การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการจัดการงานสาธารณสงเคราะห์ ของพระสังฆาธิการในอำเภอคง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับความคิดเห็นของ พระสงฆ์ที่มีต่อประสิทธิภาพการจัดการงานสาธารณสงเคราะห์ของพระสังฆาธิการในอำเภอคง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิภาพการจัดการงานสาธารณสงเคราะห์ ของพระสังฆาธิการในอำเภอคง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเป็นแบบผสานวิธี ระหว่างการ วิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูล มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.870 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ พระสงฆ์ในอำเภอคง จำนวน 205 รูป วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ ส่วนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใช้แบบ สัมภาษณ์จากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญจำนวน 10 รูปหรือคน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์ เนื้อหา ประกอบบริบท สรุปเป็นความเรียง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ระดับงานสาธารณสงเคราะห์ของพระสังฆาธิการในอำเภอคง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅=4.07, S.D.=0.42) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อพบว่า อยู่ในระดับ มากทุกด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ 1) ด้านการดำเนินกิจการเพื่อช่วยเหลือ เกื้อกูล (x̅=4.12, S.D.=0.46) 2) ด้านการเกื้อกูลประชาชน (x̅=4.11, S.D.=0.49) 3) ด้านการ เกื้อกูลสาธารณสมบัติ(x̅=4.02, S.D.=0.50) 4) ด้านการช่วยเหลือผู้อื่นเพื่อสาธารณประโยชน์ (x̅=402 S.D.=0.49) ตามลำดับ 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประสิทธิภาพการจัดการงานสาธารณสงเคราะห์ ของพระสังฆาธิการในอำเภอคง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า พระสงฆ์ที่มี ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้าน อายุ วุฒิการศึกษาสามัญ ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อ ประสิทธิภาพการจัดการ งานสาธารณสงเคราะห์ของพระสังฆาธิการในอำเภอคง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ไม่แตกต่างกัน จึงปฏิเสธ สมมติฐานการวิจัยที่ตั้งไว้ส่วนพระสงฆ์ที่มี พรรษา และวุฒิการศึกษานักธรรมต่างกัน มีระดับความ คิดเห็นแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 จึงยอมรับสมมติฐานการวิจัยที่ตั้งไว้ ข 3. แนวทางการส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการจัดการงานสาธารณสงเคราะห์ของพระสังฆาธิ การในอำเภอคง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา พบว่า การจะทำงานในเรื่องสาธารณสงเคราะห์ต้องมี “ทุน” ช่วยในการดำเนินงานต่าง ๆ เพื่อบริหารทำงานแบบเป็น “ทีม” ร่วมมือกันในการ “ทำ” งานต่าง ๆ ลงมือด้วยการอุทิศตน และ “ทน” ต่อสภาพปัญหาต่าง ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นในการทำงาน ด้วยการขับเคลื่อน อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยอาจจะใช้เทคโนโลยีเข้ามาช่วยในการบูรณาการเพื่อให้คุณภาพของงาน (Quality) ออกมาเป็นที่ยอมรับต่อสังคม ในเรื่องปริมาณของงาน (Quantity) จะสามารถลดการใช้ งานของบุคลากรลง โดยการใช้ AI ในการช่วยทำงานเพื่อให้บุคลากรลงพื้นที่ได้รวดเร็วมากขึ้น คือ ระยะเวลา (Time) จะรวดเร็วขึ้นเพื่อให้ทันต่อการช่วยเหลือสังคม และค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินงาน (Costs) สามารถประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายในการทำงานเพื่อส่วนรวมได้มากขึ้น ช่วยเหลือสังคมได้เต็ม ประสิทธิภาพละจะเกิดข้อผิดพลาดในการทำงานน้อยลง 

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

Objectives of this research were: 1. To study the public welfare management of Sangha Administrators at Kong District, Nakhonratchasima Province 2. To compare the level of monks’ opinion on the public welfare management efficiency of Sangha Administrators at Kong District, Nakhonratchasima Province classified by personal factors, and 3. To propose guidelines to promote the public welfare management efficiency of Sangha Administrators at Kong District, Nakhonratchasima Province, conducted by the mixed research methods. The quantitative research, data were collected by using questionnairs with validity value at 0.870 from 205 samples who were monks at Kong District, Nakhonratchasima Province analyzed the data with a ready-made social science program using descriptive statistics: percentages, averages, standard deviations and inference statistics, t-test, F- tests. The qualitative research, data were collected by in-depth-intederviewing 10 key informants and analyzed by contextual content descriptive interpretation in essay format. Findings were as follows: 1. The level of public welfare work of the Sangha Adminiistrators at Kong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, by overall was at high level (x̅=4.07, S.D.=0.42) Considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at high level in descending order as follows: 1) Operations to help (x̅=4.12, S.D.=0.46) 2) Public Assistance (x̅=4.11, S.D.=0.49 3) Public property assistance (x̅=4.02, S.D.=0.50) 4) Helping others for the public interest (x̅=4.02, S.D.=0.49) respectively 2. Comparison of monks’ opinions on the public welfare management efficiency of Sangha Administrators at Kong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, classified by personal factors was found that monks with different personal factors in ง terms of age and general education did not have different opinions on the public welfare management efficiency of Sangha Administrators at Kong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, rejected the set research hypothesis As for the monks with different Lent and Dharma education qualifications, they had different levels of opinions at statistically significant level of 0.05, accepted the set research hypothesis 3. Guidelines for Promoting the public welfare management efficiency of Sangha Administrators at Kong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province were found that to work in public work, it is necessary to have "capital" to help in various operations to manage work as a "team" to cooperate in "doing" various tasks, to act with dedication and "endure" various problems that arise in work by driving effectively. In terms of quantity, it will be possible to reduce the use of personnel by using AI to help personnel go to the area more quickly, which is to speed up the time to keep up with social assistance. Operating costs can save more work costs for the community and contribute to society to the fullest and there will be fewer errors in work.
