การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1 ศึกษาระดับความสำเร็จในการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนา ของพระธรรมทูตในอำเภอพระทองคำ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา 2 ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสำเร็จใน การเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของพระธรรมทูตในอำเภอพระทองคำ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา 3 นำเสนอ แนวทางความสำเร็จในการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของพระธรรมทูตในอำเภอพระทองคำ จังหวัด นครราชสีมา ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเป็นแบบผสานวิธี ระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เป็นการสำรวจด้วย แบบสอบถามซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.983 เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พระสงฆ์ใน อำเภอพระทองคำ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา จำนวน 134 รูป วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน และการวิจัยเชิง คุณภาพด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญจำนวน 10 รูปหรือคน โดยใช้เทคนิคการ วิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนา สรุปเป็นความเรียง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า1.ระดับความสำเร็จในการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของพระธรรมทูตในอำเภอพระทองคำจังหวัดนครราชสีมาโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅=4.21,S.D.=0.77) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นราย ด้านพบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดคือ ด้านการสื่อสารให้ได้ผล (x̅=4.27,S.D.=0.80) รองลงมาคือ ด้านมั่นใจในคุณค่า (x̅=4.21,S.D.=0.85) และน้อยที่สุดคือ ด้านมุ่งมั่นแน่วแน่ต่ออุดมการณ์ของ พระพุทธศาสนา (x̅=4.14,S.D.=0.87) 2. ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสำเร็จในการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของพระธรรมทูตในอำเภอ พระทองคำ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา พบว่า หลักพุทธวิธีการสอนของพระพุทธเจ้าเทศนา 4 ส่งผลต่อการ เผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของพระธรรมทูตในอำเภอพระทองคำ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ทั้ง 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านสันทัสสนา ชี้แจ้งให้เห็นชัด ด้านสมาทปนา ชวนใจให้อยากรับเอาไปปฏิบัติ ด้านสัมปหังสนา ปลอบชโลมใจให้สดชื่นร่าเริง และด้านสมุตเตชนา เร้าใจให้อาจหาญแกล้วกล้า มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ 0.01 แสดงว่า หลักพุทธวิธีการสอนของพระพุทธเจ้าเทศนา 4 สามารถร่วมกันทำนายการเผย แผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของพระธรรมทูตในอำเภอพระทองคำ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ได้ร้อยละ 57.5 (R 2 =.575) จึงยอมรับสมมุติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ ข 3. แนวทางความสำเร็จในการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของพระธรรมทูตในอำเภอพระทองคำ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา พบว่า หลักพุทธวิธีการสอนของพระพุทธเจ้าเทศนา 4 ได้แก่ 1) ด้านสันทัสสนา ชี้แจงให้เห็นชัด 2) ด้านสมาทปนา ชวนใจให้อยากรับเอาไปปฏิบัติ 3) ด้านสมุตเตชนา เร้าใจให้อาจหาญ แกล้วกล้า 4) ด้านสัมปหังสนา ปลอบชโลมใจให้สดชื่นร่าเริง ดังนั้น เมื่อหลักพุทธวิธีการสอนของ พระพุทธเจ้าเทศนา 4 ข้างต้น เป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งเสริมสนับสนุนให้การเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาของพระ ธรรมทูตในอำเภอพระทองคำ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น ทั้ง 4 ด้าน มีลักษณะ ดังนี้1) ด้านมั่นใจในคุณค่า พระธรรมทูตมีหน้าที่ในการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนา พระธรรมทูตรู้คุณค่า ของพระพุทธศาสนา มีความรู้หลักธรรม 2) ด้านรู้เข้าใจปัญหา พระธรรมทูตพูดยกย่องผู้ฟังหรือผู้อ่าน พระธรรมทูตพูดเสนอแนะข้อควรปฏิบัติและไม่ควรปฏิบัติ โดยใช้ภาษาที่เข้าใจได้ง่าย 3) ด้านการ สื่อสารให้ได้ผล พระธรรมทูตสื่อสารโดยใช้หลักธรรมของพระพุทธศาสนาที่เข้าใจง่าย ใช้ภาษาท้องถิ่น และใช้เทคโนโลยีในการสื่อสาร 4) ด้านมุ่งมั่นแน่วแน่ต่ออุดมการณ์ของพระพุทธศาสนา พระธรรมทูต มีความมุ่งมั่นและเห็นความสำคัญของการเผยแผ่หลักธรรมของพระพุทธศาสนา มีความแน่วแน่ไม่ หวั่นไหวต่ออุปสรรค

Objectives of this research were: To study the success level of Buddhism dissemination of the Dhammatuta at Phra Thongkham District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. 2. To study the factors affecting the success of Buddhism dissemination of the Dhammatuta at Phra Thongkham District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. 3. To present guidelines for promoting the success of Buddhism dissemination of the Dhammatuta at Phra Thongkham District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The research methodology was the mixed methods. The quantitative research, data were collected by questionnaires with total confidence value of 0.983. from 134 samples who were monks at at Phra Thongkham District, analyzed using social science ready-made program using statistics, percentages, averages, and standard deviations. Stepwise multiplex regression analysis. The qualitative research, data were collected by indepth interviewing 10 key informants, analyzed by content descriptive interpretation. Findings were as follows: 1. The level of success of Buddhism dissemination of the Dhammatuta at Phra Thongkham District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, by overall, was at a high level (x̅=4.21,S.D.=0.77) and when considered each aspect individually, it was found that the aspect with the most average was effective communication (x̅=4.27,S.D.=0.80). followed by the aspect of confidence in the value (x̅=4.21, S.D.=0.85) and the aspect with the least average was the commitment to the ideology of Buddhism (x̅=4.14, S.D.=0.87). ง 2. Factors affecting the success of Buddhism dissemination of the Dhammatuta at Phra Thongkham District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province was found that the Buddha’s 4 teaching style affected Buddhism dissemination by the Dhammatuta Ambassador at Phra Thongkham District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province in 4 areas, namely, Sandassana, elucidation, Samadapana, inspiration toward the goal, Samuttejana, encouragement, and Sampahansana, gladdening, filling with delight and joy. with statistically significant level of 0.01, showing that the Buddha’s 4 teaching style could jointly predict the Buddhism dissemination by the Dhammatuta at Phra Thongkham District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province by 57.5 percent (R2 =.575). 3. The successful guidelines for Buddhism dissemination by the Dhammatuta at Phra Thongkham District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province showed that the Buddha’s 4 teaching styles are: 1) Santassana clearly clarified, 2) Samadapana. gladdening, filling with delight and joy. 3) Samuttejana, stimulates courage and courage, 4) Sampahansana, gladdening, filling with delight and joy and refreshes the heart. These Buddha’s 4 teaching styles are succesful guidelines for success of Buddhism dissemination of Dhammatuta at Phra Thongkham District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province in 4 aspects as follows: 1) Confidence in value. The Dharmatuta is responsible for Buddhism dissemination. The Dhammatuta knows the value of Buddhism. 2) Knowledge and understanding of problems; The Dhammatuta speaks in praise of the listener or reader. The Dhammatuta speaks and recommends what should and should not be done in easy-to-understand language, 3) Successful communication; the Thammatuta communicates Buddha-dhamma for easy understanding, using local language, colloquial and communication technology. 4) Commitment to the ideology of Buddhism; The Dhammatuta is committed and sees the importance of Buddhism dissemination by being firm and unwavering in the face of obstacles
