บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาแนวคิดทฤษฎีที่ส่งเสริมการบรรลุสัจการแห่งตนของบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ตามแนวพุทธจิตวิทยา 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยเชิงพุทธจิตวิทยาที่ส่งผลต่อการบรรลุสัจการแห่งตนของบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ สังกัดกรมแพทย์ทหารเรือ 3) เพื่อนำเสนอผลการศึกษาปัจจัยเชิงพุทธจิตวิทยาที่ส่งผลต่อการบรรลุสัจการแห่งตนชองบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ สังกัดกรมแพทย์ทหารเรือ เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี (Mixed Methods Research) ประกอบด้วย วิจัยเชิงปริมาณ และวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการศึกษาค้นคว้าเอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์เก็บข้อมูลจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 17 รูปหรือคน เพื่อสร้างเครื่องมือแบบสอบถาม และทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ สังกัดกรมแพทย์ทหารเรือ จำนวน 166 คน และ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติสหสัมพันธ์ (Correlation) และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ผลการศึกษาแนวคิดทฤษฎีที่ส่งเสริมการบรรลุสัจการแห่งตนของบุคลากรทางการแพทย์สังกัดกรมแพทย์ทหารเรือ ตามแนวพุทธจิตวิทยาของบุคลากร ประกอบด้วย หลักพุทธธรรมอริยสัจ 4 คือ ทุกข์ สมุทัย นิโรธ มรรค กับ หลักจิตวิทยาลำดับขั้นความต้องการของมาสโลว์ 5 ขั้น คือ ขั้นที่ 1 ความต้องการทางร่างกาย ขั้นที่ 2 ความต้องการความปลอดภัย ขั้นที่ 3 ความต้องการความรัก ขั้นที่ 4 ความต้องการมีเกียรติและศักดิ์ศรี และขั้นที่ 5 ความต้องการบรรลุศักยภาพแห่งตน เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่ดีของบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ 3 ประการ คือ คุณธรรมจริยธรรม ความรักและศรัทธาในอาชีพ จิตเมตตา และ เกิดการบรรลุสัจการแห่งตน 4 ประการ ได้แก่ กัลยาณมิตร การพัฒนาตนเอง การพัฒนาจิตวิญญาณ และ การเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต

2. ผลการศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยเชิงพุทธจิตวิทยาที่ส่งผลต่อการบรรลุสัจการแห่งตนของบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ สังกัดกรมแพทย์ทหารเรือ หลักอริยสัจ 4 มีความสัมพันธ์กับจิตวิทยาลำดับขั้นความต้องการของมาสโลว์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

3. เพื่อนำเสนอผลการศึกษาปัจจัยเชิงพุทธจิตวิทยาที่ส่งผลต่อการบรรลุสัจการแห่งตนชองบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ สังกัดกรมแพทย์ทหารเรือ ผลการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ปัจจัยอริยสัจ 4 มีอิทธิพลต่อการบรรลุสัจการแห่งตนชองบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 และปัจจัยจิตวิทยาลำดับขั้นความต้องการของมาสโลว์ มีอิทธิพลต่อการบรรลุสัจการแห่งตนชองบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 จากผลการวิเคราะห์โดยใช้ Multiple Regression พบว่า ปัจจัยเชิงพุทธจิตวิทยาส่งผลต่อการบรรลุสัจการแห่งตนชองบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ สังกัดกรมแพทย์ทหารเรือ

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

This research aimed 1) to study the theoretical concepts to enhance the attainment of self-truth of medical personnel based on Buddhist psychology; 2) to study Buddhist psychological factors affecting the attainment of self-truth of medical personnel under the Royal Thai Navy Medical Department; and 3) to present the results of a study of Buddhist psychological factors affecting the attainment of self-truth of medical personnel under the Royal Thai Navy Medical Department. It was a mixed-methods research consisting of a quantitative research and qualitative research, using a questionnaire to collect quantitative data from 208 samples of medical personnel under the Royal Thai Navy Medical Department, and to collect qualitative data from documents and an in-depth interview with 17 key informants. For analyzing quantitative data, statistics including frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation, correlation statistics and multiple regression analysis was used, and for analyzing qualitative data, a content analysis was employed, with the following findings.

1. The results of a study of the theoretical concepts to enhance the attainment of self-truth of medical personnel based on Buddhist psychology revealed the four noble truths of Buddhism including suffering, its origin, its cessation, and the path, and the five levels of Maslow's hierarchy of needs, namely, level 1: Physical needs, level 2: Safety needs, level 3: Love needs, level 4: Dignity needs, and level 5: Self-fulfillment needs as a guideline for developing three good characteristics of medical personnel including morality, love and faith in the profession, compassion, and the four levels of self-fulfillment comprising good friends, self-development, spiritual development, and lifelong learning.

2. The results of a study of Buddhist psychological factors affecting the attainment of self-truth of medical personnel under the Royal Thai Navy Medical Department indicated the correlation analysis between the four noble truths and Maslow's hierarchy of needs as a significant relationship at .05.

3. A presentation of the results of the study of Buddhist psychological factors affecting the self-fulfillment of medical personnel under the Royal Thai Navy Medical Department indicated the multiple regression analysis of the Four Noble Truths factors with an influence on the attainment of self-truth of medical personnel with a statistical significance of .05 level, and the Maslow’s hierarchy of needs psychological factors with an influence on the attainment of self-truth of medical personnel with a statistical significance of .05. level. From the analysis results by Multiple Regression, it was found that Buddhist psychological factors had an effect on the attainment of self-truth of medical personnel under the Royal Thai Navy Medical Department.
