บทคัดย่อภาษาไทย

      การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง ระบบการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้วิถีพุทธสำหรับครูสังคมศึกษาในกลุ่มโรงเรียนวังสะเภา ในครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยแบบพัฒนา (Research and Development) โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Action Research) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาอุปสรรคการพัฒนานวัตกรรมทางการศึกษากลุ่มโรงเรียนวังสะเภา อำเภอบัวเชด จังหวัดสุรินทร์ 2. เพื่อเสนอระบบนวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้วิถีพุทธกลุ่มโรงเรียนวังสะเภา อำเภอบัวเชด จังหวัดสุรินทร์ 3. เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการดำเนินงานนวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้วิถีพุทธกลุ่มโรงเรียนวังสะเภา อำเภอบัวเชด จังหวัดสุรินทร์ และ 4. เพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจระบบการนวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ตามวิถีพุทธของกลุ่มโรงเรียนวังสะเภา อำเภอบัวเชด จังหวัดสุรินทร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

         1. สภาพปัญหาอุปสรรคการพัฒนานวัตกรรมทางการศึกษากลุ่มโรงเรียนวังสะเภา อำเภอบัวเชด จังหวัดสุรินทร์พบว่า การดำเนินงานคือ 1) ด้านกายภาพ 2) ด้านกิจกรรมพื้นฐานชีวิต 3) ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน 4) ด้านบรรยากาศและปฏิสัมพันธ์ และ 5) ด้านการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนทุกๆด้าน การดำเนินการตามอัตลักษณ์ 29 ประการ สู่การเป็นโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ ในบางอัตลักษณ์โรงเรียน ไม่สามารถปฏิบัติได้

         2. ผลการวิเคราะห์ระบบส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้วิถีพุทธกลุ่มโรงเรียนวังสะเภา อำเภอบัวเชด จังหวัดสุรินทร์ ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับข้อเสอนระบบการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้วิถีพุทธกลุ่มโรงเรียนวังสะเภา อำเภอบัวเชด จังหวัดสุรินทร์โดยการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลหาค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) พบว่า จำนวนผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับข้อเสอนระบบการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้วิถีพุทธกลุ่มโรงเรียนวังสะเภา อำเภอบัวเชด จังหวัดสุรินทร์พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากคือ (x̅ = 4.72) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อจากมากไปหาน้อยพบว่า การจัดการเรียนการสอนควรพัฒนาโดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ (x̅= 4.90) ด้านกายภาพ (x̅ = 4.87) กิจกรรมพื้นฐานชีวิต (x̅ = 4.67) บรรยากาศและปฏิสัมพันธ์และ ด้านการบริหารจัดการ (x̅= 4.31) 

         3. พัฒนาระบบการดำเนินงานนวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้วิถีพุทธกลุ่มโรงเรียนวังสะเภา อำเภอบัวเชด จังหวัดสุรินทร์ พบว่า การพัฒนาศักยภาพครู ส่งเสริมระบบการเรียนการสอน นำหลักธรรมมาใช้เป็นกรอบในการดำเนินการในการดำเนินงานในฐานคิดจากการนำหลักพุทธธรรมเข้ามาบูรณาการเรียนรู้แบบมีภาคปฏิบัติในรายวิชาในการจัดการเรียนการสอนเชื่อมโยงชุมชนให้ได้นวัตกรรมใหม่ โดยใช้หลักศรัทธากับปัญญาของกลุ่ม โรงเรียนทั้งสามตำบลเพื่อให้เกิดการประพฤติปฏิบัติตนให้มีทักษะในการดำเนินชีวิต เก่ง ดี มีสุข และสามารถนำหลักธรรมคำสอนที่ได้รับไปประยุกต์ใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันได้ตามแผนงานกิจกรรม

