บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย คือ (1) เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาชุมชนในประเทศไทย (2) เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมเชิงพุทธในการพัฒนาชุมชนของอำเภอโพนพิสัย จังหวัดหนองคาย และ(3) เพื่อเสนอรูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมเชิงพุทธในการพัฒนาชุมชนของอำเภอโพนพิสัย จังหวัดหนองคาย เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการศึกษาข้อมูลด้านเอกสาร งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ แล้ววิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ สนทนากลุ่ม มีผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 39 รูป/คน นำเสนอข้อมูลเชิงพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

การมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาชุมชนในประเทศไทยคือ การร่วมคิด ร่วมวางแผน ร่วมลงมือทำ เพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนด้วยหลักธรรมการพัฒนาตนเองประกอบด้วย 1. การพัฒนาด้านกาย การพัฒนาร่างกายให้มีสุขภาพแข็งแรง 2. การพัฒนาด้านศีล การพัฒนาความประพฤติและการกระทำทางกายวาจา 3. การพัฒนาด้านจิต การพัฒนาจิตใจ 4. การพัฒนาด้านปัญญา การพัฒนาปัญญาเพื่อจัดการปัญหาของตนเองและสังคม

การมีส่วนร่วมเชิงพุทธในการพัฒนาชุมชนของอำเภอโพนพิสัย จังหวัดหนองคาย โดยการนำ ผู้บริหารเทศบาล พระสงฆ์ ผู้นำชุมชน ร่วมกันจัดกิจกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนเพื่อจัดการปัญหา 1. ปัญหาด้านสังคม มีการนำหลักศีลภาวนาไปพัฒนาสังคมด้วยการฝึกอบรมศีล ตั้งอยู่ในระเบียบวินัย ไม่เบียดเบียน หรือก่อความเสียหายอยู่กับผู้อื่นได้ มีความเกื้อกูลต่อกัน 2. ปัญหาด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้วยหลักกายภาวนา เป็นการจัดการปัญหาขยะชุมชนด้วยการคัดแยก รีไซเคิล สร้างผลิตภัณฑ์จากของเหลือใช้ เพื่อสร้างประโยชน์ของชุมชน 3. ปัญหาด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้วยการสร้างการเรียนรู้ การสร้างบัญชีครัวเรือน การสร้างรายได้แบบใหม่ เพื่อบูรณาการกับผลิตภัณฑ์ของชุมชนให้เกิดช่องทาง และโอกาสในการผลิต และจัดจำหน่ายในช่องทางต่าง ๆ เพื่อเพิ่มรายได้ 4. ปัญหาด้านการปกครอง พัฒนาความเอื้อเฟื้อแบ่งปัน มีความประพฤติดีงาม เป็นผู้เสียสละความสุขส่วนตนเพื่อความสุขส่วนรวม และ5. ปัญหาวัฒนธรรม ส่งเสริมกิจกรรมที่แสดงออกถึงความกตัญญูกตเวทิตา ผู้รู้จักคุณค่าแห่งการทำความดีของผู้อื่น และส่งเสริมประเพณีของท้องถิ่น

รูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมเชิงพุทธในการพัฒนาชุมชนของอำเภอโพนพิสัย จังหวัดหนองคาย ได้ 5 รูปแบบดังนี้ (1) การพัฒนาด้านสังคม ด้วยหลักพรหมวิหาร 4 มีความเมตตา ความรัก อยากช่วยเหลือผู้อื่นให้พ้นจากความทุกข์มีความเบิกบานพลอยยินดี เมื่อเห็นผู้อื่นอยู่ดีมีสุข มีใจเป็นกลาง มองตามเป็นจริง มีจิตมั่นคง (2) การพัฒนาด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้วยหลักหิริ โอตตัปปะ จะทำให้มนุษย์ไม่กล้าทำร้ายกัน ไม่กล้าทำลายธรรมชาติ จะนำไปสู่ความร่วมมือร่วมใจกันปกป้องดูแลกัน แล้วจะนำไปสู่การอนุรักษ์ธรรมชาติ (3) การพัฒนาด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้วยหลักทิฏฐธัมมิกัตถประโยชน์ 4 มีความขยันหมั่นเพียร รู้จักคุ้มครอง เก็บ รักษาโภคทรัพย์ รู้จักเสวนาคบหาคนดี รู้วิธีการสร้างรายได้และกำหนดรายจ่าย (4) การพัฒนาด้านการปกครอง ด้วยหลักทศพิธราชธรรม 10 ประการ (5) การพัฒนาด้านวัฒนธรรม ด้วยหลักกตัญญูกตเวทิตา 1. อาศัยประเพณี 12 เดือนของชุมชน 2. ประสานสัมพันธ์กับลูกหลาน 3. ปฏิบัติตนเสมอต้นเสมอปลาย

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The purposes of this research are; (1) to study the Buddhist participation in developing the community (2) to study the Buddhist participation in developing the community of Phon Pisai District, Nongkhai Province and (3) to propose the model of the Buddhist participation in developing the community of Phon Pisai District, Nongkhai Province. This research is the qualitative research by studying data from documents, related researches, and collecting the data by using the format of interview and to analyze the data from interviewing, focus group by having 39 key informants and to report the data with the descriptive an The results of this research are found as follows:

The participation in developing the community in Thailand is the conceptual, planning and co-operative participation to self-development consists of 1. For the physical development, the physical development creates the physical health to be strong 2. the moral aspect is to develop the behavior and the physical action 3. The spiritual development is to develop the mind 4.The intelligent development is the intelligent development for destroying one’s own and social problems.

The Buddhist participation in developing the community of Phon Pisai District, Nongkhai Province is that the municipal administers, Sangha and community leaders participate in managing the activities by participation of the community for getting rid of the problems, that is, 1) for the aspect of social problems, the principle of morality is provided for developing the society with precept training, practicing the discipline not to persecute or to cause the damage and to live with others by charitability for each other 2) for the aspect of environmental problems, the principle of mental development is provided for getting rid of the community trash problems by separation, recycle, creation of products from the leavings to create the benefits of the community 3) for the economic problems, the creation of learning knowledge, family accounts and new incomes for integration with the community products for opportunity and occasion in producing and distributing in various channels in order to increase incomes 4) for the governing problems, the development of charitability, good behaviors, sacrifice of one own happiness for the whole happiness and 5) for the cultural problems, the activities for expressing the gratefulness and gratitude , knowing the value of doing goodness of others and enhancing the local tradition.

The model of the Buddhist participation in the community of Phon Pisai District, Nongkhai Province consists of 1) the model of the social development with the principle of the Four Sublime States of Mind, that is, Metta means the love to assist others to free from suffering and to be appreciated when seeing that those are happy, not to be prejudice, to see what the really is and to be stable 2) the model of the environmental development, the principle of moral shame and moral fear will forbid all human beings not to do an evil, not to destroy the nature and leading to participate in protecting each other and then leading to protect the nature 3) the model of the economic development with the Four Virtues conductive to benefits in the present consists of : to be endowed with energy, watchfulness, association with good people and balanced livelihood 4) the model of governing development is endowed with the Ten Royal Virtues 5) the model of cultural development with the principle of gratefulness and gratitude, that is, 1) to be based on the twelve months of the community 2) to associate with offsprings 3) self-behavior consistently.
