การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาระดับบทบาทของพระสังฆาธิการในการ อนุรักษ์วัฒนธรรมลาวเวียงในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครนายก 2. ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างหลักการ บริหารงานอย่างมีคุณภาพ PDCA กับบทบาทของพระสังฆาธิการในการอนุรักษ์วัฒนธรรม ลาวเวียงในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครนายก และ 3. นำเสนอแนวทางการส่งเสริมบทบาทของพระ สังฆาธิการในการอนุรักษ์วัฒนธรรมลาวเวียงในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครนายก ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเป็น แบบผสานวิธี ระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เป็นการสำรวจด้วยแบบสอบถามซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้ง ฉบับเท่ากับ o.986 เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่ชุมชนลาวเวียง อำเภอเมืองนครนายกจำนวน 395 คน รูป วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสังคมศาสตร์ โดยใช้สถิติ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์โดยใช้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ ด้วยวิธีของเพียร์สัน และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญจำนวน 10 รูปหรือคน โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.ระดับบทบาทของพระสังฆาธิการในการอนุรักษ์วัฒนธรรมลาวเวียง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครนายก โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅=4.35, S.D.=0.38) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นราย ด้านพบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ด้านการสร้างทัศนคติ(x̅=4.37, S.D.=0.47) รองลองมา คือ ด้านการส่งเสริมให้เห็นคุณค่า (x̅=4.37, S.D.=0.45) และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด คือด้านการ แลกเปลี่ยนศิลปวัฒนธรรม (x̅=4.32, S.D.=0.50) 2. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างหลักการบริหารงานอย่างมีคุณภาพ PDCA กับบทบาทของพระ สังฆาธิการในการอนุรักษ์วัฒนธรรมลาวเวียงในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครนายก โดยภาพรวม พบว่า หลักการบริหารงานอย่างมีคุณภาพ PDCA โดยภาพรวม มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับบทบาทของพระ สังฆาธิการในการอนุรักษ์วัฒนธรรมลาวเวียงในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครนายก อยู่ในระดับสูงมาก (r)= 0.953** จึงยอมรับสมมติฐานการวิจัย 3. แนวทางการส่งเสริมบทบาทของพระสังฆาธิการในการอนุรักษ์วัฒนธรรม ลาวเวียงในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครนายก พบว่า หลักการบริหารงานอย่างมีคุณภาพ PDCA ได้แก่ ด้านการวางแผน ด้านการปฏิบัติตามแผน ด้านการตรวจสอบ และด้านการปรับปรุงการดำเนินการ ดังนั้น เมื่อหลักการบริหารงานอย่างมีคุณภาพ PDCA ข้างต้น เป็นตัวส่งเสริมให้เกิดแนวทางการ ส่งเสริมบทบาทของพระสังฆาธิการในการอนุรักษ์วัฒนธรรมลาวเวียงในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครนายก มากยิ่งขึ้น ทั้ง 5 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1) ด้านการส่งเสริมให้เห็นคุณค่า ประกอบด้วย ร่วมกันรักษาเอกสักษณ์ ของวัฒนธรรมลาวเวียง ส่งเสริมให้คนในพื้นที่เห็นคุณค่าของวัฒนธรรมลาวเวียง สร้างการเข้าถึงและ การเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นของพื้นที่ 2) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในวัฒนธรรม ประกอบด้วย ส่งเสริมให้คณะสงฆ์มีส่วนร่วมในการสืบสานรักษาต่อยอดวัฒนธรรมในพื้นที่ การสร้างเครือข่ายทำ กิจกรรมทางวัฒนธรรมร่วมกับชุมชน ส่งเสริมการรวมกลุ่มของภาคประซาชน ภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน 3) ด้านการแลกเปลี่ยนศิลปวัฒนธรรม ประกอบด้วย ส่งเสริมโดยเริ่มจากการแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรมลาว เวียงภายในชุมชน สร้างเครือข่ายในการทำกิจกรรมทางวัฒนธรรมร่วมกัน เสริมสร้างความเข้าใจและ ความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างชุมชนท้องถิ่นและชุมชนอื่น 4) ด้านการสร้างทัศนคติ ประกอบด้วย การช่วย แนะนำวิธีการอนุรักษ์วัฒนธรรมให้เกิดความภาคภูมิใจในชุมชน ส่งเสริมให้มีการเขียนหลักสูตร ท้องถิ่นร่วมกับปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน รณรงค์ให้มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อชุมชนลาวเวียงร่วมกัน 5) ด้านการจัดทำ ระบบเครือข่าย ประกอบด้วย จัดทำระบบเครือข่ายสารสนเทศทางวัฒนธรรมลาวเวียงในพื้นที่ การ แลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลและข่าวสารที่สำคัญกับชุมชนอื่น ๆ ในพื้นที่มีการบริหารจัดการเครือข่ายอย่างเป็น ระบบ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

