บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาระดับการตัดสินใจเลือกบรรพชาอุปสมบทของ พุทธศาสนิกชน 2. ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกบรรพชาอุปสมบทของพุทธศาสนิกชน 3.นำเสนอแนวทางส่งเสริมการตัดสินใจเลือกบรรพชาอุปสมบทของพุทธศาสนิกชนในอำเภอปากช่องจังหวัดนครราชสีมา ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเป็นแบบผสานวิธี ระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เป็นการสำรวจด้วย แบบสอบถามซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.865 เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พระสงฆ์ใน อำเภอปากช่อง จำนวน 309 รูป วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสังคมศาสตร์ โดยใช้สถิติ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติการถดถอยแบบขั้นตอน และ การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 10 รูปหรือคน โดยใช้ เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ระดับการตัดสินใจเลือกบรรพชาอุปสมบทของพุทธศาสนิกชนในอำเภอปากช่อง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅=4.17, S.D.=4.17) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน ที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ด้านการฝึกฝนอบรมพัฒนาตนเอง (x̅=4.28, S.D.=0.75) รองลงมา คือ ด้าน การสนองพระคุณของบิดามารดา (x̅=4.25, S.D.=0.73) ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการทำหน้าที่ ของพุทธศาสนิกชน (x̅=4.05, S.D.=0.81) 2. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกบรรพชาอุปสมบทของพุทธศาสนิกชนในอำเภอ ปากช่อง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา พบว่า ความพึงพอใจของบุคคล ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกบรรพชาอุปสมบทของพุทธศาสนิกชนในอำเภอปากช่อง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา มี 2 ด้าน มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ 0.01 แสดงว่า ความพึงพอใจของบุคคล สามารถร่วมกันทำนายการตัดสินใจเลือกบรรพชา อุปสมบทของพุทธศาสนิกชนในอำเภอปากช่อง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ได้ร้อยละ 27.3 และเมื่อ พิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านเป้าหมาย สามารถทำนายการตัดสินใจเลือกบรรพชาอุปสมบทของ พุทธศาสนิกชนในอำเภอปากช่อง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ได้ร้อยละ 43.6 และด้านความต้องการ สามารถทำนายการตัดสินใจเลือกบรรพชาอุปสมบทของพุทธศาสนิกชนในอำเภอปากช่อง จังหวัด นครราชสีมา ได้ร้อยละ 17.9 3. แนวทางส่งเสริมการตัดสินใจเลือกบรรพชาอุปสมบทของพุทธศาสนิกชนในอำเภอปาก ช่อง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา พบว่า ความพึงพอใจของบุคคล เป็นปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือก บรรพชาอุปสมบทของพุทธศาสนิกชนในอำเภอปากช่อง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ได้ทั้ง 4 ด้าน มีลักษณะ ดังนี้1) ด้านการทำหน้าที่ของพุทธศาสนิกชน ได้แก่ ได้ทำบุญและประกอบพิธีทางพระพุทธศาสนา ได้เข้าวัดทำบุญ ฟังธรรม และน้อมนำไปปฏิบัติ ได้สืบพระศาสนาด้วยการบำรุงพระภิกษุสงฆ์ 2) ด้าน การทำหน้าที่ของคนไทย ได้แก่ ได้แสดงความกตัญญูกตเวทีต่อผู้มีพระคุณ ได้ตอบแทนคุณบิดามารดา ได้เปิดโอกาสให้ชายไทยได้สืบทอดพระศาสนา 3) ด้านการสนองพระคุณบิดามารดา ได้แก่ ได้เชิญชู คุณบิดามารดา อุทิศส่วนกุศลของเหล่าญาติ และสร้างศรัทธาแก่วงศ์ตระกูล 4) ด้านการฝึกฝนอบรม พัฒนาตนเอง ได้แก่ พัฒนาตนเองได้เป็นอย่างดีเพื่อให้ทันต่อโลก ได้มีการสร้างบารมีให้กับตนเองและ ครอบครัว

Objectives of this research were: 1. To study the level of Buddhists decision for ordination 2. To study factors affecting Buddhists’ decision for ordination, and 3. To present guidelines for promoting the Buddhists’ decision for ordination at Pak Chong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The research methodology was the mixed methods. The quantitative research by survey method, collected data with questionnaires that had confidence value of 0.865 from samples of 309 monks at Pak Chong District. The data were analyzed using a ready-made social science program using descriptive statistics: percentages: averages, standard deviations, and analysis using stepwise regression. The qualitative research, data were collected by in-depthinterviewing 10 key informants and analyzed by using descriptive content analysis techniques. Findings were as follows: 1. The level of Buddhists’decision for ordination at Pak Chong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, by overall, was at high level (x̅=4.17, S.D.=4.17). The aspect with the highest average was self-development training (x̅=4.28, S.D.=0.75), followed by paying parental gratitude (x̅,=4.25, S.D.=0.73), and the aspect with the lowest average was the performance of Buddhist duties (x̅=4.05, S.D.=0.81). 2. Factors affecting the Buddhists’decision for ordination at Pak Chong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province were found that the individual satisfaction affected the Buddhists’ decision for ordination in 2 aspects with statistically significant level of 0.01. Together they were able to predict the Buddhists’ decision for ordination at Pak Chong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province by 27.3 percent. Each aspect was found that the purposeful aspect could predict the Buddhists’ decision for ordination at Pak Chong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province by 43.6 percent. The ง need aspect could predict the Buddhists’ decision for ordination at Pak Chong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province by 17.9 percent. 3. Guidelines for Promoting the ordinating decision of Buddhists at Pak Chong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province were found that personal satisfaction was a factor that affected the Buddhists’ decision to ordinate at Pak Chong District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province in four aspects as follows: 1) Performing the duties of Buddhists; such as making merit and performing Buddhist ceremonies, attending monasteries to make merit, listening to the Dharma, and embracing the practice, and inheriting the religion by nourishing the monks, 2) Performing the duties of Thai people; such as expressing gratitude to benefactors, giving back to parents, and giving opportunities for Thai men to inherit the religion, 3) In terms of satisfying the gratitude of parents; such as honoring parents’ graces, dedicating merits and charity to relatives.and creating faith to families, 4) Self-development training; including developing oneself well to keep up with the world and created perfections for oneselves and ones’ families.
