บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับของบทบาทพระสังฆาธิการในการ ช่วยเหลือผู้ยากไร้ในอำเภอโชคชัย จังหวัดนครราชสีมา 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์บทบาท พระสังฆาธิการกับกระบวนการในการช่วยเหลือผู้ยากไร้ในอำเภอโชคชัย จังหวัดนครราชสีมา 3) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการส่งเสริมบทบาทพระสังฆาธิการในการช่วยเหลือผู้ยากไร้ในอำเภอโชคชัย จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเป็นแบบผสานวิธี ระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้แบบสอบถามใน การเก็บข้อมูล โดยมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.929 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ประชาชน ที่มีอายุ 18 ปี บริบูรณ์ขึ้นไป จำนวน 400 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ส่วนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์จากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญจำนวน 10 รูปหรือคน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้เทคนิค การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ประกอบบริบท สรุปเป็นความเรียง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ระดับบทบาทพระสังฆาธิการในการช่วยเหลือผู้ยากไร้ ในอำเภอโชคชัย จังหวัด นครราชสีมา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅=4.08, S.D.=0.39) เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้านโดย เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ 1. ด้านพัฒนาจิตใจให้คนเป็นคนดี (x̅=4.12, S.D.=0.48) 2. ด้านเสริมสร้างสถาบันครอบครัวให้มีความมั่นคง (x̅=4.10, S.D.=0.44) 3. ด้านยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชน (x̅=4.04, S.D.=0.48) 4. ด้านเสริมสร้างความสงบสุข ในสังคม (x̅=4.04, S.D.=0.47) ตามลำดับ 2. ผลการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์บทบาทพระสังฆาธิการกับกระบวนการในการช่วยเหลือ ผู้ยากไร้ในอำเภอโชคชัย จังหวัดนครราชสีมา พบว่า ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบทบาทพระสังฆาธิการกับ กระบวนการในการช่วยเหลือผู้ยากไร้ในอำเภอโชคชัย จังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยภาพรวม มีความสัมพันธ์กันอยู่ในระดับสูง (r=0.854**) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 3. แนวการส่งเสริมบทบาทพระสังฆาธิการในการช่วยเหลือผู้ยากไร้ ในอำเภอโชคชัย จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ในเรื่องขอบทบาทของพระสังฆาธิการในการให้การช่วยเหลือผู้ยากไร้นั้น จะทำ แต่พระสังฆาธิการเพียงผู้เดียวนั้นเป็นสิ่งที่เป็นไปได้ยาก จึงมีการร่วมมือกันของคนในสังคมเกิดขึ้น ข อันดับแรกนั้นพระสงฆ์หรือพระสังฆาธิการนั้นเป็นผู้ที่มองเห็นความสำคัญในการช่วยเหลือผู้อื่นจึงเกิด การรวมตัวขึ้น และมีการระดมทุนขึ้นในกลุ่มของพระสงฆ์และพุทธศาสนิกชนที่อยู่รอบ ๆ เป็นการ ร่วมมือกันในกลุ่มเล็ก ๆ ต่อมาได้มีการทำงานร่วมกันเป็นการบูรณาการ คือความร่วมมือของคณะสงฆ์ ประชาชน หน่วยงานราชการ และภาคเอกชน จึงเกิดการรวมกลุ่มกันขึ้นหรืออาจจะจัดตั้งเป็นองค์กร เพื่อให้การช่วยเหลือสังคม ในการบริหารจัดการเพื่อช่วยเหลือประชาชนที่ยากไร้นั้น มีพระสงฆ์เป็น หลักจึงเกิดการทำงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพ เกิดความโปร่งใส มีความสุจริตในการบริหาร จึงทำให้มีความ ร่วมมือของภาคีเครือข่ายในการให้การช่วยเหลือผู้ยากไร้เป็นเครือข่ายที่มีความมั่นคง ยั่งยื่นและ ต่อเนื่อง 

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

Objectives of this research were: 1. To study the level of the Sangha Administrators roles in helping the poor at Chokchai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, 2. To study the relationship between the Sangha Administrators roles and the process of helping the poor at Chokchai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province and 3. To present guidelines for promoting the Sangha Administrators roles in helping the poor at Chokchai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, conducted by the mixed research methods. The quantitative research, data were collected by the questionnaires with a confidence value of 0.929 from 400 samples who were the people 18 years old and over, analyzed the data with a ready-made social science program using descriptive statistics: percentages, averages, and standard deviations and inferential statistics: the Pearson Correlation Coefficient. The qualitative research, data were collected by in-depth-interviewing 10 key informants and analyzed by descriptive interpretation. Findings were as follows: 1. The level of the Sangha Administrators roles in helping the poor. at Chokchai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, by overall, was at high level (x̅=4.08, S.D.=0.39). When considered each aspect on a aspect-by-aspect basis, in descending order of average. It was found that: 1. Developing the mind for being good person (x̅=4.12, S.D.=0.48), 2. Strengthening the family institution to be stable (x̅=4.10, S.D.=0.44) 3. Improving the quality of life of the people (x̅=4.04, S.D.=0.48), 4. Strengthening peace in society (x̅=4.04, S.D.=0.47) respectively. 2. Results of the analysis of the relationship between the Sangha Administrators roles and the process of helping the poor at Chokchai District, Nakhon ง Ratchasima Province were found that the relationship between the Sangha Administrators roles and the process of helping the poor at Chokchai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, by overall, was at a high level. (r=0.854**) with statistically significant level at 0.01. 3. Guidelines for promoting the role of the bishop in helping the needy In Chokchai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. in the matter of asking for the role of the Sangha Administrators in helping the poor, it is difficult to do it alone. Therefore, there is cooperation of people in society. First, the monks were the ones who saw the importance of helping others, so they gathered and raised funds in the group of monks and Buddhists around them as a cooperation in small groups. Later on, there was integrated cooperation between monks, laypeople, government agenciews, private sectors to create management to help the poor people. There were mainly monks, so effective and transparent and honest in management. Therefore, there was cooperation of network partners in providing assistance to the poor as a stable, sustainable and continuous network.