Objectives of this research were 1. To study the Administrative Monks’ roles in conservation of Lao Vieng culture at Mueang District, Nakhon Nayok Province, 2. To study the relationship between the principle of PDCA quality management and the Administrative Monks’roles in the conservation of Lao Vieng culture at Mueang District, Nakhon Nayok Province, and 3. To propose guidelines for promoting the Administrative Monks’ roles in the conservation of Lao Vieng culture at Mueang District, Nakhon Nayok Province. The research methodology was the mixed research methods. The quantitative research, by survey method, using questionnaire with a confidence value equal to O.986. Data were collected from 395 samples who were the people living at the Lao Vieng community area, Mueang Nakhon Nayok District. The data were analyzed using a ready-made social science program using statistics: percentages, averages, standard deviations, and Pearson's correlation coefficient The qualitative research, data were collected by in-depth-interviewing 10 key informants, analyzed data using content descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that: 1. The level of Administrative Monks’ proactive roles in conserving Lao Vieng culture, by overall, was at very high level (x̅=4.35, S.D.=0.38) and when considered individually, it was found that the aspect with the highest average value was attitude building (x̅=4.37, S.D.=0.47), followed by the promotion of appreciation (x̅=4.37, S.D.=0.45), and the aspect with the lowest average value was the aspect of arts and cultural exchange (x̅=4.32, S.D.=0.50). 2. The relationship between the principle of PDCA quality management and the Administrative Monks’ proactive roles in the conservation of Lao Vieng culture at Mueang District, Nakhon Nayok Province, by overall, was found that the principle of PDCA quality management as a whole had a positive relationship with the Administrative Monks’proactive role in the conservation of Lao Vieng culture at Mueang District, Nakhon Nayok Province was at high level (r)=0.953**. 3. Guidelines for promoting the Administrative Monks’ proactive role conserving Lao Vieng culture at Mueang District, Nakhon Nayok Province found that the principles of PDCA quality management including plan,planning, do, doing along with plan, check, checking and act by acting to improve the operation. The above PDCA quality management principles were a catalyst for promoting the Administrative Monks’ proactive role in conserving Lao Vieng culture at the Mueang District. Nakhon Nayok Province in 5 areas as follows: 1) Promotion of appreciation, consisting of jointly conserving the uniqueness of Lao Vieng culture. Encourage local people to appreciate Lao Vieng culture. 2) Cultural participation, including encouraging the monks to participate in the continuation and conservation of local culture, to build a network for cultural activities with the community. Promote the integration of the public and private sectors. 3) Art and cultural exchange; including: promoting by starting with the exchange of Lao Vieng culture within the community. Build a network for joint cultural activities. Creating good understanding and relationship with local community and other communities, 4) Attitude building, including helping to introduce ways to conserve culture to create pride in the community. Encourage local curriculum to be written together with local wisemen. Campaign to have a positive attitude towards the Lao Vieng community together. 5) Network system preparation; included establishing a Lao Vieng cultural information network system in the area. Exchange of important information and news with other communities. In the area, the network was systematically managed
