the Buddhist monks who have important roles in developing the temples in six aspects, that is, the aspect of ruling, religious education, dissemination of Buddhism, public well fare, educational assistance and public assistance and those works that the every abbot must performs and enhance every aspect for accomplishment and benefits both the Buddhist monks and people in the community really as the foundation before developing in various aspects in order to be the learning center of community.

The models for developing the temples to be the learning center of the community in Udon Thani Province consist of 6 models, that is, (1) a model is the educational center for long life by supporting Buddhist monks and novices to have high education, good behaviors, local experts to show the potentiality and to have participation in developing the community (2) the center for creation of wisdom by enhancing the Buddhist monks, novices and people to develop themselves in accordance with precepts, meditation and wisdom. (3) the center for informational services and developing Buddhist medias and the community propagates and train the Buddhist monks, novices and people how to use the right medias in the aspect of Buddhism. (4) the center for learning arts and culture by supporting the Buddhist monks, novices and people to understand and participate to inherit the local arts and culture by managing activities in the important days of Buddhism continuously. (5) the center for developing the lifestyles by providing the public library in the temples compiling the books related to Buddhism and community, managing the conner for reading books and managing the museum for reflecting the lifestyles of the community. (6) the development of the network of learning center in the community, that is, temples, community, folks and official services participating to manage the sources of learning in temples. The community, temples, folks and the official services coordinate to provide the learning sources in the community.
