บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

วิทยานิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อสร้างชุดกิจกรรมศิลปะบำบัดที่มีผลต่อพัฒนาการด้านสมาธิของเด็กออทิสติกในศูนย์การเรียนแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดอ่างทอง และ 2) เพื่อนำเสนอผลของชุดกิจกรรมศิลปะบำบัดที่มีต่อพัฒนาการด้านสมาธิของเด็กออทิสติกในศูนย์การเรียนแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดอ่างทอง เป็นการวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลองด้วย single subject design รูปแบบ A-B-A-B แบบสลับกลับ 4 ระยะ เก็บข้อมูลพฤติกรรมด้านสมาธิของเด็กออทิสติก จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 2 ราย โดยให้การ Treatment ทีละคน ในช่วงเวลาต่างกัน เพื่อให้ได้ผลของชุดกิจกรรมศิลปะบำบัดที่มีผลต่อพัฒนาการด้านสมาธิของเด็กออทิสติก ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และนำเสนอผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยตารางและกราฟเส้น แล้วนำมาเขียนรายงานการวิจัยด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณนา

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การสร้างชุดกิจกรรมศิลปะบำบัดที่มีผลต่อพัฒนาการด้านสมาธิของเด็กออทิสติกในศูนย์การเรียนแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดอ่างทองที่พัฒนาขึ้นในครั้งนี้จำนวน 1 ชุดประกอบด้วย 6 กิจกรรม ได้แก่กิจกรรมวาดภาพระบายสี กิจกรรมพิมสีน้ำจากวัสดุธรรมชาติ กิจกรรมภาพตัดแปะเชื่อมความสัมพันธ์ กิจกรรมฝึกความคิดสร้างสรรค์ไปกับงานปั้น กิจกรรมโมบายครอบครัวใหญ่ และกิจกรรมสร้างสรรค์ภาพด้วยเปเปอร์มาเช่ โดยชุดกิจกรรมจะเรียงลำดับจากกิจกรรมพื้นฐานทางศิลปะ ง่ายไปหายากโดยเพิ่มความพยายาม ระยะเวลา และความจดจ่อในการทำงานศิลปะมากขึ้นเป็นลำดับ ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาสมาธิโดยตรง จากการนำชุดกิจกรรมศิลปะบำบัดและแบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมเสนอผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 5 ท่าน และปรับปรุงแก้ไขให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น ผลการหาค่าความเที่ยงตรง พบว่าอยู่ระหว่าง 0.80-1.00 ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงตรงในระดับเชื่อถือได้ ส่วนการนำแบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมไปทดลองสังเกตเด็กที่มีลักษณะใกล้เคียงกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างเพื่อหาค่าความเที่ยงของการสังเกต พบว่า ค่าความเที่ยงของการสังเกตเท่ากับ 95.24-100 ซึ่งถือว่าแบบสังเกตเชื่อถือได้ หลังการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมศิลปะบำบัดเด็กออทิสติกมีพัฒนาการด้านสมาธิแตกต่างจากก่อนใช้ชุดกิจกรรม โดยเด็กออทิสติกที่ได้รับการปรับพฤติกรรมด้วยชุดกิจกรรมศิลปะบำบัด ทั้ง 2 ราย มีพฤติกรรมด้านสมาธิดีขึ้น โดยเด็กคนที่ 1 เมื่อได้รับการปรับพฤติกรรมแล้วพฤติกรรมด้านสมาธิดีขึ้นจากระยะเส้นฐานเฉลี่ยมากถึงร้อยละ 43.91 ส่วนคนที่ 2 มีสมาธิดีขึ้นจากระยะเส้นฐานเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 29.64 แสดงให้เห็นได้ว่าชุดกิจกรรมศิลปะบำบัดมีผลต่อพัฒนาการด้านสมาธิของเด็ก    ออทิสติกและสามารถคงความมีสมาธิได้ โดยหลังการใช้ชุดกิจกรรมศิลปะบำบัดเด็กออทิสติกทั้ง 2 คนมีพัฒนาการด้านสมาธิแตกต่างจากก่อนใช้ชุดกิจกรรม ( =15.35(หลัง), =24.15(ก่อน) อัตราการลดลงคิดเป็นร้อยละ 36.44

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

The objectives of this study comprised 1) to create a kit of art therapy activities with an effect on the development of concentration of autistic children in a learning center in Ang Thong Province; and 2) to present an effect of a kit of art therapy activities on the development of concentration of autistic children in a learning center in Ang Thong Province. This study was a quasi-experimental research with a single subject design of A-B-A-B format with 4 inverted phases, collecting data on concentration behavior of autistic children from a sample of 2 patients by giving treatment one person at a time at different times to obtain an effect of art therapy activities kit on the development of concentration span of autistic children. For analyzing data, basic statistics comprising frequency and mean was employed to present data analysis results in tables and line graphs (Visual Analysis) and then writing a study report in a descriptive analysis.   

The results of the study revealed that a kit of art therapy activities developed this time encompassed 6 activities including drawing and painting activities, watercolor printing activities from natural materials, cutting and pasting activities to build relationships, activities to practice creativity with sculpture, hanging picture of large family activities, and activities to create pictures with Paper Mache in which the activity kit has been arranged in order from basic easy to difficult art activities with increasing effort, period, and concentration in making art directly resulted in an effect on the development of concentration. From presenting art therapy activities kit and behavior observation forms to 5 experts and improving them to be more effective, the results of determining the item objective congruence accuracy (IOC) were found to be between 0.80-1.00 with a reliability value, whereas for using the behavioral observation forms to test children with similar characteristics to the sample group to find the reliability of the observation (IOR), it was found that the reliability of the observation was 95.24-100, being considered as reliable observation forms; after using the art therapy activities kit, children with autism developed concentration differently than before using the activity kit, indicating that both autistic children who received behavioral adjustments with art therapy activities kit had better concentration behavior, the child 1 after behavior adjustments, his concentration behavior was improved from the average baseline period by as much as 43.91 percent, while the child 2 had better concentration from the baseline by an average of 29.64 percent, showing that the art therapy activities kit had an effect on the development of concentration of autistic children and they were able to maintain their concentration by showing that after using the art therapy activities kit, both autistic children had a different development of concentration than before using the activity kit with =15.35(after), =24.15(before) and rate of reduction down to 36.44 percent.
