การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาบทบาทการพัฒนาชุมชนของพระสังฆาธิการใน อำเภอพุทไธสง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์2. ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของพระสงฆ์ที่มีต่อบทบาทการ พัฒนาชุมชนของพระสังฆาธิการในอำเภอพุทไธสง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล 3. เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการส่งเสริมบทบาทการพัฒนาชุมชนของพระสังฆาธิการในอำเภอพุทไธสง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเป็นแบบผสานวิธี ระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เป็นการสำรวจด้วย แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.978 เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พระสงฆ์ใน อำเภอพุทไธสง จำนวน 134 รูป วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ ด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดีย เมื่อพบว่ามีความแตกต่างจะทำการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีผลต่างเป็น สำคัญน้อยที่สุด การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เป็นการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญจำนวน 10 รูปหรือ คน โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. บทบาทการพัฒนาชุมชนของพระสังฆาธิการในอำเภอพุทไธสง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ โดย ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅=3.83, S.D.=0.74) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม (x̅=3.74, S.D.=0.79) รองลงมาคือ ด้านการเมืองการปกครอง (x̅= 3.81, S.D.=0.89) และน้อยที่สุดคือ ด้านเศรษฐกิจและอาชีพ (x̅=3.89, S.D.=0.97) 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของพระสงฆ์ที่มีต่อบทบาทการพัฒนาชุมชนของ พระสังฆาธิการในอำเภอพุทไธสง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลพบว่า พระสงฆ์ที่มีอายุ พรรษา และวุฒิการศึกษาทางธรรม ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับบทบาทการพัฒนาชุมชนของพระ สังฆาธิการ ไม่แตกต่างกัน จึงปฏิเสธสมมติฐานการวิจัย ส่วนพระสงฆ์ที่มี วุฒิการศึกษาชั้นสามัญ ต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับบทบาทการพัฒนาชุมชนของพระสังฆาธิการในอำเภอพุทไธสง จังหวัด บุรีรัมย์ แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 จึงยอมรับสมมติฐานการวิจัย 3. แนวทางการส่งเสริมบทบาทการพัฒนาชุมชนของพระสังฆาธิการในอำเภอพุทไธสง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์พบว่า ความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของพระสงฆ์ในสังคมไทย ได้แก่ ด้านการ ข พัฒนาจิตใจ ด้านการส่งเสริมการศึกษา ด้านการเป็นที่ปรึกษา ด้านการเป็นครู ด้านผู้นำชุมชน ด้าน การสงเคราะห์ชุมชน ดังนั้น เมื่อความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของพระสงฆ์ในสังคมไทยข้างต้น เป็นตัวส่งเสริมให้เกิดบทบาทการพัฒนาชุมชนของพระสังฆาธิการในอำเภอ พุทไธสง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ทั้ง 5 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1) ด้านการศึกษา ได้แก่ สนับสนุนคุณธรรม จริยธรรมสู่โรงเรียน จัดตั้งกองทุนเพื่อ การศึกษา ปลูกฝังกล่อมเกลาด้วยหลักธรรมทางศาสนา 2) ด้านสาธารณสุข ได้แก่ การฝึกอบรมให้ ความรู้ ส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนรู้จักสุขอนามัย ประสานงานกับภาครัฐ 3) ด้านเศรษฐกิจและอาชีพ ได้แก่ การประกอบอาชีพโดยยึดหลักธรรม ส่งเสริมสนับสนุนกิจกรรม จัดตั้งกองทุนและโครงการ 4) ด้าน สังคมและวัฒนธรรม ได้แก่ การรักษาและอนุรักษ์การให้ความรู้และคำแนะนำ การมีส่วนร่วมใน กิจกรรมต่างๆ และ 5) ด้านการเมืองการปกครอง ได้แก่ สนับสนุนโครงการ ส่งเสริมให้ความรู้ การมี ส่วนร่วม หลักธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนา

Objectives of this research were: 1. To study the Administrative Monks’ roles in community development at Phutthaisong District, Buriram Province, 2..To study the compar ison of monks opinions of the Administrstive Monks’ roles in community development at Phutthaisong District, Buriram Province, classified by personal factors.and 3. To present guidelines for promoting the Administrative Monks’roles in community development at Phutthaisong District, Buriram Province. The research methodology was the mixed methods. methods, The quantitative research, data were collected by questionnaires with a confidence value of 0.978 from 134 samples who were monks at .Phuthaisong District, analyzed using social science ready-made programs using descriptive statistics: percentages, averages, standard deviations and inferential statistics: t-test, and F-test.The qualitative research, data were collected by In-depth interviewing 10 key informants and analyzed by content descriptive interpretation. Findings were as follows: 1. The Administrative Monks’ role in community development at Phuthaisong District, Buriram Province, by overall, was at high level (x̅=3.83, S.D.=0.74). When considered each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the most average was social and cultural aspects (x̅=3.74, S.D.=0.79), followed by politics and administration (x̅=3.81, S.D.=0.89), and the aspect with the least average value was economics and occupations (x̅=3.89, S.D.=0.97). 2. Comparison of Monks' Opinions on the Administrastive Monks’ role Role in Community Development at Phutthaisong District, Buriram Province, classified by personal factors, it was found that monks with different ages, Lents and Dharma ง education backgrounds did not have different opinions about theAdministrative Monks’ role in community development, rejected the set hypothesis.The monks with different general education qualifications had different opinions about the Administrative monks’ role role in community development at Phutthaisong District, Buriram Province, with statistically significant level at 0.05, accepted the set hypothesis. 3. Guidelines for promoting the Administrative monks’ Role of in Community Development at Phutthaisong District, Buriram Province were found that the knowledge and understanding of the monks’role in Thai society were as follows: Mental development, education promotion, mentorship, and teachers. community leaders, community welfare. The knowledge and understanding of the Administrative monks’ role role in Thai society mentioned above were the catalysts for the Administrative monks’ role in community development in five aspectsas follows: 1) Education; including supporting morality and ethics to schools, establishing an education fund, cultivating and training them with religious principles, 2) Public health; including training and educating the public, promoting public hygiene, and coordinating with the government, 3) Economy and occupation, including working on principles, promoting and supporting activities, establishing funds and projects, and 4) Social and cultural aspects, including preservation and conservation, providing knowledge and advice.participation in various activities and 5) Political and Administrative aspects, including supporting projects, promoting knowledge, participation, and Buddhism principles
