บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

         การวิจัยนี้มุ่งศึกษาและพัฒนาระบบประเมินผลการศึกษา วิชากลุ่มพระพุทธศาสนา มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยคือ ๑) ศึกษาสภาพทั่วไปของระบบประเมินผลการศึกษา วิชากลุ่มพระพุทธศาสนา มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย ๒) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบของระบบประเมินผลการศึกษา วิชากลุ่มพระพุทธศาสนา มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย ๓) เสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบประเมินผลการศึกษา วิชากลุ่มพระพุทธศาสนา มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ๑)  ผู้บริหารวิชาการหรืออาจารย์เกี่ยวข้อง  รวมจำนวน ๑๐ รูปหรือคน ๒) นิสิตปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ ๒ ทั้ง ๔ คณะ ของมหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย ปีการศึกษา ๒๕๖๖ โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) จำนวน ๑๓๒ รูปหรือคน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

๑. สภาพทั่วไปของระบบประเมินผลการศึกษา วิชากลุ่มพระพุทธศาสนา มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย  พบว่าระบบประเมินผลการศึกษา วิชากลุ่มพระพุทธศาสนา มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย ยังมีจุดอ่อนอยู่บ้าง ดังนี้ ๑) การวัดผลเน้นเนื้อหามากกว่าทักษะ ผู้เรียนส่วนใหญ่จดจำเนื้อหาบทเรียนได้ดี แต่ไม่สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในชีวิตจริงได้ ๒) การประเมินผลยังไม่หลากหลาย  เน้นการวัดผลแบบปรนัย ไม่มีการวัดผลแบบอัตนัย ผู้เรียนไม่มีโอกาสแสดงศักยภาพของตนเองอย่างเต็มที่ ๓) เครื่องมือประเมินผลยังไม่ทันสมัยใช้เครื่องมือประเมินผลแบบเดิม ๆ ไม่ได้พัฒนาเครื่องมือประเมินผลใหม่ ๆ

๒. ศึกษาองค์ประกอบของระบบประเมินผลการศึกษา วิชากลุ่มพระพุทธศาสนา มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย พบว่าองค์ประกอบดังนี้ ๑) เป้าหมายการเรียนรู้  กำหนดเป้าหมายการเรียนรู้ที่ชัดเจน วัดผลได้ สอดคล้องกับหลักสูตรและความต้องการของผู้เรียน  ๒) หลักสูตร เนื้อหาหลักสูตร กิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน สื่อการสอน ตรงกับเป้าหมายการเรียนรู้  ๓) วิธีการสอน  อาจารย์ใช้หลากหลายวิธีการสอน ผู้เรียนมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ๔) การวัดผล เนื้อหา ทักษะ คุณธรรมจริยธรรม ผู้เรียนมีโอกาสแสดงศักยภาพของตนเองอย่างเต็มที่ ๕) การประเมินผล  ประเมินผลทั้งแบบอัตนัย ปรนัย ผู้เรียนมีโอกาสแสดงความคิดเห็น

๓. แนวทางการพัฒนาระบบประเมินผลการศึกษา วิชากลุ่มพระพุทธศาสนา มหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย พบว่า ๑) พัฒนาระบบประเมินผลอย่างต่อเนื่อง ๒) ศึกษาวิจัยหาแนวทางการประเมินผลที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ๓) จัดอบรมให้ความรู้แก่คณาจารย์เกี่ยวกับการประเมินผล ๔) พัฒนาระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อสนับสนุนการประเมินผล ๕) ประเมินผลแบบองค์รวม ครอบคลุมความรู้ ทักษะ และส่งเสริมคุณธรรมให้นิสิตมีส่วนร่วม

           วิจัยเรื่องนี้เป็นการศึกษาระบบประเมินผลการศึกษา อย่างประสิทธิภาพและมาตรฐาน เพื่อให้ระบบประเมินผลการศึกษาให้เกิดผลมากสุดสามารถตอบสนองผู้ใช้ มีความน่าสนใจ ใช้งานง่าย ให้มีเสถียรภาพ มีความมั่นคง ปลอดภัย เชื่อถือได้และมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น ซึ่งมีประโยชน์แก่มหาวิทยาลัยและเป็นมาตรฐานในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการศึกษา ของมหาวิทยาลัยมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย ต่อไป

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

This research aims to study and develop an evaluation system for Buddhist Studies at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. The objectives of the research are: 1) to study the general conditions of the evaluation system for Buddhist Studies at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University; 2) to examine the components of the evaluation system for Buddhist Studies at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University; 3) to propose guidelines for the development of the evaluation system for Buddhist Studies at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. The sample group for this research includes: 1) academic administrators or relevant instructors, totaling 10 individuals; 2) undergraduate students in their second year from all 4 faculties of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University for the academic year 2023, selected through purposive sampling, totaling 132 individuals.

Research Findings

1. General Condition of the Evaluation System for Buddhist Studies at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University The evaluation system for Buddhist Studies at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University shows some weaknesses as follows: 1) The assessment focuses more on content than on skills. Most learners can memorize the lesson content well but cannot apply it in real-life situations. 2) The evaluation methods are not diverse, primarily relying on multiple-choice assessments, with no essay-type evaluations. Learners do not have the opportunity to fully demonstrate their potential. 3) The evaluation tools are outdated, relying on traditional assessment methods without the development of new evaluation tools.

2. Study of the Components of the Evaluation System for Buddhist Studies at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University 1) The components identified are as follows: 2) Learning Objectives: Clear, measurable learning objectives that align with the curriculum and the needs of the learners. 3) Curriculum: The content, teaching activities, and instructional media that correspond to the learning objectives. 4) eaching Methods: Instructors employ a variety of teaching methods, and learners actively participate in the learning activities. 5) Assessment: Evaluation encompasses content knowledge, skills, and ethical values, allowing learners to fully demonstrate their potential. 6) Evaluation: Both subjective and objective assessments are utilized, giving learners the opportunity to express their opinions.

3. Guidelines for Developing the Evaluation System for Buddhist Studies at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University The following guidelines were identified: 1) Continuously improve the evaluation system. 2) Conduct research to find effective assessment methods. 3) Provide training to faculty regarding evaluation. 4) Develop an information technology system to support evaluation. 5) Implement holistic evaluation that encompasses knowledge, skills, and promotes ethics, allowing student participation.

This research focuses on studying the evaluation system for education with efficiency and standards, aiming to maximize the effectiveness of the evaluation system in responding to users. It seeks to be engaging, user-friendly, stable, secure, reliable, and increasingly effective. This will benefit the university and serve as a standard for enhancing the educational management efficiency of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University in the future.
