การวิจัยเรื่อง“การประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนต่อการบริหารงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโนนทองหลาง อำเภอบัวใหญ่ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา” มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการวิจัย ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนต่อองค์การบริหารงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโนนทองหลาง อำเภอบัวใหญ่ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชนที่มีต่อการประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนต่อองค์การบริหารงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโนนทองหลาง อำเภอบัวใหญ่ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ 3) เพื่อนำเสนอการประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนต่อองค์การบริหารงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโนนทองหลาง อำเภอบัวใหญ่ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยการประยุกต์ตามหลักพุทธธรรม โดยมีระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลที่สำคัญจำนวน 9 รูปหรือคน ด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 332 คน จากประชาชนผู้ที่มีอายุ 18 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไปซึ่งอาศัยอยู่ในตำบลโนนทองหลาง อำเภอบัวใหญ่ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่  ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการทดสอบค่าที และค่าเอฟ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการพรรณนาความ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

ระดับการประยุกต์หลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชน ต่อการบริหารงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโนนทองหลาง อำเภอบัวใหญ่ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅=4.15) จำแนกเป็นรายด้าน ดังนี้ ด้านการรับผลประโยชน์ (x̅=4.30) ด้านการดำเนินงาน (x̅=4.19) ด้านการติดตามและประเมินผล (x̅=4.19) ด้านการตัดสินใจ (x̅=3.93) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นประชาชนที่มีเพศต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนประชาชนที่มีอายุ การศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05  ผลการนำเสนอ 1) ด้านฉันทะ ประชาชนมีความพอใจยินดีที่จะบริหารจัดการท้องถิ่นให้เป็นธรรมและเป็นศักยภาพ โดยการดำเนินงานตามหลักความโปร่งใสและการเสริมสร้างความเท่าเทียมกัน 2) ด้านวิริยะ ความมุ่งมั่นผลักดันพยายามที่จะเสียสละและอุทิศตนในการรับใช้ประชาชน แสดงถึงความจริงใจในการบริหารท้องถิ่น 3) ด้านจิตตะ ความตั้งมั่นติดตาม นักการเมืองท้องถิ่นควรมีการรายงานผลที่ชัดเจนและเป็นระบบเพื่อนำเสนอข้อมูลและผลการตรวจสอบให้กับประชาชนที่เกี่ยวข้อง 4) วิมังสา การพิจารณาไตร่ตรองใคร่ครวญ ผู้นำท้องถิ่นมีการวินิจฉัยสาเหตุและระบุปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่เกิดขึ้น

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives of the research were 1) To study the application of Buddhadhamma to support the people’s political participation in the executives of Nonthonglang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bua Yai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, 2) To compare the public opinions about applying Buddhadhamma to support the people’s political participation in the executives of Nonthonglang Subdistrict Administrative Organization classified by personal factors, and 3) To present the application of Buddhadhamma to support the people’s political participation in the executives of Nonthonglang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bua Yai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province by applying Iddhipadadhamma with the mixed research methodology. The qualitative research collected data from 9 key informants by in-depth interviewing while the quantitative research collected data with questionnaires from 332 samples out of the people aged 18 years upwards living in Nonthonglang Subdistrict, Bua Yai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The tools were questionnaires and interview formats. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Hypotheses were tested by t-test and F-test and the data were analyzed with descriptive interpretation.

The results of the research found that:

1. The level of the application of Buddhadhamma to support the people’s political participation in the executives of Nonthonglang Subdistrict Administrative Organization overall was high (x̅=4.15), classified by side as follows: benefit (x̅=4.30), operation (x̅=4.19), follow up and evaluation (x̅=4.19) and decision (x̅=3.91) respectively. 2. The results of comparison found that the people with different sex had no different opinions about the people’s political participation in the executives of Nonthonglang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bua Yai District, Nokhon Ratchasima Province while those with different ages, education, occupations and incomes had different opinions with statistical significance at the level: 0.05. 3. The results of the presentation of applying Buddhadhamma to support the people’s political participation in the executives of Nonthonglang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bua Yai District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province found that 1) As for Chanda according to Iddhipadadhamma, the local leaders should be content and pleased to administrate the community fairly and potentially by operating with transparency and enhancing equality. 2) As for Viriya, the local leaders should sacrifice consistently and devote themselves to public service, expressing sincerity in local administration. 3) As for Citta, the local leaders should be emphatic and report clear and systematic results in order to present the information and results to the people involved. 4) As for Vimamsa, the local leaders should consider, contemplate and decide the causes and identify the problems and obstacles.
