      การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง การสอนแบบผสมผสานเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการวิจัยคือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการสอนแบบผสมผสานของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย 2) เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะเทคโนโลยีการสอนแบบผสมผสานของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย 3) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการสอนแบบผสมผสานเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย และ 4) เพื่อประเมินระบบการสอนแบบผสมผสานเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย

รูปแบบการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานรูปแบบการวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research and Development) ทั้งการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ และเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ บุคลากร และนิสิตของมหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย ส่วนกลาง จำนวน 626 รูปหรือคน ได้ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำรสร 244 รูปหรือคน โดยใช้เครื่องมือการวิจัยคือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบประเด็นการสนทนากลุ่ม แบบประเมินความสอดคล้องขององค์ประกอบระบบการสอนแบบผสมผสานเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ แบบประเมินกระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบผสมผสาน (Online 70% และ Onsite 30%) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และแบบวัดความพึงพอใจของนิสิตและอาจารย์ที่มีต่อระบบการสอนแบบผสมผสานเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ จากนั้นทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการนำคะแนนที่ได้ของแต่ละคนมาหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าร้อยละ และค่า t-test ในส่วนของการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้วิธีการพรรณนาความ

         ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

         1) องค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการสอนแบบผสมผสานของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย สรุปได้ว่า องค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการสอนแบบผสมผสานของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย (มจร.) เน้นการรวมการเรียนรู้แบบดั้งเดิมและออนไลน์ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการศึกษา โดยอาจารย์ออกแบบหลักสูตรที่ผสมผสานการเรียนการสอนในห้องเรียนและการเรียนออนไลน์ผ่านแพลตฟอร์มต่าง ๆ การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศช่วยเสริมสร้างการเรียนรู้และการเข้าถึงข้อมูลที่สะดวก ร่วมกับการพัฒนาทักษะการใช้เทคโนโลยีของทั้งอาจารย์และนิสิตเพื่อให้การเรียนการสอนมีความยืดหยุ่นและตอบสนองต่อความต้องการที่หลากหลาย

         2) สมรรถนะเทคโนโลยีการสอนแบบผสมผสานของอาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย (มจร.) แสดงถึงความสามารถในการใช้เครื่องมือและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในการเรียนการสอนทั้งในห้องเรียนและออนไลน์ อาจารย์และนิสิตมีความชำนาญในการใช้แพลตฟอร์มการเรียนรู้และเครื่องมือดิจิทัล ซึ่งส่งผลให้การเรียนการสอนมีความหลากหลายและยืดหยุ่น การพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีและการฝึกอบรมช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการศึกษา

         3) การพัฒนาระบบการสอนแบบผสมผสานที่มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย มุ่งเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของอาจารย์โดยการรวมการเรียนรู้ทั้งในห้องเรียนและออนไลน์ ระบบนี้ได้รับการออกแบบเพื่อให้การเรียนการสอนมีความหลากหลายและมีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น โดยใช้เครื่องมือดิจิทัลและแพลตฟอร์มการเรียนรู้ออนไลน์ การพัฒนานี้ช่วยให้อาจารย์มีทักษะในการใช้เทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัยและตอบสนองต่อความต้องการทางการศึกษาได้ดียิ่งขึ้น

         4) การประเมินต้นแบบระบบการสอนแบบผสมผสานเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.01, ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบการสอนแบบผสมผสานเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.96, การศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้เรียน หลังนำกระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบผสมผสาน และระบบการสอนแบบผสมผสานเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ไปทดลองจัดการเรียนการสอนในสถานการณ์จริง พบว่า การทดสอบก่อนการเรียนรู้และหลังการเรียนรู้ของนิสิต มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 23.07 คะแนน และ 26.93 คะแนน ตามลำดับ และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบระหว่างคะแนนก่อนและหลังเรียน พบว่า คะแนนสอบหลังเรียนของนักเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และความพึงพอใจของนิสิต และอาจารย์ที่มีต่อระบบการสอนแบบผสมผสานเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.88

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

      This research, Integrated Approaches to Enhance Information Technology Competencies Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, the research aims to: 1) examine educators' understanding of blended teaching; 2) assess the competence of teachers in blended teaching technology; 3) devise a blended teaching framework to enrich the IT competency of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University faculty; and 4) appraise the effectiveness of the blended teaching strategy in enhancing the IT proficiency of the university's teachers.

This research encompasses a mixed research and development model, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative research methods. The study's population and sample consisted of Maha Chulalongkorn University staff and students. The primary dataset included 626 individuals, whereas the sample size comprised 244 individuals who participated in interviews. The study aimed to explore various issues through group discussions, evaluate the integration of teaching methods to enhance IT competency, assess the blended teaching and learning management process (70% online and 30% onsite), conduct academic achievement tests, and measure student and lecturer satisfaction with the blended teaching system. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive methods.

         The findings of the study reveal that:

         1) The knowledge of blended teaching among teachers at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University (MCU) highlights the integration of traditional and online learning to enhance educational effectiveness. The faculty designs course structures that combine in-person instruction with online learning across multiple platforms. The use of information technology facilitates enhanced learning experiences and convenient access to information. Moreover, it fosters the development of technological proficiency among both teachers and students, thereby enabling adaptable and responsive teaching to address diverse needs.

         2) The Integrated Approaches to Enhance Information Technology Competencies Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, underscores their adeptness in utilizing teaching tools and information technology for both in-person and online instruction. Both educators and students exhibit proficiency in leveraging learning platforms and digital tools, resulting in varied and adaptable teaching and learning approaches. Through technological advances and training, the effectiveness of utilizing information technology in education is continually enhanced.

         3) The implementation of a blended teaching system at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University aims to enhance teachers' skills in utilizing information technology through a combination of in-class and online learning. This system is intended to diversify and improve teaching by integrating digital tools and online learning platforms. The development of this system aims to equip teachers with the necessary abilities to effectively incorporate modern technology and promptly address educational requirements.

         4) An evaluation of a prototype blended teaching system was conducted to assess the effectiveness of the integrated teaching system in enhancing information technology competency. The results indicated a high overall level of effectiveness, with an average score of 4.01. Similarly, the assessment of the system's impact on improving information technology competencies yielded a high overall average score of 3.96. Additionally, a study on students' academic achievement following the implementation of the integrated teaching and learning system showed significant improvement in test scores. The average test scores increased from 23.07 to 26.93 points, indicating substantial progress in students' knowledge acquisition. Both students and teachers expressed high levels of satisfaction with the blended teaching system's capacity to boost their information technology competencies, with an average satisfaction score of 3.88.
