บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยคือ (1) เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์เชิงพุทธของพระสงฆ์นักพัฒนา (2) เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์เชิงพุทธของของพระสงฆ์นักพัฒนาในจังหวัดหนองคาย (3) เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์เชิงพุทธของพระสงฆ์นักพัฒนาในจังหวัดหนองคาย เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการศึกษาข้อมูลด้านเอกสาร งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ แล้ววิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ สนทนากลุ่ม มีผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 36 รูป/คน นำเสนอข้อมูลเชิงพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

การพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์เชิงพุทธของพระสงฆ์นักพัฒนา โดยพระสงฆ์พัฒนาผ่านการศึกษา 1) ด้านการศึกษา ได้แก่ การสอนศีลธรรมในโรงเรียนที่เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ที่อยู่ในวัยที่จะเป็นอนาคตของชาติ การบำเพ็ญประโยชน์ต่อสาธารณชน 2) ด้านการฝึกอบรม ได้แก่ โครงการค่ายคุณธรรมเชิงพุทธที่โรงเรียน หน่วยงานภาครัฐ วัด ได้ร่วมกันจัดขึ้น และโครงการธรรมะสู่โรงเรียน เป็นต้น 3) ด้านการพัฒนา ได้แก่ การนำบุคคลนั้นมาเป็นตัวอย่างในการพัฒนาบุคคลอื่น โดยการให้รางวัล ที่เกิดจากผลของศึกษาและฝึกอบรม ตามกรอบของกิจกรรมกำหนดขึ้น ที่ทำให้เกิดความสงบเรียบร้อยในชุมชน เกิดความไม่ประมาทในกิจวัตรประจำวันความขัดแย้งลดลง และเกิดความรักความสามัคคีมากยิ่งขึ้น

การพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์เชิงพุทธของของพระสงฆ์นักพัฒนาในจังหวัดหนองคาย ประกอบด้วย 1. การฝึกอบรม 2. การศึกษา และ3. การพัฒนา ที่สามารถบูรณาการนำไปสู่การพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ส่วนหลักธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ได้แก่ หลักไตรสิกขา คือ หลักศีล นำไปสู่การพัฒนาพฤติกรรม หลักสมาธินำไปสู่การพัฒนาจิตใจ และ หลักปัญญา นำไปสู่การพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ 

รูปแบบการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์เชิงพุทธของพระสงฆ์นักพัฒนาในจังหวัดหนองคาย เป็นการเรียนรู้หลักไตรสิกขา เพื่อสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจ แล้วนำมาบูรณาการกับการพัฒนาตนเอง ดังนี้ 1) รูปแบบการพัฒนาผ่านการศึกษาจากตนเอง ด้วยการควบคุมกาย วาจา ใจ ให้มีเหตุผลในการดำเนินชีวิต นำไปสู่การพัฒนาผู้อื่น และสังคม 2) รูปแบบการพัฒนาผ่านการฝึกอบรมและกิจกรรมประเพณี การสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมในชุมชน โดยอาศัยการจัดกิจกรรมหรือโครงการตามวันสำคัญต่าง ๆ ประเพณีฮีต 12 ของจังหวัดหนองคาย ให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจในด้านการศึกษามาเป็นพื้นฐาน ทำให้เกิดความชัดเจนในการพัฒนาพฤติกรรม เกิดแนวคิดที่ถูกต้องและมีเหตุผล 3) รูปแบบการพัฒนารางวัลต้นแบบคนดี การจัดกิจกรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนา ให้มีความสนุกสนานมีการยกย่องบุคคลดีเป็นตัวอย่าง และการให้รางวัล ทำให้เกิดขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติตาม การชี้แนะให้เห็นถึงความไม่ประมาทในการใช้ชีวิต และการดำเนินกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ทำให้เกิดความสงบสุขต่อตนเองและสังคม

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives of this research are; (1) to study the development of Buddhist human resources of Sangha as the developers (2) to study the development of Buddhist human resources of Sangha as the developers in Nongkhai Province and (3) to propose the models for developing the Buddhist human resources of Sangha as the developers in Nongkhai Province. This research is the qualitative research by studying the documents, related researches and collecting the data by using the formats interviews and then to analyze the data from interviewing, focus group by having 36 key informants and to report the data by using the method of descriptive analysis. The results of research are founded as follows:

The development of the Buddhist human resources of Sangha as the developers by the Sangha develops through education, that is, 1) the educational aspect is to teach the morality in schools as one part of developing the human resources in the period of lives as the national future. That is to fulfill the benefits of general people 2) the training aspect is the Buddhist project of moral camps provided by schools, state sectors, and temples and the Dhamma projects for schools etc. 3) the branch of development is to provide personnel to be sample in developing the others by giving awards resulting from the educational product and training in accordance with frames of activities as limited and to be peaceful in the community, not to be carelessness in the daily life. The conflict will reduce and love and unity will more occur.

The development of the Buddhist human resources of Sangha as the developers in Nongkhai Province consists of 1) training 2) education and 3) development. All of these can be integrated for developing the human resources proficiently. While the principle of Buddhist teachings related to develop the human resources consists of the Threefold Trainings, that is, precepts leading to develop behaviors, meditation leading to develop the mind and wisdom leading to the body of knowledge.

The model in developing the Buddhist human resources of Sangha as the developers in Nongkhai Province is found that 1) the model of development through the education from oneself by physical, verbal and spiritual controlling with reasons in proceeding life leading to develop the others and society 2) the model of development through training and traditional activities, creation of participation in the community by being based on activity management or various projects in the significant days such as the tradition of Heet 12 of Nongkhai Province by giving knowledge and understanding in the aspect of education as the foundation. The construction such that will result in the precision in developing behaviors in order to increase the right conception and reasonability 3) the development of original reward of good man should be provided and to manage the Buddhist activities should be provided for enjoyment by praising them as good persons and to give reward for morality in practice. To advise for carelessness in life and to proceed various activities result in the peacefulness for oneself and society.
