บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นต่อจริยธรรมนักการเมือง ท้องถิ่นในอำเภอเนินสง่า จังหวัดชัยภูมิ2. ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างจริยธรรมนักการเมืองท้องถิ่น กับหลักพรหมวิหาร 4 ของนักการเมืองท้องถิ่นในอำเภอเนินสง่า จังหวัดชัยภูมิ3. นำเสนอแนวทาง การประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างจริยธรรมนักการเมืองท้องถิ่นในอำเภอเนินสง่า จังหวัด ชัยภูมิการวิจัยเป็นแบบผสานวิธี โดยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือ ในการเก็บ รวบรวมข้อมูล โดยมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.956 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ประชาชนที่มีสิทธิ เลือกตั้งในอำเภอเนินสง่า จังหวัดชัยภูมิ จำนวน 393 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้สถิติสัมประสิทธิ์ สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้ให้ข้อมูล สำคัญ จำนวน 9 รูปหรือคน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.ระดับจริยธรรมนักการเมืองท้องถิ่นในอำเภอเนินสง่า จังหวัดชัยภูมิโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅=4.08, S.D.=0.39) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้าน การสร้างความภาคภูมิใจในวิชาชีพ (x̅=4.13, S.D.=0.48) รองลงมาได้แก่ ด้านการสร้างความ ตระหนักในจริยธรรม (x̅=4.10, S.D.=0.44) และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด ได้แก่ การสร้างความ ร่วมมือในชุมชน (x̅=4.04, S.D.=0.48) 2. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างหลักพรหมวิหาร 4 กับจริยธรรมของนักการเมืองท้องถิ่นใน อำเภอเนินสง่า จังหวัดชัยภูมิโดยภาพรวม มีความสัมพันธ์กันอยู่ในระดับสูง (R=0.861**) อย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 จึงยอมรับสมมติฐานการวิจัย 3. แนวทางการประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างจริยธรรมนักการเมืองท้องถิ่นใน อำเภอเนินสง่า จังหวัดชัยภูมิโดยใช้หลักพรหมวิหาร 4 คือ 1) ด้านเมตตา การช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูล ประชาชนให้พ้นจากความทุกข์ ทำให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อสังคม เมตตาช่วยลดปัญหาความขัดแย้งใน สังคมได้ 2) ด้านกรุณา มีความสงสาร ในการสงเคราะห์ให้การช่วยเหลือประชาชนนั้นเป็นคุณธรรมที่ ทำให้นักการเมืองท้องถิ่นได้รับความไว้วางใจจากประชาชน ให้มาทำหน้าที่ เป็นปากเป็นเสียงแทน ประชาชนได้อย่างมีคุณภาพ 3) ด้านมุทิตา มีความปีติยินดีเมื่อเห็นผู้อื่นได้ดีเป็นการสร้าง ความสัมพันธ์อันดีขึ้นในสังคม ทำให้สังคมเกิดความสุขได้ ทำให้การทำงานร่วมกันเป็นไปด้วยความสุข ไม่เกิดความอิจฉากันไม่แตกแยกกัน 4) ด้านอุเบกขา มีความวางใจเป็นกลาง ไม่แบ่งพรรคแบ่งพวก เป็นคุณธรรมประจำใจที่ดีในการทำงานรับใช้สังคม และเคารพของเพื่อร่วมงานในองค์กร และ ประชาชนเป็นอย่างยิ่ง เพราะทำให้เกิดความเจริญอย่างทั่วถึง ทำให้ประชาชนอยู่ดีมีความสุขมีความ เสมอภาพในสังคม 

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

Objectives of this research were: 1. To study the level of opinions on the local politicians ethics at Noen Sa-Nga District, Chaiyaphum Province, 2. To study the relationship between the local politicians ethics and the Brahmavihara-Dhamma of Local Politicians at Noen Sa-Nga District, Chaiyaphum Province, and 3. To propose Buddha-Dhamma application for enhancing. local politicians ethics at Noen Sa-Nga District, Chaiyaphum Province. The research was conducted by the mixed methods. The quantitative research used questionnaires with a confidence value of 0.956 to collect data from 393 samples who were eligible voters at Noen Sa-Nga District, Chaiyaphum Province. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested using Pearson correlation coefficient. The qualitative research, data were collected by in-depth interviewing 9 key informants and analyzed data by content descriptive interpretation. Findings were as follows: 1. The level of the local politicians ethics at Noen Sa-Nga District, Chaiyaphum Province, by overall, was at high level (x̅= 4.08, S.D.=0.39), The aspect with the most average was building professional pride (x̅= 4.13, S.D.=0.48), followed by Raising Awareness of Ethics (x̅= 4.10, S.D.=0.44) and the aspects with the least average values was building community partnerships (x̅= 4.04, S.D.=0.48) 2. The relationship between Brahmavihara-Dhamma and the local politicians ethics at Noen Sa-Nga District, Chaiyaphum Province,by overall has a high level of relationship (R=0.861**) at statistically significant level of 0.01. 3. Methods of Buddha-Dhamma application to enhance the local politicians ethics at Noen Sa-Nga District, Chaiyaphum Province, applying the 4 principles of Brahmavihara-Dhamma, namely: 1) Metta. Loving kindness. Helping people to get out of suffering, bringing benefits to society, and kindness can reduce conflicts in society.2) Garuna, compassion, there was pity in providing assistance to the people, it was a virtue that makes local politicians trusted by the people to act as a voice for the people with quality. 3) Muthita, sympathetic joy, there was joy when seeing others well. It was to build a better relationship in society and make society and collaboration happywith no envy and no division, 4) Ubhekkha Have neutral trust. It was a good moral to work to serve the society and respect things to work in the organization and the people because it brings prosperity to the whole and makes the people well-being happy and equal in society.
