บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

การวิจัยเรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะ ที่ดีของครู 2) เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่ดีของครูตามหลักสุจริต 3 และ 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่ดีของครูตามหลักสุจริต 3 โรงเรียนกลุ่มเครือข่ายส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพที่ ๔ จังหวัดปทุมธานี งานวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ระหว่างงานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ       งานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างครู จำนวน 165 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น สถิติวิเคราะห์หาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าความต้องการจำเป็นที่สถานศึกษาต้องการให้เกิดขึ้นด้วยวิธี Priority Needs Index (PNI) ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างครู จำนวน 30 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลแบบประเมิน สถิติวิเคราะห์หาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน งานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ วิเคราะห์เนื้อหาการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่ดีของครูและด้านศาสนา จำนวน 9 รูป/คน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

๑. ความต้องการจำเป็นการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่ดีของครูที่มีความสำคัญมากที่สุด เพราะว่า ผู้บริหารและครูมีความขยัน (PNI_modified =0.069) มีความคิดริเริ่ม (PNI_modified =0.068)     มีความซื่อสัตย์ (PNI_modified=0.068) มีความเสียสละ (PNI_modified=0.066) ความสามารถในการพึ่งตนเอง (PNI_modified=0.061) จิตสำนึกในหน้าที่การงาน (PNI_modified =0.061) และมีระเบียบวินัย (PNImodified =0.069) ตามลำดับ

2. วิธีการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่ดีของครูตามหลักสุจริต 3 มีวิธีการดังนี้ 1) ครูต้องเตรียมสอนให้พร้อมและวิธีการสอนที่หลากหลาย 2) การส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้แบบสร้างสรรค์ 3) ผู้บริหารและครูปฏิบัติหน้าที่ด้วยความจริงจังและซื่อสัตย์ 4) ผู้บริหารต้องส่งเสริมการพัฒนาคุณภาพครู 5) พัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาเพราะครูมีบทบาทสำคัญในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา 6) ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วม ในการสร้างเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้และความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างครู นักเรียน และชุมชน การพัฒนาทักษะและการอบรมช่วยให้ครูสามารถสนับสนุนนักเรียนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ส่งผลให้เกิดการเรียนรู้ที่ยั่งยืนและเป็นประโยชน์ต่อสังคมในระยะยาว

3. แนวทางการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่ดีของครูตามหลักสุจริต ๓ ดังนี้ 1) ด้านการเตรียมสอนครูควรเตรียมแผนการสอน ตามขั้นตอนการสอนอย่างเคร่งครัดถือว่าเป็นข้อปฏิบัติ เพื่อสร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้กับนักเรียน เป็นการสะท้อนถึงความจริงใจ 2) ด้านการเตรียมสอนอย่างสร้างสรรค์ ครูควรวางแผนการสอนที่ชัดเจน และสร้างสรรค์กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายการประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียน 3) ด้านซื่อสัตย์ต่อองค์กร ผู้บริหารและครู ต้องปฏิบัติหน้าที่ด้วยความตั้งใจ และซื่อสัตย์เป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีแก่นักเรียน 4) ด้านการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้แบบมีส่วนร่วม ครูควรจัดเวลาสอนเสริมอย่างเหมาะสมคำนึงถึงระดับและความสามารถของนักเรียนและส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของนักเรียนทุกคน 5) ด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพ ครูควรพัฒนาทักษะความสามารถในการสอน ส่งเสริมการแบ่งปันความรู้ประสบการณ์ระหว่างครูและพัฒนาตนเองอย่างชัดเจนเพื่อสร้างทิศทางที่ดีขึ้น และ 6) ด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา ครูควรวางแผนและจัดเวลาอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ตลอดถึงเข้าร่วมอบรมเสริมสร้างประสบการณ์และสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดีเพื่อการพัฒนาการศึกษา มีความเหมาะสม เป็นไปได้และใช้ประโยชน์ในระดับมาก ตามองค์ความรู้ Kindly

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

This research aims to 1) study the needs for developing good characteristics of teachers, 2) study the methods for developing good characteristics of teachers according to the principles of honesty 3, and 3) propose guidelines for developing good characteristics of teachers according to the principles of honesty 3 in schools in the efficiency promotion network group 4, Pathum Thani province. The mixed-method research used a sample group of 165 teachers. Data were collected from questionnaires with opinions, statistical analysis to find the mean, standard deviation, and the values ​​of needs that educational institutions wanted to achieve using the Priority Needs Index (PNI). A sample group of 30 teachers was used to collect data from assessment forms, statistical analysis to find the mean, and standard deviation. Qualitative research analyzed the content of interviews with 9 qualified persons who are experts in developing good characteristics of teachers and religion.

The research results found that:

1. The need to develop good characteristics of teachers is the most important because administrators and teachers are diligent (PNI_modified=0.069), have initiative (PNI_modified=0.068), are honest (PNImodified=0.068), are self-sacrificing (PN_Imodified=0.065), have self-reliance (PNI_modified=0.061), have a sense of duty (PNI_modified=0.061), and have discipline (PNI_modified=0.059), respectively.

2. The results of the study on the method of developing good characteristics of teachers according to the principle of honesty are as follows: 1) Teachers must be prepared to teach and have a variety of teaching methods. 2) Promoting creative learning. 3) Administrators and teachers perform their duties with seriousness and honesty. 4) Administrators must promote the development of teacher quality. 5) Developing the quality of education because teachers play an important role in developing the quality of education. 6) Promoting participatory learning in creating learning networks and good relationships between teachers, students and communities. Skill development and training enable teachers to support students effectively, resulting in sustainable learning that is beneficial to society in the long run.

3. Propose guidelines for developing good characteristics of teachers according to the principle of honesty as follows: 1) In terms of teaching preparation, teachers should prepare lesson plans strictly according to the teaching steps as a practice to build confidence in students and reflect sincerity. 2) In terms of creative teaching preparation, teachers should plan clear lessons and create learning activities that are consistent with the goals of student learning assessment. 3) In terms of honesty towards the organization, administrators and teachers must perform their duties with determination and honesty as good examples for students. 4) In terms of promoting participatory learning, teachers should arrange supplementary teaching time appropriately, taking into account the level and ability of students, and promoting learning that meets the needs of all students. 5) In terms of quality development, teachers should develop teaching skills, promote sharing of knowledge and experiences among teachers, and develop themselves clearly to create a better direction. 6) In terms of educational quality development, teachers should plan and manage their time effectively, participate in training to enhance experience, and create a good environment for educational development.
