บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

วิทยานิพนธ์เรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ศึกษา คือ (1) เพื่อศึกษาสาราณียธรรมในคัมภีร์พระพุทธศาสนา (2) เพื่อศึกษาหลักความสามัคคี (3) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ของหลักสาราณียธรรมเพื่อสร้างความสามัคคี ศึกษาข้อมูลปฐมภูมิจากพระไตรปิฎก ทุติยภูมิจากเอกสาร ตำรา รายงานวิจัย วารสาร รวมถึงสื่อออนไลน์ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงเอกสาร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงพรรณนา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

หลักสาราณียธรรม คือ ธรรมเป็นที่ตั้งแห่งความให้ระลึกถึง ธรรมเป็นเหตุที่ระลึกถึงกัน หลักการอยู่ร่วมกัน มี 6 ประการ คือ (1) เมตตากายกรรม (2) เมตตาวจีกรรม (3) เมตตามโนกรรม (4) สาธารณโภคี (5) สีลสามัญญตา และ (6) ทิฏฐิสามัญญตา ด้านคุณค่าของสาราณียธรรมนั้นเป็นการแสดงไมตรีและความหวังดีต่อกัน พูดต่อกันด้วยเมตตา ทั้งต่อหน้าและลับหลัง ตั้งจิตปรารถนาดี แสดงความเคารพนับถือกัน ทั้งต่อหน้าและลับหลัง และรู้จักการเอื้อเฟื้อเผื่อแผ่กันและกัน เป็นแนวทางที่ดีที่ควรนำมาปฏิบัติ คือ 1) ทำให้เป็นที่รัก 2) ทำให้เป็นที่เคารพ 3) เป็นไปเพื่อความสงเคราะห์กัน 4) เพื่อความไม่วิวาทกัน 5) เพื่อความสามัคคีกัน 6) เพื่อความเป็นอันหนึ่งอันเดียวกัน ดังนั้น หลักสาราณียธรรม จึงเป็นหัวใจสำคัญสำหรับการเสริมสร้างความปรองดองหรือความให้เกิดขึ้นในสังคมโดยแท้

ความสัมพันธ์ของหลักสาราณียธรรมที่จะสร้างความสามัคคีด้วยเมตตากายกรรม จะช่วยกิจกรรมสังคมต่าง ๆ โดยไม่ได้หวังผลตอบแทน การแสดงให้เห็นถึงความเข้าใจและเห็นใจต่อความรู้สึกของผู้อื่น การช่วยเหลือผู้ว่างงาน ผู้ด้อยโอกาส ผู้พิการ และผู้สูงอายุ ด้านเมตตาวจีกรรมคือการพูดจาสุภาพ ให้คำแนะนำและแสดงความเห็นอย่างเต็มใจ พูดคุยและแก้ไขข้อขัดแย้งในครอบครัวและสังคมด้วยการ เปิดโอกาสให้ทุกคนได้แสดงความคิดเห็นได้อย่างเต็มที่ การให้กำลังใจช่วยเสริมสร้างความเชื่อมั่น การสร้างวินัยในการสื่อสาร ด้านเมตตามโนกรรม การมีน้ำใจ เอื้อเฟื้อเผื่อแผ่ มีบทบาทสำคัญในการสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดีและเชื่อมั่นภายในองค์กรหรือสังคม การให้ความเคารพและเห็นคุณค่าของความแตกต่างในวิธีการคิด วัฒนธรรม และวิสัยทัศน์ เปิดใจและเป็นกันเองรับฟังความต้องการของผู้อื่น ด้านสาธารณโภคี คือสร้างพื้นที่สาธารณะเพื่อการเรียนรู้ สร้างพื้นที่สำหรับเล่นกีฬาและกิจกรรมสำหรับทุกคน การส่งเสริมศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม ด้านสีลสามัญญตาการเคารพกฎกติกาเป็นพื้นฐานที่สำคัญในการสร้างความสามัคคี และมีการทำงานร่วมกันอย่างเป็นระเบียบ ช่วยลดความขัดแย้งและความขัดแย้งในสังคมหรือองค์กร การเป็นตัวอย่างที่ดีเป็นสิ่งสำคัญในการสร้างความสามัคคีและความเชื่อมั่นในสังคมหรือองค์กร การเป็นตัวอย่างที่ดีสามารถกระตุ้นและสร้างแรงจูงใจให้กับสมาชิกในสังคมหรือองค์กร ให้สามารถปฏิบัติตามตัวอย่างได้ ด้านหลักทิฏฐิสามัญญตา คือการแบ่งปันความรู้และข้อมูล การสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมการพัฒนาบุคลากร การสร้างและสนับสนุนโครงการพัฒนาทักษะทางอาชีพที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการขององค์กร มีโมเดลแห่งองค์ความรู้ว่า “สามัคคีในทวาร 3 ปฏิบัติตามกฎสาธารณะ มีทิฏฐิที่สัมมา”

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The entitled thesis is consisted of following objectives;- (1) to study the essence of the Dhamma in the Buddhist scriptures,  (2) to study the principle of harmony (3) to analyze the relationship of the principle of Sārāṇīyadhamma for harmony. It is studied the primary source from Tipiṭaka and the secondary source from a text, journal, research report including medias. This is documentary research. Its analysis of data is descriptive.

The results of the research are as follows:-

The Sãraṇĩyadhamma is the states of conciliation; virtues for fraternal living. this is the core of harmony or the sign of harmony among the group. The Sãraṇĩyadhamma is full of 6 factors (1) Mettãkãyakamma, to be amiable in deed (2) Mettãvajĩkamma, to be amiable in word, (3) Mettãmanokamma, to be amiable in thought, (4) Saraṇabhogĩ, to share any lawful gains with virtuous fellows, (5) Sĩlasãmanyatã, to keep without blemish the rules of conduct along with one’s fellows and (6) Dittisãmanyatã, to be endowed with right views along with one’s fellows. To be good wish, showing respect for each other, both in front of and behind each other's backs, and knowing how to be generous to each other are good guidelines that should be implemented, i.e. (1) to be loved (2) to be respected (3) to be of mutual help (4) to be without quarrel (5) to be in harmony (6) to be one and the same. As mentioned, If reconciliation is united in society, we will find peace, strengthen society, and empower people in that society to act, conceptual Brotherly harmony.

The relationship of Sãraṇĩyadhamma core to create unity in loving-kindness. It means helping in various social activities without expecting anything in return. Demonstrating understanding and empathy for the feelings of others. Otherwise, we can do to help the unemployed, the underprivileged, the disabled, and the elder. The side of metta-vajĩkamma, it is to speak politely. To bive advice and to express opinions willingly. To discuss and resolve conflicts in family and society by give everyone the opportunity to express their opinions fully.the encouragement helps to build confidence, to build discipline in communication in the aspect of loving-kindness, kindness and generosity. This plays important role in creating a good environment and trust within an organization or society. To respect and appreciate differences in ways of thinking, cultures, and visions. To be open-minded and friendly for listening to the needs of others. Public sector is to create public space for learning Create a space for sports and activities for everyone. We promote arts and culture, respect for rules and regulations. This is an important basis for building unity and working together in an orderly manner. This reduces conflicts and conflicts in society or organizations. Setting a good example is important in building unity and confidence in a society or organization. Setting a good example can motivate and motivate members of society or an organization.