         4. ประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อระบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนของกลุ่มโรงเรียนวังสะเภาความพึงพอใจผลการประเมินบริบทที่ที่สอดคล้องกับระบบนวัตกรรมวิถีพุทธของกลุ่มโรงเรียน ระบบการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการรเรียนรู้วิถีพุทธของครูสังคมศึกษานำหลักไตรสิกขาเพื่อมาพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของโรงเรียนโดยมีศีลคือ การพัฒนากายให้อยู่ในระเบียบวินัยและกฏข้อบังคับต่างๆ สมาธิคือ ความมุ่งมั่นตั้งใจเมื่อเกิดความมั่นใจและตั้งใจแล้วก็จะสำเร็จนำไปสู่การสร้างปัญญาคือช่วยให้แก้ไขปัญหาและผ่านอุปสรรคไปด้วยดี ทั้งหมดนี้คือธรรมที่เกิดพร้อมกันตามหลักการส่งเสริมต่อการปฏิบัติของตนเองอย่างไรในอนาคตข้างหน้าที่จะช่วยให้เกิดลักษณะนิสัยที่ดีได้ 4 ประการคือ 1 ความพอเพียง 2. ความมีวินัย 3. ความสุจริต 4.การมีจิตอาสาเพื่อให้เกิดความเป็นพลเมืองที่ดีและเป็นที่พึ่งของสังคมต่อไปการกระทำสิ่งใดๆให้เกิดประโยชน์แก่นักเรียนเป็นที่ตั้งให้มีความสามารถและบูรณาการหลักธรรมมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการดำเนินชีวิตได้อย่างมีความสุข

บทคัดย่อภาษาอังกฤษ

      The research study titled "The Development System of Buddhist Learning Innovation for Social Studies Teachers in the Wang Sa Phao School Group" employed a Research and Development (R&D) methodology with Action Research as its approach. The objectives of the study were 1.To explore the problems and obstacles in developing educational innovations in the Wang Sa Phao School Group, Buachet District, Surin Province 2. To propose a system of Buddhist learning innovation for the Wang Sa Phao School Group, Buachet District, Surin Province 3.To develop the operational system for implementing Buddhist learning innovations in the Wang Sa Phao School Group, Buachet District, Surin Province and 4. To evaluate the satisfaction level regarding the Buddhist learning innovation system of the Wang Sa Phao School Group, Buachet District, Surin Province

         The research results found that:

         1. The research findings indicated that the obstacles to developing educational innovations in the Wang Sa Phao School Group, Buachet District, Surin Province, involved the following aspects: 1. Physical Environment 2.Basic Life Activities

3.Teaching Learning Management 4.Atmosphereand Interactions 5.Comprehensive School Administration In implementing the 29 characteristics of a Buddhist-oriented school, certain characteristics could not be fully achieved by some schools.

         2. Results of the analysis of the Buddhist learning promotion system of Wangsapao School Group, Buachet District, Surin Province, according to the opinions of the respondents on the proposal of the Buddhist learning promotion system of Wangsapao School Group, Buachet District, Surin Province by analyzing the data to find the mean and standard deviation, it was found that the number of respondents on the proposal of the Buddhist learning promotion system of Wangsapao School Group, Buachet District, Surin Province was at a high level, which is (x̅ = 4.72). When considering each item from most to least, it was found that the teaching and learning management should be developed with an average of (x̅ = 4.90), physical aspects   (x̅ = 4.87), basic life activities x̅ = 4.67), atmosphere and interaction, and management aspects (x̅ = 4.31).

         3. The development of the operational system for Buddhist learning innovation in the Wang Sa Phao School Group, Buachet District, Surin Province, revealed the following: The system focused on enhancing teacher potential, supporting teaching and learning processes, and integrating Buddhist principles as a framework for operation. This approach emphasized applying Buddhist teachings in a practical, hands-on manner within the curriculum, creating connections between classroom learning and the community to generate innovative outcomes employing the principles of faith (saddha) and wisdom (panna) across the schools in all three subdistricts, the initiative aimed to foster behaviors and skills essential for life—being capable, virtuous, and happy. Moreover, the program ensured that students could apply the Buddhist teachings they learned to their daily lives through planned activities and projects.

         4. Evaluate satisfaction with the teaching management system of Wangsapao School Group. Satisfaction with the evaluation results of the context that consistent with the Buddhist innovation system of the school group The development system of Buddhist innovation learning of social studies teachers uses the Tri-sikkha principle to develop the school's academic achievements, with morality as the development of the body to be in accordance with discipline and various rules When there is confidence and determination, it will be successful, leading to the creation helps solve problems and overcome obstacles well. All of these are the Dharma that occurs together according to the principle of promoting one's own practice in the future help create 4 good habits 1. Sufficiency 2. Discipline 3. Honesty 4. Volunteering to create citizenship and a support for society in the future anything that benefits students is the foundation for having the ability and integrating the principles of Dharma to apply in living happily.
